Why do they blast the whole building with annoying mainstream music that clouds your thoughts with it's catchiness? ! Forget your headphones, and your psyche is exposed.

Half the time I go to this store to pick up meat or fish that’s on sale, they’re out. I’m so sick of this constant situation, it’s gotten absolutely ridiculous!

They're not letting their guard down, everyone going in the store still has to wash their hands.

Good overall store. Prices are higher than other stores.
Never seem to have any BBQ chicken after 6pm.

Belle épicerie. Ils ont une petite section de produits pour la maison qui gagnerait à être plus grande. Toujours très propre et bien entretenu.

Employée très très mal élevée, pas de manière, jamais plus je ne metterai les pied dans trou à rats.

The food court is always missing a lot of favorites on the menu, notably the pizzas. This lack of option also extends to cheese isle and the bakery. The next closest one on the 40 highway always has every food option at the ready, so if you're out there to get ready to eat food, go to that location instead. Apart from that, it's a standard Provigo, so above average product and service.

I just wanted to buy a case of beer. As I didn't see it on shelves, I searched for some time an employee but finally I asked the cashier. She didn't know so she forward me to client service. They didn't know also and ask few times on speakers an employee to come. After 10 more minutes of waiting I quitted and I went to Maxi where I bought it in 5 minutes.
I'm not dissatisfied that they don't know but because I spent 30 minutes there for nothing, and in the end they even couldn't tell me if they had it or not.

Most ghetto provigo i have ever been to. Expired foods well past their date on shelves. Watched 3 'customer service' people fight with an old lady over milk she had purchased that had turned before it's expiry. Nevermind my own experience, being treated as an annoyance, when it was they who screwed up my order. Will never return.

Love grocery shopping at Provigo Pierrefonds because of their service and reasonable prices. The building is ferly new and provides space to shop comfortably.

Great place to buy stuff you don't always find in regular supermarkets. Great variety. Staff is kinda rude though and are always talking with other employees

They don't let your bring in bags anymore (covid 19) but I was still charged to purchase plastic bags. Seems like taking advantage of people.

Always a good experience. I avoid the rush times. Prices are higher however the quality is the best.

Nice and a big store. Clean and well organized. Lot of goods. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Fish and bakeries. A relatively big section for cakes. What I found great is the culinary classes that they offer from time to time on the second floor. You have to register before, though. My kids adore these classes. They learn to cook with professional chef and brig food they cooked to home. Store is accessible for wheelchairs. Parking is big, you can always find a spot close to entrance. I broke my foot in November and have not been able to go food shopping (or do anything much).

Their pickupd/service has been amazing. The people in the store especially Daniela and Joanne have been incredibly helpful throughout my convalescent. THANK you guys for the amazing service you have offered me.

I love this Provigo branch. Very well maintained and clean. The store is spacious and it has lot of stuff to choose from. Check the fliers regularly for weekly sales and savings!

The store look nice but the business is not managed at the normal level of expectations. Lot of products in milk area are expired for weeks with even moisture in some of them. The problem no one want to take care of it when I raised it. The Manage went for lunch, customers service no action. Until one employee on side ask me to not bother and go to Kirkland one is much cleaner since she already personally complained a days before and still no action.
Next will be to send a note to consumers protection office to have a visit and send them the pictures that I took.

Beautiful store with a varied selection of items that are sure to please your taste buds. Great speciality counters as well with a fresh selection. My only complaint is that some items are more expensive than the same at other grocers

L'un des meilleurs supermarché de Montréal, si non le meilleur. Le décor est magnifique et très propre.

Nice to have a grocery that opens every day till 10 pm.
They have nice sweets shop for cakes and croissant.

Some things are very expensive but at least it's always high quality and clean/organized. Presidents choice food is fire.

In the past I've avoided this Provigo due to horrible produce and meat quality. Looks like there been a change and the quality has improved greatly. Quite impressed on my last visit.

Convenient (North) West Island grocery store with abundant selection in most of the departments.
Home decor, clothing, pharmacy, pastries, kosher section, flowers all in one location.
Summer brings on a rather large nursery which takes a good section of the parking lot.

Clean and large selection on fresh groceries.never had a problem here and staff is friendly and helpful! Have self serve cashes now to pick up a few items and never wait in line! Favorite grocery store around

Overpriced for the same items at maxi, the fresh butchers section is truly pathetic! Its a shame that our comments go unheard because we spend our money for people to keep their jobs! And the worst part is that the owners never reply to our comments do they care hell no as long as we keep giving our money they are just laughing at us!

Very big and clean store prices are competitive with other grocerie stores but im definitely a costco guy normally hhi

Went here to pick up some food for a quick bite. Chose 3 items from the sushi department. Noone was working at the sushi counter so had to go to the other counter to check out. Had to call her to get her attention and she took her time to finish what she was doing making us wait longer. Once she finally came the products kept scanning at the wrong price not matching the price on the container. Usually when that happens you fix it but she obviously had no authority and had to call someone else over. By then I was not
amused her coworker could not or would not so anything either. She said well you can walk over to the other cashes and maybe they can fix it. Seriously you can’t do
your job so you want the customer to walk far away so someone else can?

As far as groceries go, I find provigo over priced! The fruit and vegetable selection is basic, not always well stocked and too expensive. For these items there are many better options in the west island.

They do however have a good selection of microbrewery beers, some ciders and other.

The staff however are nice and easy to talk to.

I typically only go here in a pinch because I live close and it has good hours of operation. Otherwise I tend do all my groceries elsewhere.

Too bad Mourelatos is closed, the fruit and vegetable prives are outrageous, no competition no fair prices.

Ack! What a horrible parking lot. The aisles are too close together and the lines for the cars are too close together. I spent a half hour looking for a spot, with half of that time just waiting for other cars in front of me to move. Someone was always waiting or stick and holding up the line.

We eventually gave up and drove the extra time to go to Guzzo Marche Centrale.

Never again!
