Loved shopping in this Provigo with sushi spot and Starbucks in it! The sushi here has quite a few selections and the price is reasonable. Full filled our grocery shopping and dinner dining with options for dessert shopping all at the same time!

Large place & good collection.
Staff & services are good. I feel prices a slightly better than other competing stores nearby.
Have Starbucks too.

The food is good & fresh, service is good, the awful thing are the potholes on the parking! Today i was getting to my car with my groceries in a cart, when the two front wheels of the cart fall on the pothole making all my heavy groceries go towards the front, I couldn’t hold the car, it fell forward and it hit me badly on my right front leg… thank God it didn’t felt over my little daughter! Such a safety hazard! Be careful!

Provigo de l’île des sœurs. Achat d’un sac de pommes: 4 à l’intérieur sont pourries et même une est moisie. Évidemment je n’irai pas le rapporter! Faute de temps. Ce n’est pas la première fois que j’ai ce genre de problème.
Même chose lors de la livraison: des raisins noirs totalement moisis.
Dommage car j’aime bien ce magasin pour la diversité des fruits et légumes même s’ils sont chers. Surtout quand on doit les jeter car ils sont abîmés.

Et c’est vrai que les paniers à main sont sales; très sales.

En fait ce sont certains employés qui doivent être blâmés car ceux « sur le terrain », à la caisse, etc.sont vraiment efficaces et gentils, surtout qui sont là depuis très longtemps. À part quelques exceptions récentes, qui parfois ne restent pas longtemps! Quand je peux, je choisis la caisse de la personne qui va me mettre.de bonne humeur en me donnant un service. 10 étoiles. Il y a une caissière, récente, qui ne prend même pas la peine de nous regarder ou de nous parler ou de dire bonjour ou de se soucier de notre existence. Elle n'est pas à sa place.

La qualité se manifeste dans tous ces types de super marché, sauf pour les régions. On trouve plus de qualité dans les épiceries de Westmount et L'île des sœurs. Bizarre.

Best stock and prices, I always do my grocery shopping there. I removed one star because the service isn’t always great.

Great Provigo, not that I really notice a difference between them. Curbside pick up is also pretty smooth.

Très bonne sélection de bières artisanales et beaucoup d'offres intéressantes sur Flashfood. La seule chose qui m'irrite est qu'à la caisse self-serve, le commis ne regarde pas régulièrement qui a besoin d'aide et on peut attendre plusieurs minutes pour qu'il vienne nous aider pendant qu'il se promène un peu partout sans regarder les caisses. C'est irritant car souvent ça serait plus rapide de passer aux caisses normales que d'attendre après le commis.

Belle épicerie avec un excellent service et beaucoup de viandes de qualité! Belle sélection de légumes et fruits frais. Bon employés serviable.

Terrible attitude at the customers services when you want refunds or exchanges. Lisette (?) (she seems to be Vietnamese), is always especially rude and uncooperative!

Today Feb3-2021 I stood in the cashier express line for quite some time looking at the deli woman slapping around food with her bare hands. Even without Covid, surely sanitization is required. I have never seen anything like it. (1) Your deli people do not wear gloves. They may use tongs when reaching for food but the paper placed into the boxes is handled by bare hands. I watched your man yesterday flatten the paper with his bare hands and then placed same in the box before using tongs to place food. After a year of Covid getting worse every day you must know that your staff is as prone to the disease as your customers are. The box of food remained in your store. (2) The 1-8 item cash register. The blonde cashier. Personable but. I was second in line today and stood waiting for 15 mins. People behind me left the line in frustration. This is not the first time. I waited 3rd in line for 20 mins.another time eventually put down the items and left the store. I have experienced no grocery items (she forgot to put all purchases from one side to the other) resulting with me having to make a second trip after getting home to find something missing. Not even an apology. She seems to ‘socialize’ a lot with each customer which isn’t a bad thing but we are using the 1-8 item cash in an effort for efficiency. She actually ‘grunts’ when I stand quietly with my points card citing “she can only do one thing at a time”. Same reaction when I request a lottery ticket. It is quite clear that she is unable to do even ‘one’ thing at a time. Perhaps she needs to be placed elsewhere? I am pretty sure I am not your only unhappy customer.

Malgré la grandeur, ça reste très convivial comme épicerie grâce à la sympathie et professionalisme des employés et du gérant.

Well organised the tea are friendly, the place are well maintained and replenished, provigo is my first option for shopping my house needs.

This is my super store! Close to my home. Especially there is a fresh flower shop or counter inside, plus many succulents collections.

