Should I even bother writing my experience? It's just as bad as every other negative review. The guy didn't even ring. I wouldn't even have them deliver to my place if their service was free.

Worst experience ever. I just stopped doing business with companies that uses purolator saint laurent. They lie about deliveries and make excuses. And when you leave a bad comment, the social media lady send cut and paste the message they will probably write under this comment asking for the tracking number. Try making deliveries instead.

My package was stolen from the côté vertu location. The team at this location handed my package to an unknown person who walked in supposedly presenting a proof of residence that does not have the name of the original recipient on it and was not even asked to present a valid government ID that proves that he resides in fact in that residence. Puralator tracing department is trying to forego/deny the organisation’s responsibility in terms of delivering the package by hand to the prescribed recipient claiming that they have done their job. Puralator employee at that location actually informed me on that day that instances of handing off packages to other than the intended recipient happens “all the time”. Mishandling packages that were entrusted to this organization and lack of/ or lack of the application of security procedures have caused this to happen and what is even more mind blowing thing is that Puralator is denying responsibility on the bases of information that is incorrect, stating that they are closing the case and that I should be going to law enforcement. Way to go Puralator. I will make sure this is posted everywhere for all your existing and potential clients to know how you handle cases of theft in your organization and how you handle packages entrusted to your organization.

Driver don’t even bother to enter the building or contact you, just stay in the truck for 2-3 mns then left. I had to pickup the package myself

Colis pas livré même si j'étais à la maison. Même Intelcom sont capable de livrer chez moi sans problème, faut le faire! Maintenant je dois faire leur job et aller cherche MON COLIS au point de ramassage le plus loin en ville possible, presque 1h30 de route allez retour. Quel bon service de LIVRAISON, une vrai joke!

I had a package out for delivery yesterday and was waiting waiting for it to arrive. Then it suddenly updated to attempted delivery without any actual attempt. I have no pick up notice on my door or anything. I asked for them to re-deliver it, and instead they took the parcel to an inconvenient drop off location. Normally they do deliver my packages directly to me so I am really disappointed with how things seem to be changing.

Mauvaise expérience.colis assigné à la mauvaise adresse de cueillette qui était dans l'application d'achat.allons chercher le colis jusqu'à CÔTE VERTU pour nous faire dire que à cause que l'adresse en bas de mon nom ne correspond pas à celle de chez nous ils ne peuvent pas nous donner le colis. Pourtant l'erreur ne vient pas de nous mais bien de l'application qui a mit la mauvaise adresse de cueillette.les 2 employés en avant qui étaient présente le 27 janvier en pm ont refusé formellement de me donner le colis malgré qu'il était à moi. Après avoir appelé service à la clientèle et que la bonne adresse a été ajouté au dossier les employés ont toujours pas voulu me donner le colis et me suggéerais de venir lundi parce que les jours de semaines on a juste ça à faire se déplacer à côte vertu.me donne comme prétexte que risque de perdre leur job si me donne colis malgré le changement d'adresse mais erreur ne vient pas de moi mais bien de purolator et la compagnie où le colis a été acheté!

Didn't put any note at the door. But the online status says attempted delivery. If they tried the door delivery, definitely there should have been a note. So I really doubt whether they came to the door or not. They never call at the mobile number. This is third time I have to drive 30min to the parcel office.

Pas de papier pour récupérer le colis. Pas de 2eme tentative de livraison. Centre pour récupérer dit on peut pas parlé au chauffeur. Donc devinez quand le chauffeur est passé!

Good location, huge facility and staff is helpful. Lot of parking spots available. Quick response by workers and they have knowledge about all available services.

I work here part-time as a warehouse worker during morning shifts. It's a nice place to work. People are very polite and helpful. Work is also not that stressful. Mobile phones are not allowed during work.
There is bus stand right in front of the office which takes you to corte-vertu metro station, hence very easy to commute.

By far the worst courier service. Always problems with Purolator. I've called Amazon to request that Purolator be the last option for deliveries.

I supposed to have a package for delivery which was not delivered I call they said will be delivered the next day or if its urgent come and pick it up at 6: 30 pm. Went there and asked for the package, the agent said package is not here and is in the other dept which is closed. I left the place after 15 min received a message your item is ready for pick up. Called Purolator and they said yes the package is there. Came back again and got the package eventually. So they provide me wrong information which was waste of time.

