If there's zero, It should be! Irresponsible and insensitive service! I bought a 30-piece chicken wings bucket and this is what I got! Unbelievable, no quality control - employees should be taught not to sell goods that are not acceptable! Even the animals will not take this kind of food! I hope health canada could be reached by this ugly profit only type of establishment! This store needs an audit and re-training!

The location is well organized and looks clean. Unfortunately their produce leaves something to be desired. For example, I purchased the pictured onion yesterday. It's already rotted (from the inside out somehow.poor storage?)

If we're going to be paying these new ridiculous prices for groceries at Loblaw brands, we should be getting better quality.

Lunch area with tables and chairs plus a selection of hot foods, cold salads, and a sushi bar. Produce is good. Recently completed a new layout design with a very nice organics and dietary alternatives section.

Bought chicken thighs Thursday night, Friday night and the thighs smell like sulphur. No expiration date on the packaging.

Good staff service and luckily they have good discounts across the store the price hike everywhere.

Clean, spacious, and always well stocked with a great selection of products. Fast lines and helpful staff, I love this location.

Emplacement sale et l'employé ne voulait rien nettoyer, il ne voulait pas remplir les bouteille de désinfectant & nettoyait aucun panier. Ne pas toucher a la rampe d'escalier mobile et etait hyper sale

Le magasin en question n'est pas le problème, mais plutôt la gérante des caisses nommée Sylvia. Les caissiers/caissières travaillent fort pour accommoder tout le monde en ce temps de pandémie, mais la gérante est toujours sur leurs dos. Elle est impolie envers les employés et les clients. L'ancien superviseur Sebastien, était beaucoup plus amicable et nous accueillait toujours avec un sourire et une attitude positive. J'ai demandé à deux reprises à deux employés différents comment il trouvait de travailler à provigo, ils ont tous répondu la même chose: le travail est bien mais la gérante est in-sup-por-table.

This is my fav provigo because it's near in my apartment. Although i only have a small problem, the guy who serves the chicken fingers is too slow i thought he was done, he confused me if should I be paying in his counter or the cashiers on the other side. He Just didn't give me right or maybe I didn't understand it well what he said.

Le provigo est très propre, beaucoup de variété, toutefois il pourrait avoir plus d'option végétarienne/végan.

You go there not to save bit for the choice. A.very large offer concerning sea food, meat and also prepared meals to go or.to eat there (when no covid). Huge rozen products offer and bakery. House cleaning products and gears. Weird system for carts because main floor is upstairs. Only problem in this area is the parking. Too small for this smart center.

La caissière a été très aimable.
Le commis à la poissonnerie m'a accomodee en petits filets au prix spécial des gros qui étaient écoulés. Très gentil et patient.

Incroyablement dispendieux comme épicerie. 2 sacs et 105$ plus tard. Aucune viande, aucun produit hors de l’ordinaire à part du savon à lessive.
Le magasin est tellement mal pensé. Plus jamais et il est à 5 mins de chez moi. Non merci

The store is clean and they have a good selection of food even if a lot of items could be found for much cheaper elsewere. Love the location. Cashier don't really seems to care about the customers (the one I got didn't bother to say Hi and was chatting with a coworker about casual stuffs while scaning my items)

Always clean and well maintained. There are specials often and everything is in order. Love coming here

The worst Provigo in Montréal the employee's are impolite and they force you to go at the cashier when I want to do it myself at the self-checkout and they think that I'm gonna steal if I go at the self-checkout it make no sense it's the only supermarket that treat people like garbage.

J’aime bien ce supermarché. Relativement propre et bien organisé. La qualité de la viande est appréciée. Surtout la viande bovine de Québec est bonne.
Aujourd’hui, il n’y avait personne à l’entrée qui surveille d’habitude. Un homme est monté dans l’escalator sans laver les mains ni utiliser le produit d’alcool mis à disposition dans cette période de pandémie. Il faut placer un personnel à l’entrée comme avant.

We just stopped from provigo in TMR. I would like to thank the staff for the kindness specially Serge and the cashier.

Oh boy J'avais déjà été aider travailler là quelques journées. Un des pires magasins pour travailler. Vous voyez, oui le magasin est très beau pour les clients. Mais, il a très mal été conçu dans les aspects techniques. Par exemple, dans le département que j'avais aider, il y a aucune chambre froide dans le département. Oui, il y en a dans le magasin, mais c'est dans le sous-sol.

Bref, un magasin neuf et technologique "désigné" par des "pousses-mines" qui ont aucune idée de la réalité des employés. J'imagine que c'est aussi pour cela qu'ils sont toujours en train de recruter du monde. Petit conseil. Allez jamais travailler là.

C’est le marché d’alimentation principal à Ville de Mont-Royal. Définitivement plus cher que le Maxi ou le Walmart mais combien plus plaisant. La boulangerie est réellement exceptionnelle et la section des plats preparés est grande, variée et de haute qualité. Le marché dans l’ensemble est plaisant, bien approvisionné et bien organisé. La section fruits et légumes toutefois aurait avantage à s’inspirer plus du Maxi qui offre un meilleur choix et de meilleurs prix.

