Fairly expensive for groceries. Some of their deals are decent (usually meats) other deals (snacks) are more expensive than standard prices elsewhere. Be price aware if you shop here.

Correcte. Pourrait être plus propre et modernisé. Pas très accueillant le gardien de sécurité à l'entrée et ça fait peur! Les employés sont plus intéressés à se parler entre eux qu'aux clients.

I am giving this store a 1 star and if I could I would even give it 0 stars as it doesn't deserve one. Today I went to the store with my mom and we got some chicken at the HMR (prepared meal section) after receiving my food I went to their cash register and a man told me he doesn't have a code and that I need to go to the front cash which are further and just a waist of time. The worst part was that the store owner (Julie Goulet) was there the whole time and didn't do anything. I made my way to the self check out and I accidentally scanned my food twice so I deleted the item and it made my register flash red so I waved to the ladie who was supposed to help but she was way to busy talking to a friend and flirting. As I asked for help she gave me the biggest attitude like I was bothering her, she deleted my food again and made it so much more confusing barely helping me and screwing it up. I had also bought flowers and I asked her for a paper to wrap it which they provide and it's free. She straight up told me NO. I was taken it back and asked why and she told me it's not her job.and guess who was there and listening JULIE GOULET, she didn't do anything too busy buying getting food. I thought this was a joke I made my way to the counter asked for a paper the girl at the counter was sweet thank God. Anyways awful I don't recommend to anyone the price are jacked up the staff is awful and the owner doesn't care about the costmer and clearly her staff if they are allowed to act this way. It's a circus over there hahahah. So 0

We always find what we need and sometimes we discover new things. Always clean, friendly service and has a good selection of items on sale.

The price fluxes are really offensive. One day my coffee is $8.99, next day, $15.99. No consistency in pricing.

It’s hard to say for certain, but for some reason the orange floors work at this Provigo. Really good selections of high end meats and cheeses. The flower section is really good. The Joe Fresh section has a lot of options as well. One of the best grocery stores in Aylmer!

Place is always clean and in good order however don't expect any great bargains. Cakes go on special on Wednesdays. I will fight you if I have to.

Well stocked shelves and good produces, meat, bakery. All the employees I interacted with were courteous and knowledgeable.

Stopped by at 6: 45 for ice cream and milk. Doors were open. Place was deserted, all cashiers closed, even the self serve, not one person in the place. They likely forgot to lock the doors. Walked through the store looking for someone, empty! My issue is with being closed at 6: 45pm. I know it's in Quebec so the standards are lower, but even still.

Most of the staff are really nice and helpful but some big brands aren't carried at this location and shelves sometimes take a while to be restocked.

C'est desastreux le service et comment il nous traite nous les étudiants on rentre mais la seconde que tu rentre un employée commence a te suivre mais des que tu est a payer et tu sort il te traite comme si tu était un moin que rien.mise en situation aujourd'hui je suis aller acheter mon dîner au provigo et je suis sortie pour aller manger sur le banc à l'avant et pas plus de 5 minutes plus tard moi et mes amis on ses fait dire de sortir du terrain et que c'était pas leur problème que nous avions pas le droit de manger de la nourriture de l'extérieur sur le terrain de l'école il veulent juste notre argent en fin de compte j'ai toujours été faire l'épicerie la avec mes parents et ils était déçu du service que j'ai eu et il ne retournerons pas et pareil pour moi.

Very nice building, excellent selection and great prices, the best grocery store I've known

This grocery store is good for certain items yet my least favorite grocery store in the Aylmer Sector (due to the lack of training provided to the floor staff, hence the four stars). Provigo only loses a star because the Bakery (at the back of the store) and Pastry (at the front of the store), the Take Away, Deli counter and Dairy section are well trained and extremely helpful employees.

I don't buy my meat or fish here so I can not comment on the employees either way.

Our family enjoys the Ace bakery breads (Toronto) from baguettes, potato and dill to crusty breads we love them all.

The donuts come in a 6 pack (previously frozen) and are truly delicious and Krispy Kreme quality. Our family favouites are the ones with sprinkles or the chocolate dipped.

The croissants are ok for the price we also purchase the cheese Danish (fond memories with my Grandmother at a Montréal Bakery- exact same quality).

The Stoopwafel is a nice treat and my men like it when I toast them in a pan and let them cool it melts the caramel and makes them a little chewy.

The Take Out counter is good for Spaghetti sauce (made in house) and fresh (packaged) pasta. The chicken strips and mac and cheese make a no fuss supper (I do miss the vegetable option so I throw together a salad instead).
Also good is the Portuguese chicken when it is available.

The Sushi counter is appreciated with so many choices. The potstickers and shrimp tempura get two (2) thumbs up. There is a good selection and I noticed that there is a premade chicken and rice dish that I must try.

