Loved it for the service that they provide, we arrived very late at night and had to get a room, stuff was cooperative.room was very clean almost brand new from renovation, Highly recommended for a get away trip or business

Hotel is in a great location, walkable, free parking and Wi-Fi (free and great speed). Upon checking in, they give you a voucher for a free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Coffee maker (Keurig type), microwave and mini fridge. Nice size flat screen TV
Rates were fair, considering the location. Our room had two beds and each one had a spring mattress. Both mattresses were a little uncomfortable, as if they were worn out.
Other than that, we had a good stay.

Belle surprise, personnel accueillant, chambre confortable et literie de très bonne qualité. Nous avons profité d’un petit déjeuné correct, la piscine est un vrai plus. Il est très bien placé.

I stayed her with my son, husband and parents for the labour day long weekend and it was a great experience. The staff and manager are extremely friendly and helpful. There is complimentary breakfast which was so good, breakfast sandwiches were much better than Tim Hortons! They have a heated swimming pool and it’s not deep so you feel safe with kids in there. The rooms were so clean, modern and the perfect size. The lobby also has complimentary espresso! Great location next to a mall, shops and restaurants. You won’t regret staying here.

Right near Montreal. Staff were helpful and did nice gestures like a gift bag for our soccer team. Rooms were a little dated and the showers did not keep a steady temp.

J’ai réservé l’hôtel pour mes parent suite à une fuite d’eau dans leur logement, après deux nuits ils ont du quitté mais ils m’ont chargé 2 nuits additionnelles.personnel jeune et irrespectueux.ils me demande dapper visa et m’arranger avec ma banque.

An excellent place if you are just looking for a place to sleep. It is clean, parking is free and so is the continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Room was clean. Staff is really attentive and servicial. There is a laundry you can wash your clothes. Breakfast was disappointing since it was just sweet muffins, cereal and a drink (visited on March 2022). Free parking on premises. Hotel located beside a Mall so your view is shops and parking lot.

Belle hôtel, bien rénové, service courtois, chambre propre, seule problème nous sommes allés un soir ou il y a eu accumulation de neige et sans blague un camion de déneigement a passé la nuit (2hrs am a 5hrs am) a déneiger avec son alarme a reculons et sa pelle qui frappait le sol en plus du système de chauffage assez bruyant, bref j’ai à peine fermé l’oeil! Dommage!

Le Quality inn &suites à Québec où je suis aller les chambres sont exceptionnelles. Le personnel est très accueillant. C'est un hôtel où je retournerais sans hésiter

Room was big and clean. Staff was great. The a/c unit was loud and turned on/off every 3 minutes all night long

We have been upgraded to a suite on the third floor (#306) upon arrival. As far as I could see the main building (3 stories) was recently renovated on inside. Still smells fresh in the walkways. Extremely clean and renovated room with king size bed and a sofa bed, safe, mini fridge, coffee machine, two large flat screen TVs. Large walk in shower Popular local restaurant can be accessed from the lobby. There is indoor swimming pool, but needs to be reserved to be used - COVID-19 protocols. Very friendly stuff. Great hotel for a reasonable price 15 minute car drive from Old Port of Montreal and downtown. Highly recommend.

VERY Impressed. Room and common areas seemed recently renovated. Comfortable beds. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful with pool reservation and free cold breakfast delivery (visited during COVID restrictions). Room had a large shower but no bathtub, so inquire when reserving if an actual tub is important to you.

A little frustrating to get to, but the customer service and the attention to detail during COVID is awesome- makes me feel safe as a traveller!

C'est tjs là qu'on couche lorsqu'on va dans le bout de Montréal. C'est propre et nouvellement rénové. Et je vous recommande d'aller manger des pâtes au restaurant de l'hôtel. C'est super bon. Lit confortable.

La personne derrière le comptoir refuse de me laisser dormir avec ma copine! Alors qu’on habite ensemble. Nous sommes à la même adresse, sauf qu’elle ne paies pas de facture!

Great place, people is really friendly.wifi is BAD i coundt even stream netflix or youtube, ended up using data.

L'hôtel est située sur boul Taschereau en Brossard près de la Mail Champlain et pas loin de la quartier dix-30. J'ai pas dormis au l'hôtel mais je veux savoir si l'hôtel est ouverte et où place de réouvrir? Merci.

I am here for a week with my daughter because there are renovations going at home. I must say that it is a pretty good place to stay. The rooms are great although to bed is a bit hard for my taste. As for the service, it is A1.

Nous n'avons pas apprécier se faire réveiller par des coups de marteaux du a des rénovations a 9h un dimanche matin.
Le déjeuner est bon avec service et beaucoup de choix sur le menu.

Très beau séjour à cet hôtel! Un bel accueil, le personnel est très gentil. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, les lits confortables. Petit frigo dans la chambre très utile. Le petit déjeuner à la carte et chaud inclus était bien. Nous avons aussi fait un tour dans la piscine le matin, bien entretenue et calme!

Chauffage/climatisation bruyante. Restaurant souper très bon, déjeuner inclus juste passable. Dans l'ensemble juste correct.

They must have renovated this hotel because it is very modern and has high quality finishes. The reception desk is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, shower is all glass and very nice and bed is big and comfortable. Highly recommend the restaurant where you get free breakfast with your stay. Its a full-service restaurant which is very nice. Will come back again.

Room was great. The restaurant served me rotten juice and still charged me for it. The server said it was made from real apples and that's why there was stuff at the bottom. This doesn't look like apples.an apology would have been nice.

