Fonctionne pas vraiment et pas résultat escomptés et en plus quand traitement fini me dit que ça n'a pas vrm fonctionné sur moi.en plus comptant pas de facture rien.

Celui a Montréal est le bureau mère de Pure Image Canada et même la malheureusement le blanchiment n'a pas marché. La réceptionniste étais vraiment gentil et sympathique mais j'aurais voulu qu'on me dise avant de faire le traitement et prendre rendez - vous que cela me marche pas a tout le monde. Un conseil: si vos dent ne sont pas FORTEMENT jaune.think about it twice. Parce que 70$ pour un traitement qui n'a pas fonctionner ça fait mal.

Re: Stephanie Hamelin's thread, it was mentioned that you "suggested" the pre-treatment service while she seems to imply it was a required additional expense, which is it.suggested or required? To say it's 'suggested' sounds a bit disingenuous and that she had an option to refuse.

If I could give no stars, I would. I've worked with customers for over 15 years so I expect nothing but kindness and professionalism from a company. I have never been so insulted IN MY LIFE than I was with Pure Image on Thimens in Saint-Laurent. I purchased a coupon (sort of like a Groupon) for teeth whitening for 2 people and called to book an appointment. I was told I would have to spend an additional $20 per person for a pre-treatment.this was not mentioned on the coupon I spent over 100$ for - no fine print, no details mentioning additional costs. NOTHING. I told the person on the phone that usually things like this are mentioned beforehand and that I didn't want to pay extra but was told I would not get the service I paid for if I didn't fork over an additional 40$ plus taxes.
The best part is when the guy on the other line (the "manager" he called himself) told me "the phone is ringing off the hook and we're going in circles so take it or leave it". The rudest, most condescending, most ignorant human being I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with.
Overall a disgusting experience with a horrible person who ruined the whole thing for myself and the 6 other people I know who bought this coupon and would rather kiss that money goodbye than set foot in this place.
