Didn't have any food but came for drinks. Our server Laurent was probably the nicest server I have had in my life. He provided us seating options with explanations as to the pros and cons of each. He made me a custom non alc mocktail based on my flavour preferences. It was delicious. He was kind and friendly to us throughout service. Three cheers for Laurent for a lovely evening out.

Pour une parfaite soirée en couple, entre amis ou entre collègues. La carte des vins est originale et de qualité et la nourriture (mention spéciale pour l agneau) un régal pour les papilles.
Un incontournable

Stopped in for a couple of glasses of natural wine and was immediately met with great service. The gentleman at the bar, got me a seat, and brought some red wine suggestions that really were incredible (particularly Le Chemin Des Salines) and matched my palate nicely. I didn't have much food, only the Torta Caprese, which was on the dry and crumbly side and was lacking in flavor. Overall, the food options seemed tired and unappealing. Similarly, the decor feels past prime. But don't let that stop you from coming in for great service and great natural wine.

One of the best wine bar in Montreal if not the best, great selection of wines, and the food menu is really good but it doesn’t look like it gets updated or modified over the years. Overall this is definitely a good place to go on a date or with a friend that likes curated hangouts, not so much for large groups. The ambiance is 10/10.

This place is for sure a great wine bar. Other than that, I wouldn’t suggest it. The food is okay. The thing that bothered us the most was waiting for our bill. We waited about 20-25 minutes with no food or drink. When our server came up he didn’t apologize or anything. Just passed the machine and started very intensely head bobbing to the music. I had noticed he was having machine issues and was just surprised at the lack of customer service. I have worked in customer service for 19 years. Sadly unimpressed by this place.

Excellents tapas. La trempette d’artichaut avait un goût fumé excellent et les raviolis de canard étaient très bons. Le croustillant d’agneau était surprenant avec une tournure indienne. C’était très bon! Le service était excellent!

C’est toutefois dispendieux, mais nous avons apprécié notre expérience. Un exemple, il y a peu de bouteilles en bas de 70$

Serveurs inintéressés à vous servir et menu beaucoup trop cher. Sièges inconfortables et éclairage mal pensé. Pas l’ambiance que j’aime pour souper entre amis.

Fun and delicious wine bar. The tapas were delicious, service was courteous and we had a great time.
We tried the octopus served with sort of a lentils and red pepper salsa. The arancini were perfectly cheesy. I particularly enjoyed the fried octopus, so fluffy. The grilled cheese was decadent. But the star of the show was the tuna tataki that melts in your mouth.
We asked our waitress to surprise us with our wine pairing and we were not disappointed. We tried many styles and all worked lovely with the food.

Super endroit pour la dégustation de vin. Des petites bouchées absolument fabuleuses et des employés vraiment sympathiques.
Je recommande sans hésitation.

Quality of service still exists and you’ll find it at Pullman. We all know how much service has declined since Covid, but not here. Yesterday was our first visit at Pullman and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, well prepared, and nicely presented. The wine selection will please any palate.

The only criticism I have is that the music is a bit too loud which made it difficult to have a conversation. But then again, Laurent came through and solved our problem.

Finally, the service made our experience exceptional. Kudos to Laurent, Geraldine and to the hostess!

I do not even know where to start. Feel bad to leave such a negative review but the truth is the truth. We got seated and within two minutes we got asked by Laurent if we want to order drinks. We said we need couple of minutes. Afterwards, for (not exaggerating/ 10 minutes we did not get a glass of water. We had to ask for it. Isn't it a basic rule to get water? When we asked for red wine with the cheese platter, it looked like we committed a crime. Fine, you can tell me your "sommelier " opinion and I listen to it. But if I really want red wine let me have my Red wine and do not repeat me three times that white is better. Red Wine selection BY the glass not big, 6 choices. Same for the rest of white and orange or champagne. Very few choices in my opinion for a wine bar. Food came fast and it was ok towards bad. Bison mini burgers felt like cheap meat. Try bison burger at La Mere a Boire and see the difference. We wanted to order more food, although there were only 4 tables with people (5 with ours) nobody came once to ask if needed anything. We wanted to order more wine (glasses empty) nobody came. I was looking and trying to make eye contact with Laurent, but no luck. Same goes for the water. Empty glasses of water, no refills. Should I start shouting /screaming after my waiter? I find it impolite so will never do so. After probably another 10 mins maybe even 15, when I saw service was ZERO, I called to get the bill. At least it came pretty fast. Verdict: defineatly a no go! Nor the service nor the food is anywhere near decent and red wine choices for example, pretty bad in my opinion. We decided to go to another place instead - Rosaline. You can see how many reviews I have I guess.

Les plats étaient succulents et les vins aussi! J'ai bien apprécié l'attention de la serveuse de nous proposer plusieurs vins pour répondre à nos goûts précis. Je vais y retourner

Je mets 5* car le service est vraiment top. Mais les portions sont petites. N’ayez pas trop faim.

Memorable for unkind service, we had a slider/burger served to us - which then fell through a crack/ large space designed in their tables on the lower level. Once we notified the server they said "that sucks" then turned away and continued a conversation with someone else working there. - but very eager smiles on their face when it came time to collect the tip after.

Excellent service, décor, ambiance musique du monde, jazz, et menu varié! Super pour des groupes.

Very fun tapas & wine bar. The service is a bit slow and the music slightly loud making it hard to hold conversations for larger groups
