Purolator Drop Box

If I would give zero stars I would, I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for a week and there was an attempt deliver but did not call me nor notify me. I better get my package I paid a lot and I’m not in the right mind to wait any longer I’ve called many assistant and they told me my package would be delivered which hadn’t been delivered in a week. I am very disappointed by the customer service you guys should know better

The deliverman nicely dropped my parcel from Amazon to the wrong address, the picture who took clearly show it as well. If nobody complain, they will continue doing that poor job. Amazon lost money, the refund me and I will avoid Purolator if I can
