Refused to help me today because I asked politely if they can help me in English. Both the technician and the pharmacist. Shame on you. Was also going to buy a few products and I'll take my business elsewhere. Keep ruining this province with your Anglophone discrimination. I'm new to the city god forbid I'm not fully fluent in French.

J'adore cette pharmacie de quartier, la pharmacienne propose des produits naturels quand c'est possible et on nous appelle lorsqu'un produit est disponible. Excellent service

I went today with covid symptoms and she literally denied the rapid covid test to me because she had a waiting list for “her costumers”, she told me she had only 10 covid test for her waiting list. 10 minutes before my roomate went to the same pharmacy with the same lady and got offered the tests without asking, I guess she didn’t like me, thank you miss!

Le pharmacien n’a pas été professionnel du tout.aucun conseil pertinent et un air hautain. De plus, il ne portait pas son masque lorsqu’il interagissait avec ses collègues.

Par contre le reste du personnel était sympathique.

Un service à la clientèle qui dépasse toutes les attentes, le personnel aimable, à l'écoute, serviable et surtout très professionnel.

First class service, and super helpful and friendly staff members.
They know exactly what they are doing and they make you feel better with a smile on their faces.

Le prix des produits est très bon-marché comparé à d’autres compagnies, et c’est pourquoi que j’aime celui-ci. Ils ont employé un bon concept. La qualité des produits et les services est top. Ils ont une vaste gamme de produits et le prix n’est pas trop cher et je recommande alors.

Un véritable modèle pour les pharmacies. Une équipe près de leur client avec un service à la clientèle unique en son genre. Je vous recommande fortement.