It is beneficial to have a Health food section. We like the clif bars (cool mint chocolate or chocolate chip).
I like picking up our family's best-loved Crofter's Morello Cherry Premium Spread. The freezer section is always well stocked and has everything that I need.
I also like the selection of tortilla chips however, do miss the large bag of popcorn which takes me Ottawa bound shopping (yes, I do make an effort to shop locally first).

It is nice to have a Pharmacy here as many of the vitamins offered are a good price. And it is convenient to pick Tums, Eno, Cough Syrup Advil or Tylenol without having to go to another store.

The Joe Fresh clothing is convenient and good quality the best part is the price especially when they have their sales. The staff here are very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.

Provigo has good door crashers deals. They often have Lactancia butter on sale for $2.99.

It is beneficial to be part of their Optimum Program as you will get exclusive deals on certain items. I saved around $5.00 on toilet paper because of the Optimum Member Discount.

The bottom line is if you know what you want and don't require any help then this place is ok to shop at. If you ask for help, then the staff will send you on a 'wild goose chase'. I needed an item and after scouring the store approached the staff.a complete waste of time. Christy chocolate wafers are easily attainable at most of the other stores in town.

I wish that the staff shopping for customer pick up orders would be more considerate of the patrons that are actually shopping here. The staff is in such a rush, to fill the orders, that it creates an unpleasant shopping experience for the rest of us.

I don't know if Provigo is just understaffed but when you ask to have something done then the staff is either annoyed or they are too busy on their cell phones to take the time to help you. It's disappointing because it wasn't always this way. The Provigo in Plateau does not seem to have these issues. It makes one wonder what Plateau is doing differently.

When this place was a Loblaws, it was great now that it's a Provigo, not so good.management changed and so did the service and quality of some of the items sold.

Convenient location with lots of free parking. Close to aquatic centre and a dollarama next door. Store is bright, clean and has wide aisles. Lots of freshness and quality of products. Great friendly customer service.

It's nice and clean. I just wish there was some consistency with these sites when it comes to the availability of freshly baked goods. Also a little more expensive than I care for.

Expensive and very poor customer service. You cannot find support on the floor and when you do the assistance is either not helpful at all or supportive in finding the items you look for. Staff often act like they are bothered by the request. I will not shop there anymore. The Plateau location is the complete opposite. Helpful staff and store is cleaner and more selection. I will drive there from here on.

Great cheese and produce section. Store is always clean and not overstuffed with products like some stores. Cashiers have always been polite and courteous.

More variety than the other grocery stores nearby and I like the various things they do to promote healthy eating and reduce waste.

Expensive! When did cabbage become an endangered species? 1.99 a pound for green and 2.45 for red! That's about 7.20 for a medium green cabbage. Crazy

Une employée du magasin qui refuse d'appliquer la politique du prix. Une erreure flagrante de prix. 6,99$ au lieu de 2,99$. J'imagine le nombre de clients qui se sont fait avoir. Une plainte est en cours à l'OPC. SVP, n'hésitez pas à prendre 5 mn de votre temps pour dénoncer ces pratiques trompeuses et le non respect de la loi des prix dans ces magasins.

Super clean. Fresh everything. Always have sales on the items I want, and things i didn't know i wanted, but bought. They have a couome isles like a pharmacy that saves time and one stop shop for most of my household needs.

Great atmosphere, well presented produce, great selection. I personally find it a bit more expensive than other grocery stores not including sale or featured items of course.

Went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Very modern, nice layout, fresh and varied produce. Also, it had some additional departments, sch and the confectionary and hand made chocolates, etc. I even found some non-traditional cake (see hamburger cake). I also bought a few of their specialty cupcakes. Positively amazing flavour and freshness. I will return.

Prices too high. Service non existent. They always lack something I need.not enough human cashiers

Lineups are not too bad but the self serve isles is not watched very well. I always end up waiting for someone to come over to help.

Usually go to this location to load up on our way to the cottage. Usually they have a good variety of selection.

The pharmacy here is amazing! Personalized care by people who actually seem to care about you. Highly recommend.

This grocery is amazing and you will find almost anything you can want. Produce, seafood and meat is very fresh. The inhouse pharmacy is also pretty great and staff is very knowledgeable. The only downside is that it tends to be on the pricy side.

Ask for your receipt. You may not receive it, otherwise, and then you won' t know what you spent, or how much was charged to your credit card. Also, instead of giving me credit for my own provided shopping bag, I was charged for a bag.

Good for high-end / quality products. Beautiful interior decorating. Not as affordable though - for example, you can literally get the exact same muffins at Maxi for $2 cheaper. Their range of dog food is also very limited, with only 1 option for puppy food. It's a nice shop, but feels like they're being a bit too upper class.

This is our go-to for the most part. But honestly they seem to have stocking issues almost all the time. Rare is the visit when I come home with everything on my list. I dont know why it's difficult for them to keep certain items in stock, but it's almost always a gamble. I like the place, I just wish it was a little more consistent.

Haven't been there in a decade, the store's decor is outstanding and the layout of the products is well distributed and indicated!
