We had an amazing stay here. Wesley at the front desk was so phenomenal with our check in. He made us feel so welcome and at home. He went above and beyond to make us comfy. We arrived at night in the rain on a motorcycle. The best hospitality we have ever received at a hotel. Salt water pool was lovely and the room was very clean with nice sheets and a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was included and very nice. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. And Wesley definitely deserves a big raise! Merci Beaucoup Wesley!

Drove there late at night, no rooms were available but the maitre d helped me find a place nearby, she really went out her way im grateful.

Un service exceptionnel. J’ai oublié mes lunettes dans notre chambre et sans même que nous le demandions, ils nous les ont retourné sans frais par courrier. L’hôtel est propre, le déjeuner est bon, le personnel sympathique, je recommande.

The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great. Live that it was pet friendly.
It was expensive for a small dated room on the first floor. The hallway and lobby noise kept us up most of the night

Les chambres sont un peu vieillo, mais elles sont confortables et propres. Beau petit déjeuner offert!

Excellent prix corporatif, employés souriants. Le déjeuner compris est un 10/10. Par contre, le wifi est vraiment pourri, l’une des pires connection internet que j’ai vu dans un hotel.

Beautiful place. It has a good look to it if you like the “vintage” and we got the room with 2 queen with the double bunk. Comfy and the breakfast sausage was delicious

C'est inacceptable que vous utilisiez de la vaisselle jetable au déjeuner. TELLEMENT de déchets à chaque jour. Même pas de recyclage, comme en 1940. Vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour utiliser de la vraie vaisselle comme tous les hôtels au monde.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Well maintained swimming pool and easily accessible playground for the kids. Also, breakfast is included as well as a Keurig machine in your room.

This Hotel has a smoke free environment and the rooms are temperature controlled (usually the control pad is by the door.)

Our family room had a queen bed, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a large TV, a microwave and a practical desk. It was also attached to a small room with two bunk beds for the kids (one double on the bottom and a single on top.) The kids room also had its own TV.

All in all, our stay was a great value and a smart decision. We will be staying here every time we visit this town.

Spent the night of 29 July 2021 at this location after touring through the Gaspe as we were heading home to Ottawa. The front counter person was professional and kind, and even when someone came to interrupt asked me if she could help that person quickly- and we both ended up helping. We stayed in the family room (2 queen beds, and a double/twin bunk) that was well priced for our group. Everything was neat and tidy, and the AC cold for a summer night. Too bad that Tim Hortons is temporarily closed, but was nice to be in the same parking lot as a gas station for quick grabs. Would 100% stay again.

Very friendly evening staff. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome at check in. She checked out possible restaurant choices on her delivery app for some recommendations.

Room is dated but very clean.

Could be pandemic related but there is nothing open in the area for food late at night (11pm). The gas station turned off the pumps as I was refuelling because it was closing time.

Plus: Family room with 3 double beds and a single bed, that accommodated all 7 of us. Very comfortable beds. Spotless clean. Well equipped with mini fridge and coffee machine. Includes a nice breakfast. An indoor heated swimming pool that was great fun for the kids, and a small gym. The price - an excellent deal!
Minus: Jacuzzi closed for maintenance. Room is rather small.

Propre coin tranquille.
Si vous devez aller au gym pour ce qui aiment être en forme je déconseille.
Sinon pour ce qui est de la chambre c étais tres agréable

Nous n’avons pas eu le chambre qui avait été réservé.
Lits superposés qui craque en permanence donc qui empêche les enfants de dormir.

Dated clean but not meticulously cleaned. Our room needed some repair and not very sound proofed. Bonus quick check in and convient highway access to carry on.

This is a nice older hotel with charm. They were offering a bag breakfast during COVID-19. Would stay again. Only complaint is there is A lot of noise transfer from the hallway. Wasn’t an issue when I stayed, but could see it being Loud if a hockey team or something was present.

Tres bel accueil. Ca sent bon en entrant dans le hall. Nous avions fait une erreur lors de notre reservation et le personnel a tout fait pour nous aider et nous avons pu avoir notre chambre la bonne date et un peu plus tôt. Ce qui fut tres apprécié de notre part apres 2 jours en motoneige:) le meilleur prix en ville avec petit dejeuner inclus. Je recommande et y retournerai n'importe quand!

Par contre difficile d'avoir le prix corporatif.
Jamais le même prix.
Car j'allais coucher à cette Hôtel avant à toutes les semaines.

Très belle Hôtel salle de bain publique a l'entrée très bien très belle accueil et et déjeuner continentale plus que parfait!

Comme lieu de transit, c'est une excellente place!

La première odeur qui m'a frappée est celle du chlore. La piscine sûrement, mais très désagréable. La réceptionniste assise sur le comptoir à l'accueil (5 août 2019 à 18: 10) m'a fait une impression ordinaire. Chambre propre, oreillers tellement molles qu'il m'en a fallu 3. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain. L'insonorisation est MÉDIOCRE. Je ne reviendrai pas. Aussi bien aller dans un motel.

Propre, piscine, spa, déjeuner varié, possibilité de charger l'auto électrique sur une des prises 110v autours de l'hôtel.

We could not control the temp of the air so we froze! To tired to call for help. The hotel and room smelled of multiple things and was unpleasant, especially with the attempt to cover with aerosolThe staff was very pleasant though.loved them! !
