Chambre propre bien équipé.
Le seul bémol: resto fermé un samedi matin pour déjeuner.
Très bien situé. Bcp de stationnement gratuit à l'hôtel.

In September of 2023 they were in the middle of substantial renovations. The room I had was clean and what I expected. They did a good job of minimizing the impact of the renovations on the common areas but it was in the middle of big change.

The locations was hard to get in and out of but that’s not entirely their fault so I won’t hold that against them. But if you are looking for a property that is easily accessible to the local transit, this didn’t seem to be it.

The highlight for me was the staff. The were very friendly and did not make me feel bad for my very limited French. They also helped me with a couple a requests I had for my stay which was very appreciated.

Booked more then 6+ months in advance. They cancelled the reservation through Hotwire. Ended up showing up with no booking and having to pay near triple the amount. Both Hotwire and the hotel share blame.

This place is socks, first thing first dirty room and old Air Condition you can’t sleep it’s so load and horrible the bad so inconfortable no room service I booked 6 nights from day I checked in to the day I checked out they only cleaned the room one time I did ask the front desk to clean the room he said they only clean every 3 days
When the lady cleaned the room not enough towels and no cups for the coffee
Overall I will make sure that everyone that I know never ever go there.

Need to seriously work on their hygiene and service.

We booked for 5 people. Were promised a mattress/roll away bed but they refused to provide it. 1 person had to sleep on the floor which ruins the vacation mode.

Beds were unmade upon check in, carpets had huge splotches on them. Service was indifferent about the issues. Bath tubs had hair in it.

Terrible experience will not be returning. Better of checking other competitors.

Des chiens qui aboient sans cesse, durant des heures, l'autre côté de la porte communicante. On nous refuse de changer de chambre. Au déjeuner, le service est médiocre, il manque une toast dans une des assiettes. À ÉVITER.

Si vous avez des pourboires à donner aux femmes de chambre remettez leurs en main propres puisque le personnel de surveillance ramasse les pourboires …

Le pire matelas que j'ai vu jamais serais meilleur dormir au sol si tu ne veux pas te réveiller pendant la nuit en mal au dos.

Hotel looks old and outdated, but it's functional.

The room was clean, but it had a musty smell. No breakfast included. Free parking in an open garage, doesn't look too safe at night.

We paid in total ~ $200/night for a 2 queen bedroom. I think there are better hotels for that price. Would stay again if I had no other options.

C’est un endroit à évité pas pour le personnels très accueillant mais pour les propriétaires qui prennes les clients pour des sous merdes et qui n’entretiennent pas leurs bâtisses herkkkkkkk

You definitely get what you expect. Nothing special, but not bad either. The beds were really hard though.

L’hôtel est désuet. Les tapis sont brisés et sales. La salle de bain est dû pour être révovée, le lavabo est tout brisé. La propreté laisse à désirer, il y avait de l’urine sur le banc de toilette à mon arrivée. Le lit est par contre assez confortable.

I fully understand the the changes to housekeeping due to Covid. After my third night I confirmed with the front desk staff and was assured my room would be cleaned, garbage emptied, linens etc
My room was not touched for the entire stay despite confirming with front desk staff again on Sept 3/4
I did request a quieter room away from highway 40, which I received.

Actually not to bad of a place to stay. The front desk staff and the cleaners were very helpful and nice to me. I'd stay again

2 bonne nuit, lit confo, micro ondes fonctionnel mais zéro service de chambre si on dort pas 4 nuit, dépôt 100$ mais sur leur site c'est pas écrit. Sinon chambre confortable nous étions au 9e étage. Vieux immeuble mais fonctionnel et les employés poli et courtois même ceux qui nettoie les chambre

J y etais dans la periode du confinement malheureusement y avait pas de repas mais bon tout est propre, j ai bien aimé le service. Bonne continuation.

Enjoy my short stay. Great hotel. Bus parking available. Just a little down not mutch access for food except morning breakfast witch close early.

C'est vieux, pas très propre, encore du tapis et la salle de bain est à rénover car on se demandait si le ménage avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Les rideaux étaient en piteux états, la lumière passait à travers à certains endroits (trop usé). De plus, ça devait être une chambre ancienneté fumeur car il y avait encore une vague odeur de cigarette.

In the bathroom there was rust on the sink and in certain areas.
They haven't cleaned our room for all the stay.
They don't have a laundry in the building that we could have used and makes hard for families with kids.
The room has a strong cigarette odor.
The hotel needs a renovation urgently.

