Quality Inn Centre-Ville

Location is close, 5/10 minutes from the Clock Tower Quay Street parking lot. It's good to know this since there's no/limited parking at this hotel that is shoe horned into its location. Overnight parking cost me $35.00.
My room was really small. A big comfortable bed that occupied 3/4's of the room and 4 nice pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. A small TV on the wall at the foot of the bed and a small table/stand under it. The TV volume isn't governed so you get what volume indicator reads. There's two wall lights on either side of the bed controlled by the wall switch or the switch at each fixture. However. If you turn these lights out you also turn off the power supply to the outlets on the fixtures. Off, you can't plug in your rechargeable items. Unless, like me, I left the power on and unscrewed the light bulbs.
The 'closet' has a safe and a microwave crammed into an already small space. You won't be able to hang anything with a long length because your clothes will only rest on top of the safe.
The bathroom is nice, but. The water pressure is very low in the shower. I think your lawn sprinkler would offer a better spray. The toilet seat has a 'soft close' feature.
The AC did not deliver at all. Luckily I was able to open the one and only window which faces the street during my one night stay here to keep the room temperature cool. If street notice bothers you and choose to close it. You'll find the room will get hot quickly. Being on the 3rd floor there's that heat rises thing.
There's only one ice machine here and it's on the first floor. But it wasn't working. You'll be able to hear people come and go from their rooms as their doors bang and click-click open/shut.
There's a limited breakfast served in a small area in the lowest level, (also called the basement in many other locations) of this hotel.
Over all. If you're traveling light and you want to be close to a lot of site seeing or business related locations that are within walking distance and you don't mind a lot less 'room'. Then yeah. This is the ticket. The staff are great and will help however they can during your stay.

Small rooms but the prices are very reasonable. Good breakfast that included some gluten-free options (eggs, yogurt, cheese). Perfect location for getting to/from the airport, as the bus stops a few meters away.

Porte coulissante de la douche cassée (dans 3 chambres), …. De l’eau partout ….
Excellentes Gaufres maison pour le petit dej (seul point positif du petit dej).

Excellent location to visit Montreal Old Town and harbour. Clean rooms no food or service just some hypothetical breakfast but there is a very convenient coffee machine at the lobby. A free parking for tourists near the hotel.

L’hôtel a été rénové. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
L'emplacement est bien (proche métro, gare autobus, rue St Denis pour les restaurants.)
Par contre j'y suis allé 3 fois en un mois pour déplacements professionnels et 2 fois je n'ai pas fermer l’œil de la nuit car les cloisons sont épaisses comme une feuille de papier. Ce n'est même pas la faute des voisins. On entend le moindre bruit.
Donc je n'irai plus. Dommage.

The reception staff was very kind and the hotel is in a great location in downtown near alot of conveniences. However, the hotel rooms are not so clean. Bedsheets had lots of stains and towels weren't clean/ had hair on it. We also bought a box of 6 krispy kreme donuts on our first day in montreal and left it in the hotel room while we were outside for the day. The next morning we found out a cleaning staff had eaten a donut from the box and we also found a hair in the box. Sadly we threw it out because we found this to be highly unprofessional and very unsanitary. Please tell your staff to not touch the personal belongings of the guests.

The way they welcomed me was so warm and professional I was very touched and very satisfied. Service really is 5 stars. And the fact that the entire hotel is clean is very nice too. My partner and I are staying here just for one night while waiting out the no electricity situation since the ice storm we just had. We've never stayed in a hotel in our hometown before, we've never needed to, but now I'm glad we get to live this experience. I think we'll be back, after a night out, just for fun. I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was in my room in no time. The room itself was lovely - it was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

But what really stood out to me was the staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone I encountered was welcoming and accommodating.

While there weren't a ton of options for breakfast, what was available was delicious. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and hit the spot each morning.

In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect for me - it was conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy for me to explore the city.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The quick check-in, lovely room, and helpful staff really made a difference, and the breakfast was a great bonus.

La pire nuit que j'ai jamais passée dans un hôtel.
La télé des voisins que l'on entend jusqu'à 2h du matin, suivi de leurs conversations comme si on était avec eux, et ce à partir de 5h du matin. Autant dire la nuit fut plus que courte, mais presque inexistante.
Sans parler des oreillers qui étaient des espèces de boules très hautes, dont la propreté était douteuse, car avec des tâches.
La propreté générale est une catastrophe. La salle de bain a des poils par terre, la poussière grasse et vieille présente depuis longtemps s'accumule un peu partout.
125$ pour ça, vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.
Sans parler de la réception qui ne parle pas français alors que nous sommes à Montréal.
Si j'avais pu mettre 0 je l'aurai fait.

Shocked at how low the reviews are… the experience here was nothing short of marvellous.from the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles.we were given a gift bag with candy, gum, drinks.the outside of the building is crummy but the inside was clean and lovely. And dont get me started on the breakfast… the omelettes were fluffy, there was a tasteful amount of cheese in the middle.there was a grill-your own-waffle station with authentic maple syrup… sausage that was crispy but soft on the inside. I came here expecting an Oshawa experience, but instead, it was Parissiene. Bravo to the staff here. Make no mistake this is not a hotel, it is an experience… it is a play and you are its star actor

It's not a leisure hotel (no pool for example), but it's new and very well located at the side of the city bus terminal (Gare d'autocars) and a metro station. Comfortable rooms, free coffee machine at the reception, really good breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and recommend this hotel!

You will hear EVERYTHING from rooms next to you.

Stayed one night, in a room right by the lobby. The walls are paper thin, the room next door had 5 people in it and woke us up at 4am. The noise continued for over an hour, front desk couldn't do anything so we left at 5am with no refund.

Not the place to go to if you need to relax. Paid for room service. The people responsible for cleaning gave us dirty sheets and didn’t come to clean the room or sheets, even though we put the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned. The one time they came out of the week we stayed, they only cleaned the floor, and left muddy shoe prints in the shower. Turns out they’ve been crossing our room number off the cleaning list. Told the concierge that witnessed it crossed out one time and have pictures. Was told the room should have been cleaned daily, but nothing was done to rectify the situation. Was already stressed about someone close to me having surgery.

Well managed hotel and in perfect downtown location near to st. Catherine Street.
Staff was very good.

Pluses: Location is very convenient, steps to Berri-UQAM metro station.
Rooms were clean and has its own heating/AC unit.
Breakfast was decent.
Minuses: Walls have little sound proofing; you can hear people's footsteps upstairs
Water pressure is terrible.

Staff is very friend. Hotel is located in a quiet area of the city and very close to the metro. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast include with the room was less impressive. I would stay here again for shure.

Brand new hotel, fair price, very clean, complimentary breakfast with eggs and meat, a very short walk from an indoor secure parking, few minutes on foot from the Village and other downtown attractions, what's left to ask? I will go back for sure!

A brand new hotel. Pretty sure we were the first people to stay in our room. Small, budget style rooms done perfectly. Large TV, large shower, fridge. Bed was really comfortable. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Underground parking very close for only $12 per 24hrs.

Beautiful hotel it is. It is opened recently and has everything you would need. They also provide free breakfast which is an amazing deal. The breakfast was super good with too many options. They just dint had exhaust fan in the washrooms which would be a great add on.

If you don’t want to spend a lot of money, you should book this hotel, really good, very close to gay village

Trop de bruit tard dans la nuit. Repos pratiquement difficile avec les bruits de certains clients très jeunes. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement. C'est vraiment nul.

Pire hôtel je vous conseille fortement de ne pas y aller. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre zéro étoile!
