Not great value, $404 for one night and 11 days parking. Ouch. Hotel is looking it's age. Front desk staff were EXCELLENT, as were the shuttle drivers.

I want to start off by saying the staff and the people that work here are A1. The place is just outdated. Parking can be very tight here, if you have a large vehicle or trailer. The noise from the airplanes is a lot to handle, luckily my AC unit was just as loud and kind of drowned it out.

Reservation and booking went fine as well as their free shuttle service from and to the airport however the one star taken away is from how dark and dated the hotel itself is including the rooms. Bedding was clean and so was the bathroom.

Looks very old, was not that cheap, service was great, rooms were clean so that was very good. Elevator doors were dripping with oil probably from a service. Location was very good and a taxi service to the airport

Pas très gentil le Monsieur lorsque j’ai appelé pour réserver.
Très déçue pour le transport à l’aéroport, le Monsieur a été très bête avec nous.
Le Monsieur à la réception a été aussi très bête avec mon amie.
Non recommandé ce Motel, c’est certain que je n’irai plus jamais.

Way too expensive for what they offer. Noise proofing is terrible, you will hear cars and planes all night. I found a dirty towel hidden in my room meaning that they never clean it throughly. Wifi DOES NOT WORK AT ALL so if you travelling for business purposes don’t stay here.

I came to the lobby at 4: 40am for 5am shuttle bus ride. I was told my name was not on the list of the guest for the ride. Evening before the front desk person wrote my name for the shuttle bus ride for next morning. That made me very angry. Their irresponsible could make me miss my flight. My advise to the future guests is you make sure you ask the name of the person responsible.

Personnel très professionnel et possibilité de laisser sont véhicule dans le stationnement de l'hôtel, service payant moins cher que le parking de l'aéroport.
Atouts: proximité avec l'aéroport et service de navette aller et retour intégrés dans le prix de la chambre ou du service de stationnement!

We stayed here the night before we needed to head to the airport.

The front desk gave somebody the wrong keycard, and we were woken up at night by a stranger entering our room. In the morning, the front desk worker said, "No, I don't know anything about that. " I am not happy at all.

We paid a premium to stay in a hotel near the airport, only for somebody to be allowed into our room and the front desk not to care. Major safety risk.

I will skip next time we're in Montreal, and I suggest everybody else does too. Even the airport shuttle was not worth the price with the safety issue. Just pay for a taxi and stay elsewhere.

Good hotel for overnight stay if you have a flight to catch as it is close to the airport. They have a airport shuttle too. Hot breakfast was not ready at 6 AM.

My 15 years old son got stranded at the airport after the flight was rerouted he had some cash for food. I have booked online because the hotel had shuttle. After calling the hotel trying to learn about where to find the shuttle, I was told there is no shuttle so late in the evening and they cannot accept my son since he doesn't have a credit card despite I was offering mine. Hotel staff was not sympathetic at all. He had to sleep on benches at the airport at the arrival hall winter.

Je viens d’appeler pour réserver 2 chambres et avoir le service de navette…pas capable de me répondre si service de navette le 31 décembre. Pas possible pour 7 personnes donc si d’autres personnes à l’hotel qui ont le même vol…je ne sais pas comment ils font. Attitude tres condescendante. Aucun service à la clientèle. On va réserver ailleurs ;)

It is really poor, dirty, heavily noisy hotel. I could’t give even one star for this terrible hotel. I strongly recommend you to go another hotel, plz!

I stayed in October 13! Of course, you can't find the record as my wife reserved. Do you think this review is fake? Do you really think the guest satisfaction and follow up is very important for you? There are too many complain here! It is my mistake to check these review before reservation.

If it wasn't for SOME of the staff this review would be lower. No one told me the airport shuttle stops at 9: 40am. I chose this place because they had a shuttle. My flight was not until 7pm but I was basically forced to the airport since they wouldn't hold my bags for more than a hour. I am so utterly disappointed with my experience. Trying to manage a toddler and travel is stressful enough and they were not helpful. That being said, the woman who restocked the breakfast - she was AMAZING! I would offer her 10 stars.

