It's between them and Mr Patty for the best Patties in Quebec.everyone else is serving pure trash!

The rest of their food is "meh", nothing special, edible that's about it.but those Patties tho, well worth going out of your way to grab a few!

*They also make Curry Goat patties, yep, you heard right. CURRY GOAT PATTIES!
They sell out fast though, so call ahead if that's all u want.

"Self Checkout is for 20 items. " Ok, new thing implemented, got it. I've been a customer for years at this lowblows, and I have been a cashier before, I prefer to check myself out. In another note, your employee checked me out as if I was a thief. Smh

No help at service counter, poor employee had to run back and forth between the self checkout and service management is horrid as always won’t be coming back.

I walked around the organic section for a good 10 mns and hoped to get some help. Well, it never happened

Deserve to be put down. How does a place like even survives. You buy a case of tomatoes and you pay their lease.

Huge store, everything is really fresh especially compared to what's available in smaller stores or downtown, very clean, lots of parking and quiet shopping experience on weekday afternoons.

Check-out is always a pain. No self check-out for large orders. Cashiers will never help you pack but love putting pressure on you to hurry up.

Lots of selection but the slowest cashiers ive ever witnessed.their can be a hundread people in line and theirs still only 4 cashes open.to make it worse most of the people working their cash are slow as molasses or checking their cell phones.
Something has to be done about these wait times.

Always clean and very big grocery store with lots of choices. One of the best Provigo I've been to. Don't have a negative point to bring forward yet.

My all-time go-to grocery store. Lots of space to navigate, plenty of choices that you can't have anywhere else and the staff became quite helpful since the pandemic. A great store overall.

Fruits et légumes pas très frais. Lorsqu'il y a des produits en rabais (surtout la viande), ils sont toujours en manque, ou les produits sont cachés derrière le comptoir des viandes. Le directeur de plancher est bête comme ses pieds. Pas moyen de trouver du basilic frais, sinon en plant.

Les règlements changent chaque semaine je pense changer d épicerie sa ne vaut plus la peine!

L'établissement est relativement propre, les tablettes sont bien stockés et les employés sur le plancher sont serviables. Mais le comptoire du service à la clientèle n'aime définitivement pas son emploi. Refuse de te servire parceque tu attends sur le mauvais coté du comptoire et ensuite te dis "va aux caisses, je suis occupé" avec l'air le plus bête possible.

Sans aucun doute le pire service à la clientèle reçu ce samedi au comptoir de service aux clients (14 mars 2020) autant par les employé (e) s que LES gérants (2).

Alors que j'achetais de la viande avec un "rain check" on me facture les taxes! Depuis quand des taxes sont imputées à de la viande fraîche (longe de porc).

J'ai perdu près d'une heure à débattre le point avec employé (e) s ET gérant (e) s car ils ne pouvaient, supposément, rien y faire.
On s'entends, ce n'est pas pour la valeur de la "fraude", mais bien pour le principe et pour prévenir les futurs client (e) s que je dénonce l'expérience.

J'aurais surement dû obtenir un rabais d'au moins $10 pour cette erreur, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

J'ai jamais eu affaire à un groupe aussi incompétent. Et je n'ai aucune félicitation à faire à la personne qui a placé ces employés en première ligne face aux clients.

Surveillez vos factures si vous vous y aventurez!

Overpriced. But its so large its the consumers that pay the rent.and heating bill. Decent selection of vegan and organic products however.

Everything is very expensive in this grocery store. Also the self checkout changed for the worse. Otherwise, the selection is quite good. Worthwhile to shop here for things on sale.

Grand épicerie, grand stationnement, de longues heures d'ouverture: très pratique. Les prix sont raisonnables. Il y a plusieurs caisses libres services.

Out of all the stores in Lasalle, QC this is my favourite. Clean (except the bottle return section which I am guessing is quite normal) stocked up, great prices on Tuesdays, staff is friendly, not all but most are.

On ne va pas là pour les prix et encore moins pour l'attention démontrée par le personnel. Mais comme c'est proche de chez moi, c'est un bon dépanneur

Good place to do groceries, improvement could be made in the meat section: had some problems a few times with meat not fresh. Most of the time meat is ok. Also meat section is small compared to IGA. Good fruits & vegetable section. Dairy products always fresh. Free parking, wheel chair access.

Le boucher était super gentil et serviable, mais j'ai eu un paquet de boeuf haché sur 2 qui était un peu moins frais.

Un giga provigo avec beaucoup beaucoup de choix de produits, une pharmacie, une shoppe pour reparer des trucs en cuirs et un simons intégré dedans.dommage par contre que dans une si grosse épicerie on trouve pas une plus grande variété de produits étrangers comme certains produits asiatiques.

Got most of what I needed when I got there. Too bad they don't price match like their family Maxi. I prefer Maxi for that.

Ça faisait longtemps que je n'y était pas allée. J'ai été déçue de constater qu'Il n'y a plus de poissonnerie à proprement parlé tout est pré-emballé.

The store itself is fine, has a good selection of food, reasonable prices. Many of the people that work here are helpful, but they seem to be understaffed and overworked.

There are always delays at checkout. The self service checkouts are a mess and they never seem to have enough regular cash registers open. They don't manage the self service checkouts very well. They apparently think their customers are thieves since they don't provide bags. If you need a bag, instead you'll find yourself waiting for an over worked staffer.

Big selections, fresh for whatever I've purchased, best part I can get great natural products I have a hard time finding in any other grocery store chain so that's a bonus, and some great deals with dishes or utensils, etc you just have to look for it. Long line ups but blame the management for that, it's not the cashiers fault as I've always had good customer service. Good location as well.

Usually don't have enough cashiers. Self serve checkout is just insulting. Produce section is nice, though beware the ground meat.

Slightly higher prices than elsewhere but you really can't beat the selection, you find speciality/rare stuff there you can't get anywhere else.

Variety of products is pretty good but there never seems to be enough employees to run the store. During the day the aisles are mostly free of people which gives an eerie feeling.

If you park overnight in their area, expect a 78 ticket from the Montreal police. No warning, no sign’s. Apparently the store calls the police to ticket cars. What a bunch of p****s

Un peu decu. Beaucoup de tablettes sont vides et peu de choix de viande dans le comptoir boucherie. Je mennuie du temps ou cetait un Loblaws

PC point program is pretty good and there is a good selection of products, but the fruit on offer is pretty consistently of poor quality, looking ripe but then tasting like nothing/pasty. This includes experiences with pears, peaches, watermelon, nectarines and even apples, but to a lesser degree. The bananas are usually fine at least. Disappointing.

Lack of consistency on product supply and pricing as well as a few of the staff require retraining on customer service.

I'm pretty disappointed. It's not the first time my visit to Provigo was disappointing but it is definitely my last.

A Nice and nit place though overall very expensive. All items are 1$ plus comparing with the rest of the grocery stores.

J'adore cet établissement. Personnel sympathique, variété de produits hors pair, et propreté (et organisation) impeccable des lieux!

Great supermarket. Very well organized, wide variety of products, including Presidents Choise product range, spacious isles. Probably one of the best in Montreal.
