This restaurant has always been my favorite one! The employees are always making sure that we have water and that the food is good. I’ve been to this restaurant for more then 5 times and NEVER been disappointed! At night, 90% of the time it’s very full since the place is small and the waiting time could be a bit of a bummer, but waiting to eat there is worth it!

Before COVID, Restaurant Punjab Palace was my favorite place to enjoy best delicious indian food.
Recently I visited this place with my wife to have a great meal instead we were very disappointed. The quality of the food went down the hill. Vegetable Pakora's were served not fried enough. The waitress took back uncooked pakoras but never returned with well fried Pakoras. And the atmosphere of the restaurant were very noisy instead nice ambiance with some classical Indian music.
Previously the restaurant were in a nice decor setup but not anymore.
Very disappointed!

Excellent chicken biryani, the food is abundant and very good tasting, the person serving is friendly and helpful.

I usually enjoy coming to this restaurant, however the service took a long time, we had non veg Thali on this occasion however the Nan was burnt and the worst part it tasted burnt. We told the waitress and she just repeated what we said. At the cash we mentioned this so they told them in the kitchen to try not to burn them but alas it had spoilt our meal.
Otherwise the food is usually good.

The service here is terrible, we were told if we arrive before 9: 30pm we would be allowed to sit and order our food, however they didn’t let us sit and told us they cannot take our order. We were there 5 minutes before and the waiter said since it’s almost 9: 30 pm, we cannot take your order! Horrible customer experience

This place have the best indian food in MTL! Try the tikka massala chicken, beef kadhai + garlic naan. Only 4️ because of the service and the ambiance is bad. They put no music and won't come back to the table to ask if everything ok or give you more water. But you have to go there for the food!

Needs desi spice taste, this is the amazing delicious place.

Service was good. Ordered malai kofta, dal makhni, chilli paneer, salad, rice n garlic naan. Everything was good except chilli paneer. It was more like tossed in red chillies, so spicy that filled our eyes with tears… pls avoid chilli paneer while placing order there. Overall experience was good.
Do visit when you are in Montreal

Service incroyablement lent. Le prix monte et les portions diminuent. Service en anglais seulement. Un peu surfait. Il y en a d'autres alentour.

C' est mon restaurant Indien préféré! La cuisine est très goûteuse et excellente! Le service est toujours aimable.

Food was just fine - nothing mesmerizing or special. Paneer pakora was nice - chaat was very simple. Breads were hot (naan was a little more burned than I was hoping) and the vegetable entrees (malai kofta and matar paneer) had thick spicy gravy - paneer was crumbling and not tasteful. Service was slow - I think there was just 1 server. Overall, not impressed.

The food was good. I would say great food. Service was slow. I was there and waited 20 min. In the interim missed the thali deadline which was 8 pm. The staff is tired but welcoming. Price was okay not too expensive. Good food. I like it. Would ask the manager to work on more servers
