Épicerie super agréable, toutefois, il y a quelques bémols.par exemple, je m'y suis rendue afin d'acheter les ingrédients qu'il me manquait pour une recette de muffins cétogènes. Malheureusement, cet établissement ne vends pas de farine enrichie de gras en sans calories. J'étais complètement déçue, comme c'est mon épicerie ­"go to". Je me suis résolue à prendre de la farine normale, mais je ne reviendrais plus jamais à cet endroit pour acheter mes ingrédients de patisserie. Un peu plus de diversité dans vos produits ne ferais pas de mal à personne, Provigo! >: (

Pas suffisamment d'employés, service à la clientele laisse à desirer, pas d'affichage des prix, et par le passé j'ai deja acheté des produits qui à la consommation semblait avarié. Le magasin est toutefois propre.

At first, it feels like you are walking into a normal updated Provigo. But for the size of the store, it is very limited in variety. I had my concerns though when I saw ungraded beef from mexico. Not talking down on Mexican beef, I've never had it, but ungraded is a concern. But it's sad the store doesn't support canadian beef.
I was very disappointed and I won't be going back.

Grande surface avec un grand inventaire passant de la nourriture aux accessoires de jardin et cuisine au garde-robe.

Bonne sélection de nourriture organique et biologique. Personnel accueillant, beaucoup de stationnement. Peu d'attente aux caisses.

Almost too big. They don't seem to have a huge range of different goods and products, more like a huge amount of similar products.

Nous allons faire notre épicerie a cet endroit régulièrement. Le magasin est très propre et bien agencé. Un commentaire cela dit: trouver les produits Blue Dragon (asiatiques) est compliqué. Il y a deux sections dans le magasin avec des aliments asiatiques (comme les sauce au soya). Je pense qu'elles devraient être regroupées ensemble.

My favorite grocery, great selection. Only thing I don't like is cashier don't help you pack your groceries and kinda stand there and wait until you're done.

Nothing special with this store. Seldom have good value sales like the superstore (Loblaws) in Ottawa. Pharmacy often has a lineup.

I went to this store for PC items but neither of the ones I needed were available. Disappointing. Long drive wasted.

L'expérience client n'est pas leur fort et c'est super grand comme épicerie, limite un Costco miniature. C'est parfois difficile de s'y retrouver mais on s'y fait dès qu'on a ses repères. Cependant leur prix des produits biologiques est très avantageux comparé à IGA.

The price of craft beer is always just a little bit cheaper then everywhere else.with alot of choices.

7: 00 pm cash 3 on December 27th. Cashier would rather get back to her phone than hand me the bags that were still on her bag rack. I had to lean over the counter and get them.where's the manager at this place? Embarrassing for the store.

À l entrée du magasin, j étais à la recherche des cartes de souhaits de Noël, mais quelle déception! Les emballages étaient tous en anglais au PROVIGO du boul du Plateau.

This review is for their bakery. Cakes are old and taste terrible, better stick to frozen cake or box cake any of those would be 100% better than their cakes

Well I don't go to probably go very often but the day that I went there first and then at the red section in the bakery section was very very very helpful friendly and kind and was very patient with me keep continuing

À ce que j'ai pu comprendre chez provigo du Plateau, la formation donnée aux jeunes travailleurs laisse à désirer. Je ne blâmerai pas un jeune de 17 pour le manque flagrant de la part de la gestion de jouer son rôle en tant que formateur. C'est jeunes qui sont à leur première expérience et qui ne reçoivent que très peu d'information sur les pratiques au travail. Gestion un peu abusive et irrespectueuse envers ces jeunes.

One of the best Provigo/Loblaws in the area. This store is never too crowded, almost always has good sales, fresh produce, and overall always very clean. Their bread is warm every morning and is always done right. I’ve been impressed with this store every time I’ve gone!

Trop souvent, ils n'ont plus les items en spécial de la circulaire. Je me suis tanné et c'est pour quoi je ne me donne même plus la peine d'aller à ce Provigo.

