The driver of the shuttle was in a foul mood when he picked us up from the airport.

The hotel appears to serve as some sort of detention centre. There are security guards everywhere.

We reserved a room with two queen-sized beds. When we arrived at our room we saw that it had two full-sized (double) beds instead. I complained to the front desk and was told that they beds were queen-sized. I went back and measured the beds; sure enough, they were not queens. Either the hotel was cheated by its supplier and the staff honestly believe those are queens, or the staff know that they are full-sized beds and are lying to the customers. Either way, it doesn't reflect well on the hotel.

C'est un hotel bon marché qui fait le travail.

L'accueil a été excellent. Il faut aller garer son auto soi-même dans le strationnement qui est tout en longueur.

Les chambres sont cependant mal insonorisées et les employés jasent beaucoup dans le passage!

Là, où Quality Inn perd beaucoup de points, c'est dans son service de navette lors de notre retour tôt le matin dans la nuit du 4 au 5 février 2023 (vol de nuit en retard). Le chauffeur maugréait sans cesse, il ne s'est pas levé de son siège 1 seule fois, il ne m'a dit merci malgré 5$ de pourboire remis qu'il a regardé avec dégout.

Des clients de l'hotel qui, eux partaient, ont dit, « il n'est pas vaillant celui là!) lorsqu'ils ont vu que le chauffeur restait bien assis avec désintérêt complet des voyageurs.

C'est dommage, ah oui il faisait un gros -9 degrés celcius. Ce qui normal au Canada!

La qualité des chambres est bonne mais vétuste. Le prix est un peu cher pour la qualité. Le personnel est accueillant et prêt à rendre service. La navette pour l'aéroport fut très appréciée. Un peu de déneigement nous aurait aider au retour.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience when trying to book a hall for an event at this hotel. The receptionist Nylah was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. She didn't answer any questions clearly and had an overall unpleasant attitude. I would not recommend trying to book anything at this establishment.

Nylah gave me the worst experience. I stayed for my family and myself and we all just had the worst experience ever. I would never recommend going to a place with such horrible customer service. If you are miserable with your job, just work somewhere else instead of putting your anger towards your customers.

Ne pas accepter les chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. De plus, la sortie d'urgence près de la chambre à été utilisée toute la nuit, je n'ai pas bien dormi.

There is a free shuttle to the airport but no indication when you arrive at the airport how to catch it. We had to book it 24 hours in advance when we left. The first room smelled so we were moved. The big issue was no bar nor restaurant despite them being advertised. We arrived in the evening and had no food. I would have scored a zero but the management did try to help and provide food the next day. Their advertising has been changed. Good location for the airport and public transport to the city. Rooms could do with a refresh, but really needs the facilities to be open. Pool and gym also closed.

Where to begin… Sketchy people loitering out front at all hours of the day. If you get a room on the first floor be aware windows have no screens or locks so you will feel completely unsafe when on the ground floor. Front desk people will be rude when you go to your room and your room key doesn’t work, they will roll their eyes at you as if you are inconveniencing them. Skip the breakfast it’s also terrible. Bed? Felt like a box of springs.
Honestly save your money. What a terrible first time in Montreal!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour y passer une nuit et y laisser notre voiture pendant un voyage de 2 semaines. Certaines choses étaient parfaites alors que d’autres non.

Les points forts:
- Personnel sympathique. La dame qui nous a accueillit était un exemple à suivre de service à la clientèle.
- le système de navette fonctionne bien et est à l’heure. C’est aussi un vrai système de navette 24h (d’autres hôtels appellent un taxi durant la nuit). Nous avions spécifié la veille l’heure à laquelle nous voulions quitter et un monsieur nous a reconduit rapidement à l’aéroport en moins de 10 min à l’heure convenue.
- au retour, nous devions nous rendre à la porte 8 des départs et les appeler. La navette est arrivée en 20 minutes comme annoncé (parce qu’elle était déjà en mouvement au moment de notre appel). Si c’était à refaire, j’appellerais un peu avant, au moment de récupérer les bagages.
- en quittant tôt le matin, il nous ont remis un sac déjeuner assez complet, ce qui était une attention appréciée.
- la récupération de la voiture était simple. On m’a remis un coupon de stationnement qui permet d’entrer et sortir du stationnement pendant 2 semaines. Au retour, la navette nous a débarqué à côté de la voiture et nous avons pu sortir du stationnement avec le coupon.