Our stay at Quality Inn Hotel at Trudeau Aeroport was for a Mandatory governmental stay. For one we already had a hotel booked that used the 3 day mandatory stay as a ploy to get money when they were not on the list of government accommodated hotels which was also non-refundable. So when we get to the section of the airport that does the covid tests, they informed us that the hotel was not on the list of government accommodated hotels and if we could not find an affordable one the public health would assist us in finding one we could afford. However, when we got over to public health they informed us there were only 3 unbooked hotels left and to start calling them to book a hotel. So out of the 3 hotels the Quality Inn Hotel at Trudeau Aeroport was the ONLY ONE left, when we called them they informed us that the price is 1,569.10 with taxes, fees and all included. No refunds if your test results come before the 3 days are used. There are 3 meals included that come cold and without flavor. My 2 year old son did not get any meals accommodated so we had to give him our food as we ate. Which even he wouldn't eat. This Hotel was 30 minutes away from our house so we would not have chose this hotel of it was up to us. So, on to how late ng it takes your results to come in. Ours came within 24 hours so we got them done at 2: 30 on July 2nd of 2021 we received the email with our results at 5: 23 am on 3rd of July and were out of the hotel before 11 am on the third of July. As far as customer service goes, my spouse tried to call to find out about if he could leave to our final destination to get our apartment set up while we finished getting ready and finished cleaning up the hotel so as to limit the amount of stress it would be on our family getting to our final destination, they informed him he could not leave without checking out and if he had a problem with that they could send an officer to tell us the same thing when all he was doing was trying to figure out an easier, stress free way of getting our family to our final destination. He then asked if he could get a refund since we got our results within the full day was up and they informed him they would not give him a refund. Although in the information they give you about the emergency orders it states once you receive a negative test result AND have a suitable quarantine plan you can check out of your government authorized accomodations and travel to your final destination to complete the remainder of your mandatory 14 day quarantine. All in all even though we only got 2 meals out of the 9 meals paid for in the total price, we cleaned up after ourselves, checked out before 11 am on the 3rd of July and didn't have any other options as far as where else we could have gone they refuse to refund you the remaining of your funds. Then once you provide your results and check out they then charge you another $95.02 that is not on the receipt. The reservation was under spouse's name Kendell Copeland

Upon getting a room with them from a international flight. You have to get a 3 day mandatory gov room stay until you receive your covid test results. Once received you can proceed to your destination. I received my results in less than 24 hours. So I needed to proceed to my destination. With quality inn You are charged $1569 + $250 holding fee + $95 after you leave even if you keep the room in tip top shape for 3 days that you are only using 1 day of. Not cool. When asking about any type of reimbursement or refund in a civilized manner I was rudely told a officer would be sent to my door because I was asking these questions.

Take in consideration this hotel is on the list for the 3 day Gv wait and if you don't book, you will receive a $5000 fine.

I advise anyone to stay as far away from this place as possible if you don't want to waste your money or time

Rooms are ok. Location is convenient. The bed was way too soft for my preference. Breakfast is the equivalent of work meeting snacks; best to get your own.

If you are booking this hotel for Mandatory 3 day Quarantine RUN AWAY. Don't even think about this hotel. They'll show the lowest price while booking but they will charge you more at the time of payment. Booked this hotel and it was the lowest in price. But at when they take out payment, it was higher than MARRIOT, one the much better hotels to stay.
Checked before calling them and found out they were fully booked. Called in to check that why I'm overcharged, lady on phone showed no regards and talked rudely and asked for reference number so that she can cancel my reservation. WORST Ever experience with any of the hotels. Got much better service from a 6 room motel located in Salt St. Marie when I did a Toronto to Vancouver by road.

Thank you so much NO Quality Inn & Suites, will make sure to tell the same story to everyone I know and make sure they don;t book this garbage hotel ever.

Nous y avons loué une chambre la fin de semaine de notre mariage, puisqu’il y avait une navette pour l’aéroport parfaite pour notre voyage de noce.
Le soir du mariage, nous avons finalement décidé de laisser la chambre à des convives du mariage qui étaient du voyage de noce.
Milles excuses pour l’état dans lequel ils ont laissé l’endroit. Milles merci pour nous avoir pardonné et de ne pas avoir chargé de frais de nettoyage à notre carte de crédit.

Nous y avons dormit la veille du mariage et c’était très acceptable.
L’étoile de moins est définitivement pour le déjeuner, toujours un peu décevant à mon avis dans les ‘’Inn’’. Grande place à l’amélioration un peu partout au Québec.

Check in staff was fantastic, check out staff didn't say 1 word. Not a thing about my stay or anything. My room had the flags right outside and they were flapping all night. Get a room on the other side from the road. Good breakfast

Services courtois, les lieux sont très bien entretenus. À l'accueil le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Très bon service d'accompagnement à l'aéroport. Merci je recommande ce lieux.

Nice staff, clean rooms. Got a nice upgrade on arrival. Nothing bad to say beside the shower head was pointing directly at the wall with no way to change the direction of the flow, but its probably not the case for all of the rooms.