Un des pires Supermarché que j'ai jamais connu. A très mal été désigné!

Il y a même pas de tourniquet à l'entrée / sortie, que j'ai souvent vu du monde se prendre de quoi, au Bistro. Et descendre tout simplement sans payer. C'est beaucoup plus facile s'en aller sans payé, que d'aller payer au caisses qui sont vraiment loin.

Usual loblaws let's talked with a variety of options for different budgets, the place however is a real Mayhem from management and staff perspective.

Bien organisé, propre, des très bons spéciaux, tout est bien indiqué par rapport aux règles sanitaires. Par contre, il a été difficile de comprendre qu'il y avait une seule file pour les caisses et où était elle.

Very expensive store. Like a dépanneur.
Samedi et dimanche seulement 2 caisse ouvertes. Si vous avez plus de 25 min a attendre.patience.
Aucune organisation a la caisses. Personnel impoli.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My sister went to this store to buy a few things and was accused of stealing at the self checkout by one of those employees that stand around with plastic bags. This employee was also extremely rude and somehow had this logic about my sister touching something at the checkout which was her reasoning of her stealing in the first place. My sister showed her receipt and proved this rude employee wrong. Whoever that employee is, I hope she does not run into me!

Disorganized, unsanitary, impolite.

In just a few words. They may be helping to curb the spread of covid, but they will definitely be the epicentre of the next salmonella or e-coli outbreak.

Unsanitary conditions, rotten food in the cases, uncaring staff. I shudder to think what it must look like in the areas the customers can't see.

Save yourself a visit to the hospital and shop absolutely anywhere else.

I have been going to this Provigo for years and years now and I even recall when they closed and re-opened, hoping it would get better but it really does not. I go there basically because it is beside my house and I would like to share this experience (I think the owner/manager is the same before/after).

1- Be very careful when you buy fruits in bags like apples, if you will open it, 80% chance that some are rotten. This has gotten slightly better over a year.
2- Strawberries, blueberries etc, look under the box before you buy or you may find mold.
3- Expiring products on shelves I found at least twice a year, without a fast sale label, products like milk.
4- tangerines in boxes, same thing, look in the box, I made the mistake of not and below are the attached pictures of what I took home today (I had enough so I had to post something). Last I had many incidences with apples and once I was there another lady was shouting at the manager at finding such things and guess what the manager said? The classic, "It is the first time that. " and that is why I am writing this review. People, I know you live in TMR and don't bother complaining for something you bought but this encourages bad batches of food for all. It is the right thing to do even if you pay very little for something (and this is not the case with this provigo as the prices are inflated).
5- The products aren't as fresh as other provigos. I used to work downtown near the Lucien Lallier metro and I used to carry the stuff home as the fruits had nothing rotting. Also, the price of a plant in that store was $5 less (yes in downtown) than in TMR! In fact most other stores (Provigos) are less than this one and with better products.
6- A month ago I went to get cauliflower and then had none. Last week I went to get coriander and they had none. Not just recently, but for years they run out of core products.

I would ask the manager to please check the stock of fresh food when there are no fast sale stickers and the price is high to make sure there is not rot! It's the least you can do. Thank you.

Il n'y a jamais rien dans cette épicerie et ce qu'ils ont est trop cher.
Comme ce soir, on va pour un rôti et il n'y en a aucun et la boucherie est déjà fermée. Un mardi à 17h?
Exemple de trucs qui manquent ré-gu-li-è-re-ment:
- Des herbes fraîches comme de la coriandre
- Des fèves germées
- Des coupes de viande comme des rôtis
- Des petites quantités de viandes. Toujours en paquet de 60 mégas poitrines de poulet ou des minis steaks Angus trop chers.
- Des pains à sous marin
Nous n'y allons plus même si elle est à 5 min de chez nous car il nous manque souvent des items sur notre liste, juste pour des urgences de dernière minute (comme ce soir mais qui n'a servi à rien).
Quand ça a ouvert, on trouvait l'endroit très cool, joli et invitant. On a vite déchanté. La seule raison pour que je ne mette pas juste 1 étoile, c'est que les employés sont toujours gentils.

Very nice quality stuff, though their prices can me a bit high sometimes. A major redeeming factor is their prepared food counter. The chicken combo is such a great value! The staff always give you so much food that the box barely even closes!

I don't know what's up with provigo, it's as if all their stores have to have escalators. I like Provigo for baked goods and their generic inventory is awesome well priced, so too the jerky price war between varieties. Loblaw now also owns shopper's in the rest of Canada and Pharmaprix in Québec, so all those locations have their decent Joe Fresh clothing brand. Parking sucks.

Very expensive for "semi fresh food". I live super close here so I come here for convenience, but this is not my main grocery store. I drive 20 mins away to buy cheaper and fresher food.

Clean grocery store, lots of organic options and they offer a great pickup service. Would recommend going on Thursday for the best produce options and double the points!

Love the openness of this grocery store, very high ceilings and lots of light. Nice large counters of prepared foods, deli, fish, breads and speciality orders. Also love the sitting area to eat your prepared-to-go foods. Large windows.fun to watch the airplanes going toward the airport.
