Very rude employees and I spoke to manager once and he doesn’t help at all! Will never buy anything from them!

Even 0 star is so much for this place! Such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I wanted to talk to a manager, the very rude staff said that she is the manager (pretty sure she’s not) and when I asked her to write her name for me to communicate with headquarter about the situation she showed me her middle finger! For sure I’ll do a follow-up with headquarters and if I don’t get the proper response I will contact media about them being so rude and disrespectful to the clients!

Depuis le changement de gérance ça va de mal en pire les promos des circulaires sont pas respectés ou limités le nombre de produits par clients risque de remorque au niveau du parking

Styrofoam wrapping for vegetables. No baby sweetcorn and there is barely any staff to tell you that they don't have what you are looking for, especially on weekdays past 7pm. I'm glad I now have an IGA near my place.

They got quite everything groceries.with great promotions from time to time (you'll always find a deal on something you need.

The most disgusting washroom I have ever seen, and I have been to more than a few gas-station washrooms. No soap available. I wonder how employees wash their hands, if they do. Definitely avoid the washroom.
Rest of the store is ok. But if they handle their washroom this way, I wonder what happens in their prepared food kitchen.

Trés bonne place pour faire vos achats, spécialement la boulangerie, tu trouves des variétés de pains et croissants que tu ne trouves pas a d'autres supermarché.

Provigo Decarie is nice and convinient. Very good to pick stuff while waiting for the bus. Excellent quality for cakes, muffins and coockies. The rest is OK.

Worse place to shopping grocery.always there is problem. The meat sections has very bad smell. Very dirty place and staff are very rude.

Fruits are very expensive
Bakery is good
has many brands of coffee for coffee lovers
Kitchen is good (chicken and fries)
enough parking place

More like a big "Dépanneur" then a supermarket. Don't always carry stock as indicated in circular & imployees not fully well informed.

Je passe régulièrement à ce Provigo dans le but de me prendre une petite salade préparée avant de me rendre chez moi pour le souper. Depuis quelques semaines, le réfrigérateur des salades est pratiquement vide.

Je viens d'y faire mes courses mais j'avoue c'est plus cher que les supermarchés Maxi avec exactement les mêmes produits. Ils sont même plus chers que IGA (je viens de comparer 2 paniers identiques IGA / provigo). J'ai une question pour le propriétaire: pourquoi vous êtes aussi cher? J'avais remarqué la même chose avec un Loblaws situé sur henri bourassa pas loin de la saaq, ils étaient tellement chers pour des produits basiques qu'ils ont perdu tous leurs clients et ont été obligés de fermer le magasin. Les Maxi ont une longue vie devant eux: vaste choix de produits a prix abordables

Prices a bit higher than average but location is convenient, you can checkout quickly, and it stays open an hour later than other supermarkets (until 11pm).
