We didn’t like his service we paid less tip, he pushed us back and we had to call police to get out of Restaurant.

The worst place i have visited in my life not even the service as after paying the amount of food they are forcefully asking us for 15% tip even we have already paid tips they are asking more. One of the staff was smoking weed in the restaurant and asking for more tip. Not only this they even push us when we want to leave he dont allow us to do that. Being a customer is our responsibility to pay the tips by our own but its very shameful for them to push us away just for the tips.

Hanni is such an amazing bartender, or should I say MIXOLOGIST. I ask for an aperol spritz and he looked at me and said "I GOT YOU WITH NY PERSONAL TWIST". He then proceed to add grapefruit juice to it. What a delight. Also legbtq2s+ friendly.

The bartender Katherine was amazing! It was my birthday and she made sure it was special. Great food. Great drinks. Amazing service with Katherine and Mary. They made my birthday experience in Montreal unforgettable! 5+ stars!

Amigos gave bad service at the bar, he seemed busy with his mission of giving Alabama love to his prima.in the end drinks were alright but service was terrible, overall decent experience.

Came here with a small group around midnight. Had to order drinks at the bar which is fine, however there were only 2 bartenders. One spent 10 minutes flirting with a customer while the other one was working. The bartender who was working was condescending, and cancelled a transaction to force a tip on a pitcher of beer despite no service and a long wait time. The beer didn’t taste like how it normally should, and was sour and flat. Rustic atmosphere wasn’t kept clean so it felt run down. Also suspicious activity was just happening out in the open with someone dropping off a backpack. Just really weird vibes paired with poor night service. The pub wasn’t even that busy (20% capacity). Won’t be coming here on my next visit to this city.

The worst service I've ever gotten.
I went to this place Tuesday night hoping to have a good time. The food was good. I got a young lady, Samantha, as a server which seemed nice. However she didn't come to our table asking if everything was okay and never refilled our glasses of water which is in my opinion the bare minimum for a restaurant.
When the time came to pay I left 10% tip on the machine. While I was grabbing my card in my bag, the server took the machine to pay, I thought i took too long and that she had to put the number in again. She changed the tip to 15% (with tax which is equivalent to 17% total) grabbed my card from me without asking anything and payed. She then quickly left. I asked her for my receipt which she gave me just for me to see she changed the tip.
I hesitated to go see her because I didn't want to seem like a "Karen" but I went anyways. I asked her what happened because that wasn't the amount that I put on the machine and she answered me with "when you go to a restaurant you're supposed to leave a 15% tip".
This is totally outrageous she not only changed the tip I put, took my card from my hands, PAYED WITH MY CARD NOT SHOWING ME HOW MUCH IT WAS and then had the audacity to tell me I was SUPPOSED to leave 15% tip.
I will certainly never come here again.

We went for dinner before going to the cirque du Soleil. Not fine cuisine but what we had was good. I had a Club Sandwich and my wife had fish and chips. Both of them were very good. Typical pub food for those looking for a place in old Montreal.

Repas correct. Nous avons pris un Burger St Paul et des côtes levées. Tout était délicieux. Repas à 30$ hors taxes par personne avec les boissons incluses. Tout à été parfait pour nous, malgré les avis négatifs. En discutant, on a compris que le service est fait par de jeunes PVT donc un peu d'indulgence pour ces personnes.

Cheap drinks, quality music, great open windows with a view. A good stop on your bar crawl, or to load up on pub food before going out for the evening. We sat upstairs by the window and really enjoyed our time there.

Premièrement, on ne nous apporte pas d'eau ni ustensiles. On commande nos breuvage et on lui demande de nous apporter un 2e pichets d'eau. On ne l'a jamais eu. Bière même pas débouchés.
On a reçu notre entrée en même temps que notre repas principal. Et la serveuse nous dit que c'est comme ça ici.
Donc le temps de manger notre entrée, notre repas était froid. La bouffe était vraiment mauvaise. Salade César douteuse.bavette de boeuf découpé en tranche et pas bon du tout. La serveuse n'est jamais venu nous voir du souper.
On étaient 6 et nous avons tous eu mal au ventre.

Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Personne des gens qui étaient avec moi n'ont aimé cet endroit.

Mauvais service, attente interminable pour avoir nos repas. Certains ont même reçu leur entrée pendant qu'ils mangeaient leur repas. La serveuse nous a bêtement répondu qu'à ce resto ils servaient les entrées en même temps.

Nourriture très ordinaire en plus du cheveux retrouver sur un de nos plats.
Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Rocking place. Great bar, great vibes and great service. Pool and darts available. A good chill out place

A fuir! Verres et couverts sales! Service médiocre et serveuse qui vous jette la monnaie sur la table car vous refusez de lui laisser pour le service… Dommage car nourriture bonne.

Nice chilled place - went for drinks after the fireworks. A little basic - not much else to say about it. Spacious - also had good service

Service is very slow even if it's not overly filled.asked for water 4 times and never got it. Food is good.

Big place. Lots of room with a beautiful view. The staff was great but the food and drinks were (in my opinion) underwhelming for the price.

Aucun service, la bouffe était froide, ils servent l'entrée en même temps que le plat principal, c'était pas mangeable. Je donne 1 étoile parce-que je peux pas donner moin. On as touts mal au ventre. C'est le pire restaurant que j'ai mangé. Je vous le déconseille!

Showed up, was told to sit anywhere.went to sit was told to go back and stand til someone else seated us, no one seated us. Went to sit again in a different spot and no one came to give us menus or anything while other guests came in and we were completely ignored. I DO NOT recommend this place! The service is horrible and felt like they just didn’t want to serve me at all. I ended up at Al Pizzetta and was seated right away, served right away and the the atmosphere is way for friendlier! Recommend coming to Al Pizzetta instead. Don’t bother with Pub St-Paul

Horrible service, wouldn't bring our drinks for an hour. Had to wait another 30 minutes for our bill. Definitely won't be back

Sehr nette und lockere Atmosphäre. Man wird auch freundlich bedient, wenn man nur etwas trinken möchte. Abends ist die Aussicht auf‘s Riesenrad toll.

Drinks and loud students make such an annoying atmosphere. If you're hungry, go away! They only have poutine and fired wings. Everything is very grease. The service, ridiculous! You get a be patient at that place. But if you're under 25.go for it!

Terrible experience! Our waiter overcharged me for my drink. When I pointed out the error, he acknowledged there was a mistake on the menu but still tried to overcharge me. I ended up paying instead of making a scene.
When asked if we wanted another drink and said no, the waiter immediately brought us our bill
This was strange because we had just started our first drinks. Once the bill was settled, the waiter shoved one of my friends aside (litteraly pushed him) so that he could remove the second table he had brought together for us. We figured this was to accomodate new customers, but no one sat at the table.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your time and money, and do not go to Pub St-Paul!

Terrible service. Staff do not care. Using foul language and calling eachother retards. Food is not good - don’t bother.

A great place to have a good time good prices and the staff is amazing, and they have the best poutine that I ever have.

Great bar to grab some shots and beers at the prices are solid alcohol wise and they make some delicious funky shots! Get the Jolly rancher one if you enjoy a sweet shot that the alcohol is barely tasted! Ambiance was of a retro older school bar/pub slightly sticky spots older chairs etc! Cool artwork and design! Great bartenders!

Waiters were more interested in hanging out with each other than serving the tables. Had multiple eye contacts but they pretend they never saw it. Took me more than 10 mins to get seated while four of waiters were joking around at the bar then one came over to tell me I can sit anywhere. I sat down and it took 15 mins for somebody to come with a menu…. Took me FOREVER to get a glass of water and my meal. Never coming back

Honestly, the food was great and the vibe was really chill. The customer service was on point and I hope to go there again.

The waiter guy was fighting for the tip today! I payed him what i can. He was just yelling at me! So rude!
