QINGSHU FONDUE 青蔬捞烫

The place has just opened. It was my first experience in this kind of place. I really liked it! The broth was really tasty. The portions are super big!

I came here once, and like it very much. You can choose whatever ingredients you want, they charge you by the total weight of the food, so you can taste a bit of everything if you wish. Then you get to choose the soup base and the chef will cook for you. Mine taste perfect, I ordered too much, had the remaining to go and reheated the soup, added some veggies and rice noodles for my dinner!

Delicious food with a lot of choices for the broths. We got the original spicy broth and the dry pit. Both were very flavorful. You can also choose your own sauce on the side for dipping.

Found bugs in our soup mid-meal and the manager refused to give us a refund because we had already started eating the food as if we were supposed to know it would be bug infested. Unfortunate case of poor management because my friends and I really did love going here; the soup tastes good and the staff is nice and courteous, but I don’t think I can ever eat here again after the way the manager treated us and without the image of these bugs coming to mind.

Good place! Recommend sichuan pepper soup base. Will be back for more?
