Service vraiment long et employé qui crie quand il parle il te rend pas alaise, et il fait froid à l’intérieur à cause de la porte brisé, je m’attendais beaucoup mieux

This is undoubtedly the best burger I ever had in my entire life. I ordered the Wagyu Burger with the Bone marrow on the side and a glass of wine. All the flavors really come together in an explosive combination in your mouth.

The owner is a really nice person and I really liked his work and personality.

It’s definitely a must if you’re around in old port looking for a burger.

It was not the best experience, we love to try new places and we wanted to go because the good reviews but for sure we are not returning. To start I didn't understand the concept it seems a fast food place, you grab your food over counter but the prices are nothing like that, the hamburger was fine but nothing more, the poutine was bad, the fries were the frozen type and the sauce were liquid and taste as water, they don't have good selection of drinks but the worst thing is the extremely loud music, to be honest it is crazy, I was able to feel the vibration on the floor, it is a really small place for that volume. Really disappointed buy this experience

All around great restaurant. Burger is obviously amazing and you can taste the fresh ground beef difference. Onion ring, fries everything is executed to perfection. Like, best fries and onions rings I've had in a long time.

Had the braised rib pouting also. There again, great portion, amazing beef the gravy is savory and just all around amazing.

Owner is pet friendly, enjoyed eating on the terrace with the puppy.

Four of us went there on a Friday night for dinner. We asked about the prime rib burger, which the chef SHOUTED that it's not available. We just assumed he was busy and placed our order for other things (surf and turf, general taos, lamb burger etc). The chef was REALLY loud and screaming at this staff constantly. After waiting for 40mins, and seeing that people who had arrived after us had gotten their food and left, i went up to ask if our food was coming anytime soon. The "boss" dismissed me angrily telling me to wait. I went back and waited. After a while, the sweet waitress came in and said that she is so sorry but it was her fault and she accidentally forgot to send the order to the kitchen. That our food was being prepared now. We said it's alright, mistakes happen. Don't worry about it. We genuinely felt sorry for the poor soul working there under such abusive circumstances. The food was finally ready. At this point it was 1 hour and 20mins after we had ordered. We went to pick it up, three of the four orders were ready. We took away 2 of them, i held the 3rd order and waited for the fourth order. I did not say a word. The rude chef looks at me with mockery and says, you have to wait, it's not McDonald's here. I couldn't believe my ears, so i said "excuse me? " he repeats his nonsense. I was so angry so i said "what is that suppose to mean? I am a paying customer, how dare you speak to me this way? " he looks at me and sarcastically says "I'm sorry, enjoy your meal". The burgers were delicious but we will never go back. After reading other reviews it is very clear that this boss has anger management issues and lacks basic management and severely lacks human decency. No food is worth being treated like that. So, NO THANK YOU!

L’adresse est pas mal et les burgers/frites au top! J’aurai juste 3 choses à dire:
- La musique à l’intérieur est beaucoup trop forte, ça gâche le plaisir de bouffer clairement.
- Les piments entier dans le Lamb burger, j’aime bien manger épicé mais là ça m’a décalqué. Ce serait cool de prévenir.
- Le papier utilisé pour protéger les fonds de plat se désintègre avec la chaleur du burger et des frites, du coup sur la fin t’es pas à l’abris de bouffer du papier.

As I tell people every they ask about Montreal. QDC has hands down the top 5 burger in Montreal. Nobody comes close.

The attention to detail to ingredients that make up each burger is unrivaled. Wait till you try the Bacon jam

Simplement un des meilleurs burgers que j'ai mangé dans toute ma vie. Le service fût excellent et l'ambiance superbe. Le ketchup maison est a ravire les plus fines des palettes.

Absolutely the best burger ever! Being a visitor to Montreal, I’m so happy I stumbled into QDC Burger in Old Port on a rainy day. I even had Peter preparing my Steakhouse Burger, and had a great chat with him (not knowing how famous his is on the Montreal food scene). Regrettably no photos.

Best. Burger. Ever.

Meh never got to try the food.i come n wait 5 minutes no body was in line infront of me and i got no acknowledgement that i was even in the resto 3 ppl standing over 1 burger even after mesaying hi not one person could even" say hey we are abit busy will be with you shortly " back?

The food was OK but the chef was extremely rude and LOUD with customers and with the staff. Not a good experience.

Didn’t get the burger I ordered, and was given fantastic attitude from Eduardo. Don’t recommend if you want what you order, good service, or even slightly pleasant staff that don’t look like they’d rather be anywhere but here.

Amazing burger. Customer service was amazing. The owner is very hands on and particular about the cleanliness and quality of food.

Impossible d'avoir du service en Français ni avec le caissier ni avec le busboy. On a attendu 55 minutes pour avoir 2 burgers alors que la place était pratiquement vide, j'ai dû aller voir à deux reprises ce qui ce passait car d'après moi ils nous avaient simplement oublié et pour conclure le tout, j'avais un vieux poil de barbe dans mon burger bien exposé avant même d'y toucher. Pas une très bonne expérience malheureusement.

This is next level hamburger. I took the Lefty's, you can taste that each ingredient composing it was thoughtful prepared. Even the fries and bbq sauce.
Portions are generous, went for lunch and wasn't hungry for the rest of the day.

Patio seating does not reflect what is expected in the Old Port; definitely well below par.

The food 'looked' fantastic so I decided to give it a chance. Also, the inside is much better than the outside.

Was not too busy but was told it would be a 30-40 min wait and honestly, I was ready to wait because the food looked really unique!

Called a friend to let him know about the wait and out of nowhere, the "boss" (the one who looks like he's had one to many burgers), started snapping and going hysterical at his own staff!

Like over the top shouting, swearing and throwing slurs!

I left immediately.

If this is how they're treated around customers, I can only imagine what it's like behind closed doors.

Place will go under, if attitude is not improved.

Food deserves 5 stars. The staff as well EXCEPT the boss.
We stayed inside the restaurant for about 30 minutes, he was screaming so loud on his employees. It made all the guests so uncomfortable (the table next to us hesitated to leave before having their lunch because of that).
He has to learn how to speak properly to his team.