Les points faibles:
- Le principal problème, c’est qu’on n’y dort pas bien pour les raisons qui suivent.
- les chambre sont mal isolées. Nous avions une chambre près d’un escalier et près de la réception et nous étions sans cesse réveillés par des gens qui actionnaient la porte à battant ou qui parlaient devant notre porte.
- La climatisation est bruyante. Par défaut, elle est en mode tout ou rien: climatisation qui marche à fond jusqu’à atteinte de la température visée puis coupe ensuite, repars plus tard, etc. Je suggère de la mettre en mode avec le ventilateur qui roule tout le temps. Ça couvrira le son du couloir et ça risque moins de vous réveiller quand le compresseur partira.
- le resto de l’hôtel était fermé lors de notre passage. Nous avons dû aller souper au Hilton à côté.
- les chambres sont vieillottes. On n’y reste pas longtemps, mais ce ne sont pas des chambres intéressantes.
- La voiture à été endommagée durant notre séjour. L’arrière était exposé à la voie principale et le pare-chocs arrière souffrait de plusieurs nouvelles égratignures. Choisissez une place de stationnement moins exposée.

Pour toutes ces raisons, si c’était à refaire, je regarderais les autres options avant d’y retourner.

Never do this to yourself. Terrible customer service. I asked for a hair dryer for 3 times and couldn’t get one. One staff checked my room and confirm there isn’t one, she said to send one later, it never came. The third time I asked a men told me they don’t have hair dryer at all. And another staff said she will show me where it is. She stopped half way to my room and said will send somebody else? And no one ever came. There are three people at front desk but no one was willing to help me.

Other than that the towel and bathroom stinks. I wanted to call front desk but the telephone wasn’t plugged in, just for decoration I guess.

It was horrible experience staying here. For their convenience they closed Kitchen because it's weekend, no hot breakfast, no service. Would not recommend to anyone

The room is good. However the hotel doesn't provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the vending machine. Also the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

If you can NOT find a place elsewhere take it, but I will not recommend it, service is very bad, I would say super bad, and is not clean, we stay 2 nights and they did not clean the rooms or change towels I highly suspect that they dont change the bedsheets, I am not trying to be negative just real, I was charge $250 per night very, very over price for the type of place, pictures do not look like the real thing.

The good points are for the friendly and efficient personnel, cleanliness and the fact that there was a airport parking

They loose probably more than two points for the bed who was seriously horrible, too soft and we could feel the movements.

Some drunk people were loud and obnoxious until late in the night, even tried their key in our door, wondering loudly why it didn't work

Queen size bed is juste a simple double. Lots of noise. The warming system makes a lot of noises. Staff woke me up because they wanted to clean the room. I tried and nothing positive to say about it.

Easy and efficient Check in and out, staff very helpful and clean rooms… Great place to leave your car while you’re flying, and shuttle service is fast and reliable. The guy that pick me up even started my car that had been in the cold for over a week! And remove the snow, what service! I will be going back for sure

Horrible.
Be careful when u make a reservation online, its a quarantine site for covid. Theres security everywhere. Not peaceful at all with a lot of creepy peoples. Security was really rude, I didnt had a mask and I ask him to talk to me politely and he said " if your not a dog obey me". I asked a refund but they refused. Theres a Hilton next to this hotel, way better option.

Amazing service loved the bed and showers it was soo clean and spacious and amazing breakfast set up and my favorite coffee free all day I soo needed it lol it was photoshootand beard compations all my bearded brothers were there from my beard club we loved this location.

Rotting food found under the bed!

This hotel stay was what nightmares are made of. Stayed one night after a missed flight connection, was placed in a pet friendly room on level 1. As we settled in for a short sleep, my dog was rummaging on the floor, turns out he was trying to eat a moldy old burrito.

I turned my phone flashlight on and braced myself as I looked underneath the beds. A brown bag of garbage, dust, rocks, crumbs and papers were lurking below. Toilet seat was also falling off in the bathroom and blood staining on the bathroom wall.

A new room was offered by management.

I have a fairly strong stomach but this hotel almost caused me to up chuck dinner.

Only 1 person is capable of being respectful is Melissa Richard's who should get a raise and be manager at this location if it wasnt for her the hotel would fall apart.the rude housekeeper and her staff that doesnt clean properly, threatened my kids & told lies on my husband & I as we were leaving the establishment. Disrespectful after we had already paid for everything.

The check in & out was easy. But the girl at the check in was rude because when I arrived at the front desk no one was there for at least 5 min so I had to look in back of the counter to find her on her cell. She didn’t even bother to excuse herself. The room was clean except for the fridge it was dirty not even cleaned for days because there was chocolate ice cream melted all over it. Over all it was acceptable.

Stay started well but the lack of organization and communication amongst the management staff is atrocious. They showed unacceptably disrespectful conduct and a lack of hospitality towards clients who spent LOTS of money on multiple rooms. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to any individual, group or team.

FUYEZ SI VOUS POUVEZ!

Une nuit horrible, des cheveux dans les draps, des araignées dans la chambre.
Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, il a fallu demander plus de 3 fois et attendre 45mn pour en avoir une légèrement meilleure (toujours sale) et à côté des poubelles.