I am so very tired of getting home and finding bad fruit. 100% of the time. Never happens when I buy apples elsewhere.

I like Provigo's discounts, good selection of beer and wine. You can buy anything you need for dinner or home.

Ouff! Je ne sais pas ce qui s’est passé mais la caissière n’arrêtait pas de se plaindre qu’elle était tannée de travailler. Il n’y avait personne qui m’aidait à mettre les choses dans mes sacs. J’ai été obligé de prendre le reçu moi même à la caisse. La pire expérience pour une épicerie.

Je ne peux pas jugée la personne, mais une intervention du management aurait été nécessaire. C’est inacceptable.

Pourtant vous avez un grand concurrence pas très loin.

We go there 3 times a week, overall friendly staff, however Impossible to find anyone in the aisle to help if needed.

Good Provigo grecery store. One of the two large grocery stores on Nun's Island (the other one is IGA).

The best place to do groceries particularly when you have the points card. The produce is so fresh! Such an upbeat place to do your groceries at!

J'étais à la caisse et le caissier me demande ma carte d'identité puisque j'avais une bouteille de vin rouge parmis mes achats. Aucun problème, je lui montre mon permis j'ai 26 ans. Il me dit que sur la carte ce n'est pas moi, mais ma soeur. Première, je n'ai pas de soeur et deuxièmement c'est bien moi sur la photo. Il me répond que sur la photo la femme est blonde et moi je suis plus brune. C'est ridicule, mes cheveux sont à moitié blond, j'ai simplement arrêter de les teindre. Bref, je trouve ça vraiment déplacé de la part du caissier tout ça pour une bouteille de vin rouge à 13$.

Personnel très courtois. Les produits flashfood sont de bonnes qualités. Un remerciement spécial a Jeff qui a le service a la clientèle dans ses veines

Département de la viande Il cache leurs spéciaux, pour pas que (leurs propres) clients en achetent.

Pour les anniversaires des collègues, c'est au Provigo qu'on achète les gâteaux!
Ils sont délicieux! Pour ma famille, leurs pizzas maison font le bonheur de tous! Chapeau au boulangers!

Huge supermarket, they have a florist, craft beer section plus it's next to a liquor store. During summer they have flowers, plants and a variety of gardening stuff. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly.

Great selection of food even offers fresh food that they cook for you. Open late which is really convenient!

Un très beau Provigo avec de bons spéciaux à 50%. Beau choix de fromages, atmosphère invitante. Produits bios.

Best provigo! Clean, fresh fruits and veggies, everything is so well organized and they have such a nice variety of fresh flowers which I like to buy weekly

I love this place, everything is well organized, the staffs are very nice and helpful. You can see the live store even in weekends, the working hours are perfect. You can find anything you need even at 9 pm. By the way don't forget the ready to eat foods.

I live on Nun's island and have to go to Provigo because they have some products that IGA doesn't but every time I regret it. I guess I will try to find a way around to avoid Provigo all together. The reason I don't like this store is simple. It's just not run properly. Often times there are no enough cashiers and there is often a line-up even where there are just a few customers at the store. I am not sure about proper employee training either. Very slow and inefficient service and no manager around. Just go to IGA on Nun's Island. There is simply no comparison. There is always a manager around who ensures that everything runs smoothly and who would also give a hand if needed.
And it has happened to me a few times when the advertised discount was not applied or when I was mislead due to confusing labeling.
Just as an example, please see the photo attached. I bought two bags of coffee thinking I was buying two for $20. I paid and didn't check the receipt. Came back home, looked at the receipt and noticed that I was in fact charged $26. I returned back to the store and decided to check again in case I made a mistake. And fair enough, apparently it was my fault by not paying enough attention. You got me, Provigo! So two for $20 only applied to the Ground/Moulu coffee but why did you put the coffee in beans on this shelf then? I just saw the brand I liked, saw the good offer and wanted to take advantage of it. My bad. I didn't complain just left the store and kept the coffee. I know there is no point in bringing it up to their attention. I had a similar accident in the past and they clearly don't care, wouldn't even apologize. Long store short, even though I like a few products which IGA doesn't carry, I would try to avoid Provigo whenever possible.

Good range of products, but if you arrive late, not sure you'll get what you want. Specially meat and vegetables

Mon épicerie préférée à l'île des soeurs! Les fruits et légumes sont hyper frais, et je dois dire que j'ai un faible pour la marque Choix du Président. C'est toujours excellent!

Provigo is always a tad expensive considering their selection and quality. Nonetheless its still a good, clean facility with hars working people in it.