Too expensive and they do not care if item returned by their mistake, 2 packages returned and cost 200$ for round trip, no sticker at my home door or bulging entrance then items returned. Then I had to go Canada post wick cost 17,95$ for sane day deliver comparing to 50$ and not diverted on time

Le livreur a laissé une fiche indiquant que le colis pourraient être récupéré au 5000 chemin côte vertu O avec seulement un seul numéro de suivi (la fiche indiquait 2 boites). Au centre de récupération le préposé ne m'a remis qu'un seul paquet. De retour chez moi je m'aperçois que la boite remise ne contient qu'une seul pièce. Je retourne chez Purolator pour leur mentionner qu'il me manquait une pièce. La réponse de la préposée.un seul No de suiivi. En cherchant un peu elle retrouve la pièce manquante.

Ok pick up place. But they do what the gouv asked them. And sometime when its to the benefit of them they will leave the paoer in front of your door, if it benefit them or are not in a rush they will request purolator that is poste canada to not leave it in front of the door wich is the politic ok, but the pick up place is far away. I took the time and in the C-10 law it is there what I claim that gouv. Can request them stuff like that. Anyway not there fault who dont like to be a slave to anything else then the good thing to do. Hey purolator if we want peace with everyone one day it will have to be done on purpose, think about that!

Waiting only 5 minutes and was gone.
Greeted very politely.
It was difficult to get there as there's construction going on in the area.

Not even deserve one star
Never knock the door, I don't understand if you can drop off the sticker why not delivery the items even someone inside the house all day.
When you drive 25 minutes to pick up and your employee or manager give me his name Baolv I don't know it's the real name or fake. June 8th at 3pm. After I showed my ID, my company name, Bell invoice, Hydro Quebec account/ invoice, Amazon delivery address, my company NEQ number all matched the company name and address. Your GREAT manager still don't want give my goods, the reason is my ID address not matched, who will leave the driver license address as your officer address? If I'm not the right person how can I prove those information? ! Purolator Montréal show be dismissed. Your manager Baolv should re-training. What a GREAT customer service!

The delivery guy did not ring the buzzer, nor did he try to get a hold of me, he just wrote the sticker and applied it on the door and left.
Now I've got to see about catching a ride to their pickup station in the middle of a pandemic.
When I tried to call, I couldn't enter my code because it had letters instead of just numbers, and I was left on hold for a half hour before they hung up.

I do not recommend Purolator if you plan on actually having your package DELIVERED!

SO MANY COMPLAINTS FOR PUROLATOR. Horrible service, aside from being liars. I PAY to have my package DELIVERED to MY door, but now I have to somehow find transport to PICKUP my package at THEIR facility much later than anticipated due to the driver's poor engagement with their job. I had to wait all day for nothing; even after calling and confirming at 1 p.m. To have the delivery person pass by AGAIN during the same day in the afternoon, they still went straight to their facility at 6: 47 p.m. ROUTE# 760 / ID# LFT000018044, APRIL 1st. They should be OUT OF BUSINESS.

Racist and ignorant manager claimed i can't take photos of drivers picking up.my goods. Never would.use them again.

Answer. No one can stop a person taking a photo of someone in a public place, especially on my property. Learn the law.

I'm at the end with bay truck stop. Food quality has tanked and now if you're a night driver there's no chance of getting a meal anyways. This place is now on my list of no go's.

The person on delivery just went to the next building, left the notice there and left. I saw everything from my balcony but couldn't even go down and ask the lady because she didn't call or try to reach out in any way. The "delivery attempted" notification right after she left was the only clue that prompted that these people don't even know how to read the street number! And then I had to go to the middle of nowhere to collect the package on the very next day. I wanted to lodge a complain right away, but they won't take any complain. Apparently, you have to call customer service, wait on the line for who-knows-how-long and then lodge a grievance. Similar incidents have occurred before where you are at home and they don't even try to deliver. Every time Amazon shows that the delivery partner is "Purolator, " my blood pressure just goes up. Utterly disgusted.

Terrible place to work, the convare for the loading section is poorly build, old and rusty that causes soo much bloackage of boxes this place should go under inspection, you will have to push the boxes physically by your own, distribution of work is unfair and uneven noone understand english properly

In today's online shopping culture there is now way this business should continue to exist. Will never purchase anything online that ships with Purolator. This particular location has lost 2 packages in the last 30 days. Unacceptable with very little customer support. Please don't bother responding with a "thanks for your email" unless you have my 2 missing packages or a refund. Too bad zero stars isn't an option