The produce is okay, the selection of product is limited but decent, however the cashiers have been very sub-par. They don't even acknowledge your existence! No smile, no greeting, it is like they are working on a factory assembly line.

It was clean, staff was pleasant. Love the bakery when you first walk in. But I do feel the one behind the counter at the bakery should be wearing gloves when handling the food. Other wise I love that store.

It has pretty much everything you need. Instead of heading to the crowded Walmart, I usually stop here for gifts, kitchen tools and everything for my party. Love President's choice wide variety of products as they will have something that you probably wouldn't find anywhere else, like gochujang sauce. They have it!

We had a somewhat pleasant experience doing online ordering due to covid. That is, until we were charged $224 for two bunches of bananas.

We called the store and corporate as soon as we got home. 2 weeks later, nothing had been done. We spent 20 minutes in the store getting the run around and being told "we'll get to you when we have time. "

$224 for 2 small bunches of bananas and no one batted an eye.

Pricey are to high. Galen should be ashamed. I watched a young choose between buying food and feminine hygiene products. Because both were priced so high. These are hard time. Stop ripping people off.

I find provigo expensive. The plateau has better options. This store is very disorganized and I am always confused when I enter at the clothing.simply just don't do it if you want groceries! Produce is okay.

It would bE NICE for you to consider your Senior Citizens and people with restraint mobility, and open reserved hours for their shopping, say the first 1/2 hr each day. The do it in Ottawa, why don't you do it?

Very large bright store. Big selection of Presidents Choice foods. Most evenings this store is quiet which is nice. Produce is hit or miss I find on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Le produit annoncé n'était plus disponible. Deux employées, dont la préposée au service à la clientèle, trouvaient plus simple de dire: on n'en a plus! Par chance un préposé m'a offert gratuitement le même produit mais dans un autre format. 5 /5 pour cet employé.

Toujours propre quand je vais. Pleins de choix que ce soit viandes, fruit, legume, produits bio, pharmacie ou meme les sections objets (jouet, objets de maison ou Jos Fresh) C'est grand et bien distribué. Les employes sont courtois, alors tout ce que je trouve important.

My daughter went to a birthday party upstairs, she had a blast and the staff were super friendly and great with the kids.
Would definitely recommend.

Everything in the store is easily accessible. I do wish however small baskets were available for a few items. It seems as they have been eliminated altogether and replaced with towing baskets. I like the freshness of goods and the great customer service I receive everytime I go!

L’épicerie coûte plus chère mais tu trouve de tout, même certaine chose qu’on retrouve habituellement au China Town d’Ottawa. J’aime bien leur section bio/naturel, plusieurs option végétalienne.

If you have another option than going to that specific Provigo, I suggest you go to that option.
I am not going to Provigo anymore after been insult and humiliated by the head cashier. I have sent 2 letters to complain and I never even received a confirmation that someone read it.
Never in my life I walked out of a place that angry. The head cashier REFUSED to apply the law on prices mistakes. She told that there wasn't any of that price posted on the display. Of course, she ripped it off in ky face and when back in her office.
My 3 pages letter to them was another waste of my time and they do not gives a them about customer satisfaction. Real insults and I used to manage retails for years. If I had a manager like that woman, she would be out of job so quickly for sure.
All that for a $19.99 mistake.

J'adore faire l'épicerie au provigo dans le plateau! Belle variété, présence d'une pharmacie, magasin de détail, magasin de vêtements. On peut presque tout acheter au même endroit

Clothes selection changes frequently, it's hit or miss.
Customer service is mainly up near the cashier/front area/entries. There's nobody really who walks around as customer service.
Organic selection is wide. You can find just about anything. Bread section poorly varied though.

Provigo is pretty and has how fresh clothing. However it's a bit pricey. Maxi has most of the same stuff and is cheaper.

I bought a Ceasar salad and was supposed to have been packaged that day but it was verging on bad and was thrown out next day very disappointing
