We spend one night, super clean and excellent service, rooms are big, beds are super comfortable, pool is small but it does the job, breakfast is very complete, you have everything that you would like, very close all shopping service restaurants. I would recommend this place

This is a very nice hotel for the price and only about 30 min drive to downtown Quebec. Not ideal for someone without a car but if driving, it’s perfect. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean. Room was spacious and modern. Breakfast had a good variety and coffee as well as juice was complimentary 24/7.

Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms were nice and clean, with free amenities in them. My room had a Keureg coffee maker (although the sugar packets were missing), a microwave, and other various amenities that were appreciated (such as q tips).
The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options, and there's access to a fresh grind coffee Brewer in the lobby at all hours.
Only had one minor gripe, but it's hardly a major issue, and unfortunately is common these days in customer service. Having worked in 4 and 5 star hotels, perhaps my expectations are a touch high, but it would have been nice if the check in staff had informed me of the hotels pool and other services. Also thought it was odd when I informed Lea on the front desk in the morning that the creamer decanter was empty, and was asked to find a kitchen staff member to tell. Again, not horrible but really, is that my job? I felt telling her was adequate, and she could have called that dept to inform them. When I found the orange juice had run out, I left it for them to figure out.

This was our first time at a hotel with our dog - Marty and I was very anxious. They were SO welcoming. They even had a dog bed, dog Bowls, treats and poop bags. I can't recommend this hotel enough, if you want to bring your fur friends!

I have booked quality inn for 2 nights with family on aug 9 to 11 and in my room the air conditioner was making noise at night I complained the next day and reception people said they will arrange room change in an hour I got call saying all rooms are booked no vacancy and they said the air conditioner will be repaired and the issue is fixed but 2nd night it’s the same issue and I payed 661$ for these kind of awful service

Absolutely amazing rooms and a delicious hot breakfast! My puppy was treated so well too! Will definitely stay here again next time.

We spent the night at this hotel, before driving to PEI (from Toronto) the next morning. A nice hotel overall, clean, good service and good breakfast.

We had an excellent experience with Quality Inn & Suites in Levis. Starting with Thierno who welcomed us at late night check-in, to the clean and extremely comfortable rooms, this hotel is a gem for weary travellers. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic, staff were so friendly rooms were gorgeous pool was lovely and the breakfast is fantastic!

Great hotel, excellent service, nice extras like the small playroom for children in the lobby, alcohol-dispensing vending machines, great breakfast variety, all
day access to juice and coffee machines. Good location if you’re visiting around Levis; lots of restaurants nearby and UberEats also available; 30+ minute drive into Quebec City.

Downsides: tiny pool, max 10 people; Carpeted rooms; highway noise. The microwave is sitting in front of the bed, I guess that’s why they offer complimentary sleeping eye masks because the light is so bright from the microwave clock when the rest of the room is dark, it lights up the room!

We stayed here when moving to Nova Scotia in 2012, and it was a nice place to stay. In 2023 it is top notch for affordable hotels. It's been completely remodeled, we were actually impressed with how nice it was. Rooms were nice, beds were comfy and the amenities were great.
Complimentary Breakfast offered yogurt, and fruit, oatmeal, green smoothies, eggs, hash browns, sausage, toast, bagels, and they even had a waffle station!

Staff was helpful getting us a room at 2am when we needed to stop for the night unexpectedly, and accommodating with a late checkout. Hotel was clean and well maintained, breakfast was excellent, wide selection of very food food, well stocked and fresh. Pool is on the small side but wasn't overly busy while we were there.

Premier séjour dans cet hôtel. J'ai été agréablement surprise de ce séjour. Bel accueil dès mon arrivée. On m'explique que le café, le jus et l'eau sont disponibles à la réception en tout temps et gratuit. Ma chambre était impeccable. Très propre incluant la salle de bain. Petit frigo, micro-onde, cafetière et coffret de sécurité dans la chambre. 10 minutes après mon arrivée, on m'a contacté pour savoir si tout était ok et si je manquais de quelque chose. WOW. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Belle salle a manger très propre avec des employées super gentilles et accueillantes. Il y avait des oeufs, des petites pommes de terre, des saucisses, fèves au lard, des gaufres, yogourt, fruits, viennoiseries et céréales. Je recommande cet hotel sans aucune hésitation.

Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast had something for everyone. My only complaint was I could hear what sounded like pipes shaking off and on throughout the middle of the night. Will definitely stay again.

Staff are super friendly and the rooms are very nice and big, we were happy to find a microwave in the room since we have a toddler! There is also a playroom near reception and a small pool. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and there is a coffee machine near reception that is available throughout the day!