I won’t recommend this hotel, cause the bathroom is dirty, also I was there for 2 night, one of my cover bed was dirty I call to ask them a new one, they said no, it’s between 4 nights they gives new cover. It’s insane and the fridge is not working, the carpet was so dirty? Very disappointed

Bel hôtel, paraissait moins bien de l'extérieur, mais très beau à l'intérieur, accueillant, personnel très professionnel, très bon rapport qualité/prix, puis très bonne nuit de sommeil. Très satisfait pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

My two nights in Montreal were excellent. I chose this hotel because the price was a bargain and very good value. My room wasn’t jaw dropping but it was very clean and had everything i needed. It was definitely a great value for the money.

Good hotel with nice and clean rooms. It was nice that they were bilingual and friendly. Will be back!

My stay was decent. No real big complaints. Some parts of the room is def in need of renovations. Staff were very nice people and did what they could to make my stay as good as possible.

Spent a great weekend in montreal with my fiancé and this spot was perfect for our price range. The rooms were nice and simple and the staff were so helpful when we needed additional toiletries.

Floors are disgusting, rooms aren't much better. No coffee, no laundry, no breakfast or even open restaurant. They do offer pop for $4.50 at the front desk if the worker isn't sleeping again.

It was pet friendly which is always nice. Room was decent and so was the fitness gym. Staff working the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Initially given a room that i didnt like. Made complaint right away and they gave me a new room that was better. After that it was all good. Thanks to staff for accommodating my request even at such late time

When our family stayed here last week and we had noticed that the room wasn’t facing the direction we wanted. After speaking to the staff, they were very accommodating and switched us quickly. Very friendly staff!

Our family stayed during the Labour day weekend for our family trip. Clean and tidy room for our family for the price point. Location is great and easy to get to. Can’t complain.

Le Quality hôtel se situe à l'est de Montréal. Il est en bordure de l'autoroute, juste à côté de la concession Audi Anjou. L'accueil est excellent et le personnel très agréable et sympathique. Personnel très disponible et de bon conseil. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées avec tv, four micro-ondes et cafetière. Chambre avec 2 lits double. On n'entend pas trop l'autoroute avec la fenêtre fermée et le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Awful dirty old and sticky! 1970 Dirty smelly All over Stained carpets in the room the ac does not work r makes noise that you cant sleep the matteress old and uncomfortable sheets stain with red on them, Dont go their if your looking for a clean and nice room many other places that are Clean and charge you a big price, your car is not safe outside my cousin had his car broken in Dicusting BTW they dont even clean your room Good luck! It was a just OK experience compared to other Quality Inns I have stayed. The Reception Desk while check-in was like not even interested to let me know what I am signing while checking in, Car details etc, also, I had to request separately for second entry card to the room (reservation already showed its for 2A+1C). I was not informed that Breakfast will not available (which the website shows under "May not") while checking in. One of the 2 (old and slow) elevators was dead throughout the 2 day stay so we had to wait for very long time as we had a Stroller and thus using stairs was difficult.
Finally after entering the room, I thought I should atleast have a coffee but when I opened the coffee machine, there was an old pod lying inside the machine. But at this moment I was not disappointed, there was no use of getting disappointed, just finished the stay and left.

I have stayed in multiple Quality Inns and i liked few like the on in Levis QC, etc which I later booked for my ongoing trip and the experience there was again nice.

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits à cet endroit avec mon fils. Très près des commerces et des services. Même si c'est près de l'autoroute, je n'ai pas entendu de bruits lors des heures de pointe. J'avais une crainte car le sommeil est très important alors le bruit aurait un inconvénient.

Nous avions 2 lits et nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le même lit car un des deux était moins confortable. C'est une question de goût mais on aurait faire le séjour sur ce lit.

La salle de bain était un peu vieillot et le plancher était en tapis. C'est pour cette raison que je donne 4 étoiles. Je ne sais pas si j'aurais pu demander une autre sorte de finition.

Pour le tarif, j'ai apprécié et j'ai vu pire en payant plus cher. Pour le personnel, je n'ai rien a dire. J'ai rarement rencontré du personnel non courtois dans ce type de secteur d'activités.

I never had such a bad experience. When i entered in hotel cieling was leaking and floor wet. My room had smell. Washroom was so dirty. Tv remote not working. When i came next day in room it was so dirty when i asked staff they said because of covid id if stay is less then 3 days only then they clean because of covid and i was wondering how more then three days stay not effect covid

It's ok. I only slept there. But needs a remodel. I also can't figure out the 10 metal broom handles (tetanus hazard) planted in the ground just outside the main entrance.

Je trouve cela dommage que en 2020 les ports hdmi de toutes les télévisions sont blocker et se limite a la location de film payant.