Aucune mesures sanitaires pour les navettes d’aéroport, nous étions collés aux autres, aucunes distanciation.

Staff dépassés et incorrect. Bref fuyez!

Overall, would not recommend.

PROS
- Rooms are relitevely clean
- No bed bugs
- Subway right next to hotel

CONS
- This is a quarantine hotel and people quarantining are walking around everywhere near entrances, in the lobby and outside, some without masks.
- Feel relitevely unsafe walking in/outside the hotel
- Fruit flies flying around in the room
- Felt the need to check for bed bugs
- Deadbolt doesn't work

This is the worst hotel I‘ve ever stayed. Nobody in there cares about the clients, including General Manager. All staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend you to stay there.

It has space if you take a king size bed, the people working there were helpful enough. My only complain is that for some reason, the level of the floor on the washroom compare to the rest of the room is one inch higher, so if you forget this fact, you end up tripping when going inside the bathroom, don't know why is this, but it is pretty annoying

Seriously need work, the carpet needs to go. The fish pond decoration needs some work, the flowers are not happy.
Luggage trolleys are beat up and hard to move Otherwise service is great. And the rooms are ok.

They took country food from an Inuk woman which was harvested in the province of Quebec. She brought it to give to her uncle in Montreal. Very sad treatment and unprofessional. Shame on you.

Worst place to go to. Had a power outage.hotel told guest to go to the hilton garden inn next door and to get rooms for $129,99 plus taxes instead of getting tooms for their guest in other hotels. They were very rude and were not offering to help at all
I would recommend all the guest who haf to go through this ordeal should get quality inn reimburse their hotel stays at other hotels and if quality inn refuses they should get legal advise.after all why should we as guests go through all this headachecof making arrangements last minute when have to make reservations week in advance

Hotel silencieux et assez propre. Accueil rapide à la réception. Par contre, navette trop petite pour le nombre de clients. Stationnement est une faiblesse. Ma voiture égratignée. Autant que cela n'est pas nécessairenent la faute de l'hotel, la sortie du stationnement bloquée par l'auto d'un employé l'ètait. Au délà de 15 minutes afin de trouver l'employé afin de déplacer son auto.

Rapport qualité / prix correct. Endroits communs sont bien entretenus. Chambre un peu vieillotte, et le ménage n'était pas parfait.

WAS CHARGED FOR A STAY IN JAN WHICH WAS NOT USED. WHEN I BOOKED I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION. 2 DAYS BEFORE MY NIGHTS STAY IN MONTREAL, I CALLED THE CHOICE HOTELS RESERVATION LINE. THE AGENT COULDN'T FIND MY RESERVATION. SO I BOOKED AT A COMFORT INN (LEAST EXPENSIVE AT THE TIME). AFTER THE NIGHTS STAY MY CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED FOR BOTH HOTELS (QUALITY AND COMFORT). MANAGER AT QUALITY WOULDN'T HELP ME. WOULDN'T REFUND ME. SAYS SINCE WE DIDN'T BOOK THROUGH HIM THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO. CALLED THE CHOICE HOTELS CUSTOMER COMPLAINS LINE. THEY CALLED THE MANAGER FOR THE QUALITY INN. HE TOLD THEM NO AS WELL. CHOICE HOTELS SAID THEY WOULD SEND A CHECK BUT IT MIGHT TAKE 6-8 WEEKS. ALL BECAUSE THE MANAGER AT THE DORVAL QUALITY INN WASN'T WILLING TO PROVIDE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THE KEEP IT! BUNCH OF CROOKS! NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

"Quality" Hotel.
Air Canada put me up in this hotel after a day of delays and a cancelation, and it was one of the worst stays I've had at any hotel/motel. Desk & in-hotel restaurant employees were not on the same page (20 of us were grateful for the resturaunt voucher for the closed resturant). It's fend for yourself once you get here since the staff only cared about getting you a room, and were not informative at all. To top it all off, there are incredibly long waits for shuttles to the airport which is less than 5min away. On a side note, Domino's had good pizza delivery.

I got stuck here in Montreal when Lufthansa messed around with my flight.but that’s another review. When they gave me the voucher to this hotel, I quickly looked it up on TripAdvisor and saw it was a 3 star. I wasn’t looking forward to this. But when I got here the staff put me in my room quickly. The room I was given was nice, clean, updated and comfortable. I was truly surprised. The restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. So I told the front desk that there were about 20 of us with vouchers. They did their best to keep the kitchen open and serve what they could. It was fish, rice, and some macaroni salad. Normally I expect better but when people in the service industry go out of their way to help you with whatever they can, I appreciate it.

I've got a room on the first floor, and this is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Beds are dirty, ceiling in a bathroom is with muddy water stains.
