Vraiment décevant, ils étaient censés m'aider à entrer dans le monde du travail mais après 2 rendez-vous je n'ai plus eu de nouvelles de leur part.peu d'intérêt de sa part. Ils mentent sur leur CV.

Receptionist, and one lady I don’t know her name (RC 10 room). Actually, I went to cancel my registration but they didn’t help me. Today what I had experience are very bad and crazy moments. They were given very poor services and one old lady who is receptionist, she is rude and impolite. These people were came from other country even me too but they didn’t learn yet standard. How to talks and how do help other.
Whom do keep them for work, that are very upset bcoz their services were suck and bad.

An excellent help for immigrants who find themselves in difficulty in the province of Québec

I am very happy that this center has competent-educated-kind and well-behaved employees like Ms. Angeles Congora
She was very active, polite and customer-oriented, and answered all my questions accurately and correctly with great patience and patience.
PROMIS Center should be proud to have such honest, hospitable and patient employees.
I am sure that anyone who visits this center will leave with full satisfaction, and this is a good opportunity, especially for newly arrived immigrants.

I had a virtual meeting with Ms. Myrna Zogheib. She is very patient, polite and have a great understanding of the Immigration Law. She helped me with all my questions with do's and don'ts. I would definitely recommend their service.

Poor quality of service.
I registered on French class, after 7 months being in thier watelist, there is no way to know that when I can start my French learning. I wish I registered in another institue and did not wast my time.

The place has a great structure, the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Very glad I went there to get some information

Had meeting with Elena, such a great and pleasant person Helped a lot, spent really long time to tell everything that can be useful for newcomers in Canada. Great place to learn French. The administration is patient and polite while the French professors I am learning from are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for learning French and other immigration services.