Booked my hotel as "Pay At Check In" a few weeks ago when I got tickets to an event in Montreal for Sept 19-22 weekend for my wife and myself. Previously at hotel stays, I've had some headaches, but not with Quality In & Suites here. The young lady at the front desk was amazing on check in and acknowledged my disabilities and told me that as long as my disability parking pass was clearly displayed, there shouldn't be any issues. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting and there were more than enough outlets to charge my phones and travel chargers. The Wi-Fi cut out a few times during my stay, but wasn't a "be all to end all". Kinda sucked that the air conditioner in my room shut off several times during the night, because it caused me to have broken sleep. The water pressure for the showers was amazing. Our complimentary breakfast on Saturday felt rushed, but that's because it took forever for someone to come over to even give us coffee (I had to flag down one of the wait staff and ask), and then it took longer for them to take our order. But the Sunday breakfast, our waitress Emily F was "on point". She got us our coffee shortly after we were seated, checked back in a few min later to take our order, and despite how busy they were, she made the effort to check in on all of her tables consistantly. She more than made up for the sub-par service we had at breakfast on the Saturday. The extra $5 to get the ommlette off the back page was totally worth it. The only regret my wife and I had about the entire trip, was not being able to make it to the pool before they closed because we were out with friends who were staying at a different hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The pros definately outweighed the minor issues I experienced. I will certainly be looking at using Quality In & Suites if they are available in any of my future travel locations.

Propre et bien accueilli. Deuxième séjour toujours très bien accueilli mais le chambre aurait besoin au minimum d’un bon nettoyage de tapis. Très bon déjeuner.

New and modern. Clean and secure. Quiet room with one of the nicest washrooms in similar type of hotels. Complimentary hot breakfast served in their on site restaurant. Beds were comfy. In room Keurig and fridge and safe. Liked that could open a window too. Front desk came through with sampler size deodorant when I forgot mine. Restaurant is not licensed but can bring in wine or other alcohol. Restaurant serves delicious Italian cuisine. There is wifi and on site computers as well as a pool. Hotel is near a lot of shopping and other food establishments. Overall, a two night positive experience.

La librairie Barn's and Nobel est d'une très grande surface. Elle est d'ailleurs répartie sur deux étages. Pour accéder au deuxième étage il y a un escalier mobile. Des livres y sont à vendre sur une foule de sujets. Également, des jeux sont disponibles au rez-de-chaussée ainsi que divers articles domestiques. La propreté est au rendez-vous et le personnel est courtois.

Acceptable for one night: clean, renovated rooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, in a convenient location for an overnight stop. Lots of families and travelling salespeople stay here, and those on a budget looking to visit La Ronde and Montreal. Beware that free breakfast is barely edible with week old fruit, reconstituted frozen potatoes labeled as "homemade" and the cheapest eggs and bread possible, and they make sure you know to tip for this free mess. Disgusting crepes. Horrid coffee. Breakfast at McDonald's would be a better idea.

Hotel was nice enough, but we did the park safari package and there were lots of hidden costs, including giving us "free" breakfast vouchers and then charging for them at checkout since they "weren't included" in the park safari package. Also room changed and generally didn't seem well managed. Altogether with non-advertised taxes, fees, and hidden charges, it was about 33% more than expected. Hotel itself was nice, but based on the experience would not recommend.

The hotel was renovated. The room is neat and clean. The receptionists and the servers in the restaurant are friendly and efficient. Better rates for its hotel rooms can be found online.
The basic room rate is OK (but tax in Canada is high).
The room fare includes breakfast coupons, but tips are not included since the way of serving breakfast differs from the other hotels. There are few options for breakfast and for people with different needs.
Across from the hotel, the food in the Chinese restaurant is tasty and the service is excellent and professional. The food here is real taste of Chinese food.

This place was newly renovated and the rooms were spotless. The beds were quite comfortable. The pool area was clean and open until 10pm. Our stay included breakfast at the attached restaurant, and the food was really good. The juices served with the meal were sweet and tasted freshly squeezed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice hotel, the room is clean & smells good and the bed was comfortable.the breakfast was delicious lots of selections and staff was marvelous.

Looks bad on the outside but is pretty good on the inside. Good beds, nice linens, good temp control in the room. Aged fixtures but everything works. Good high-flow showers but they come out of the wall kind of low. Tiny low to the ground toilets. On site parking but parking lot if rough, be careful for high curbs that stick out too far. Pool and exercise rooms a fair.
Breakfast included at sit-down restaurant. The food is very good and prepared perfectly! We were pleasantly surprised. Bring a tip for your server!

I stayed over the weekend and me and my boyfriend came home with bed bug bites all over us. I emailed the manager to let her know and provided her with photos of the bites on my hands and arms and she told me that the bites look like mosquito bites and that bed bug bites do not bite hands. For the record my bites are definitely not mosquito bites, they appear to be bed bugs when compared with photos of bed bug bites and they can also bite ANYWHERE, especially the HANDS. For a hotel manager to try and say that they don't is simply INCORRECT.

We had a King Suite. BEAUTIFUL, clean and what a surprise to have a whirlpool tub! Staff is wonderfully friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel bruyant. Il serait nécessaire de changer les portes des chambres car, quand on ferme les portes elles claquent très fort car elle n’ont aucune retenue. Le chauffage est très bruyant et ne chauffe pas du tout la pièce puisque l’air entre sous les rideaux et chauffe la fenêtre.