Spent 2 nights, front desk provided phone charger as my battery died which was awesome! Cons: very limited quality restaurants which deliver to anjou, placed an order with uber eats

Mal propreté et panne de courant ds la batiste plus de 3h quand tu dois te preparer pour un gala sa fait pas de sens! Je suis aller au gala sans preparation et avoir eux du temps devant moi jaurais changer de motel! Vraiment decu aucun dedomagement de leur part! Jétais une habitué des Quality suites mais je vais etre plus selective a l'avenir

Stayed here last night air conditioning needs updated room is warm and it's not working think you need to work harder on these updates to keep customers happy.

Visitors don’t know that the hotel is located in a no fun part of town to visit, at all. The picture on the site makes the building look grandiose while it’s the exact opposite. You won’t want to spend any time in the uninspiring lobby and the restaurant is closed. The elevator is dated and it feels like the type of establishment who rents rooms short term. It the hotel is conveniently located while you’re in transit, go. But under other circumstances, don’t.

Customer service terrible, I booked 3 rooms at once with $134 per night for two nights. When I arrived for checking in they charged my 3 room at a different rate and they couldn’t tell me why. Upon arriving in my room as soon as I opened the door they were a strong odor I left everything outside the door did a walked through bed look like somebody else just waking up from their sleep, carpet full of stains I had to opened the window so fresh air can come in. The room smells like mold, puke Lord. Across from me was my aunt room same thing strong odor, her carpet was wet and stained carpet. So I called them to have our reservation cancel I was told that we already used the rooms we will not get reimbursed. Minding all our bags and carry on we’re outside we did not seat or touch anything just the window we had to open for some fresh air. I called Expedia to fix this madness so they agreed to switch the rooms but all the rooms will not be on the same floor. All the rooms we’re in the same condition not sure if they used a spray to killed the bad strong odor but we had no choice at that moment but to keep it. More stained carped, odor was still there, pillows were not so comfy. We had a room at the order end that has a dog that kept us awake all night long. I will not book this horror hotel ever again not worth the price. Door cards have to constantly fix. By the way you need a car nothing was a walking distance.

Rooms were clean, desk was more than accommodating and lovely, breakfast is not complimentary! (only at most locations and that doesn’t include this Montreal East one)
Location was convenient since it was next to the highway

Extremely satisfied went there with my family for 3 days they allow pets which was priceless to us since we have a beautiful dog it was very very clean great service couldn't ask for more and the price was amazing

This hotel was ok arranged by take tours Canada as the hotel was fully packed by the tour group we had no option but to adjust with the room given.

Hotel bien dans le secteur. Un rafraîchissement des chambres est à prévoir prochainement pour garder le tout au goût du jour. L'ajout d'un déjeuner inclus serait bien pour suivre la compétition.

Poor service and poor customer service. Rooms is not good or comfortable. The basic stuff which you find it at any other hotel is not exist at this one like water bottles. Also it is so far from airport and far from metro station.
It is good for short stay if you have a car to move around.

Hotel is very dated though. No free breakfast. When we arrived there was garbage left in our fridge and on the bathroom floor.

Le prix de base est raisonnable pour ce type d'hôtel à Montréal.

Déçu de mon séjour de 2 nuits, même s'ils acceptent les chiens. J'étais au 8e, avec une toilette ou l'eau coule dans la cuve constamment. Avons avisé la reception mais ils ont rien fait. L'eau dans le bain ne s'écoule pas bien, bref rien de majeur, mais pas agréable.

Took $150 damage deposit from me, then when trying to refund me they took another $150 from my banking account for a total of $300. When I confronted them they said that didn't happen. Never going back

Beware, we stayed for 5 weeks. Everything was fine until we left, later on we found out that MONEY was missing among some personal checks, we waited over a week to complained (to make sure).
They can not accuse the chambermaid. So Where my money went, and about the checks, they can be replaced. Beware.

Il y a d'énormes jeux à la base des portes des chambres laissant entrer la lumière du corridor et on entend tout à l'extérieur.

Ça fait trois fois que me fais prendre à dormir ici (manque de disponibilité ailleurs) et je crois que la prochaine fois je vais dormir dans la voiture, ca va être plus confortable.

Très déçu.

Le principal avantage de cet hôtel est qu'il est bien situé à quelques minutes à pied des Galeries D'Anjou. La propreté des chambres était adéquate cependant il y avait une légère odeur indéterminée dans la chambre.

Nothing special and the same for their restaurant. It is not inexpensive either. Looks a little outdated but they always have a room for you. Service people were specially good.
