Big zero on the reception, no greetings, no acknowledgement, no nothing. This was the start to a bad stay as we walk through the smelly and stained corridors. Once in the room the humidity caught us with the old odor of “nobody is taking care of me for a while”. The AC / heating is incredibly noisy.
Forget about the breakfast, probably the worst you had lately with watery coffee and poor food choices you don’t even give a try.
Hot water is kinda of ghosting you and do not rely on the “personal care products”, bring your own.
Everything is old, everything is smelly, everything is sad and the staff just don’t care.
The hotel is situated in a huge parking lot, on the corner of the highway and the no man’s land. Absolutely nothing is interesting around but the shopping center of desolation.
Bed was at least not bad.
Sooooooo expensive for what you get.
Avoid.

Avoid at all cost.

No insulation in the walls, can hear everything, constantly bus loads of kids in the hotel. We are staying 5 days, 4/5 so far have bus loads of loud people. There are children screaming as I write this at 7: 30am Sunday morning. So if you like that, come to this hotel.

Ma chambre aurait eu besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement mais pour le reste c'était impeccable.

The room was very nice. It had two TV's, a couch, table and chairs, fridge, microwave and coffee machine along with a king size bed which was very comfy. We brought the family dog with us and he was welcome however there is very little grass to do his business as this hotel is in a commercial area with huge parking lots around. The location is about 20 minutes from the Old Town where all the attractions are hence the 3 stars for location. The service (staff) at the front desk was cold and our "Hi's" were responded to with grunts. I speak particularly in regards to the old guy on night shift. Room service staff spoke ZERO English or so they claimed. Making a reservation here was a task in itself as the lady spoke very little English as well. Overall a decent place though.

Stayed 3 nights 4 days, got the king suite. Great room, clean with lots of room. All the check on staff were amazing, very informative and answered all my questions. Breakfast was normal continental breakfast. I did notice even with the room temp set to 18 it was still warm and stuffy as the temp would not go below 21 so we opened the windows as it was nice and cool outside so problem solved. Would stay here again, and the best part was your amazing staff. ️

Ce n'est pas notre première fois a cette hôtel et ni notre dernière. Puisqu'à Québec tout est a 15min nous étions relativement proche de tout. A 2min des galeries de la capitale ce qui nous convient parfaitement et lautoroute passe juste a côté donc c'est très facile de ce rendre où l'on veut. Le seul hic serait les déjeuner. Ils manquent un peu d'amour

Breakfast is very, very bad. They just put something together to be able to say that there's free breakfast. They charged us for an extra night and I still don't have my money back, no management is available. They confirmed that it was a mistake twice. During the night, there was a group in the parking lot with alcohol, loud music, loud laughter, and a fire. I spoke to the receptionist, and she just told me that they were the "hockey team. " The situation was not taken seriously, and this went on from 11 PM to 4 AM. I could not sleep. I regret not calling the police.

It was a good stay. We got the suite (king + sofa bed) the room was like new and the hallway as well (level 3) we paid arround $200. Breakfast is also decent for a continental one.

Additionally.phones in room aren't working. Big clumps of dust everywhere. We rented a room for 6 people. They did not provide blankets and pillows for everyone. When I asked, the girl working the front desk said we should have in the room and we needed to manage with what we had in the room cause there were no extra. I said we are 6 people with 4 pillows and 2 blankets. This is a hotel, we should not have to manage with that. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get one extra pillow only and one blanket.thats is it. That's all they could spare.apparently asking to use more than the mattress cover we were given to use as a blanket was asking for a lot at a hotel.

Here is the kicker for me though.the EMPLOYEE KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR AT 6 AND then again at 7 AM TO ASK US WHEN WE ARE LEAVING! They woke up an entire family. I went down and asked to speak to a manager and there are none. So here is the bill basically. Not an ounce of customer service. I paid 270$ for this room for one night. Not a bargain. Never experienced this in all of our years of travel. 270$ for not enough pillows.we slept uncomfortably and were woken up at 7 and basically asked to leave. Apparently it's 270$ for 15 hours max. Then you have to leave. A complete disappointement. We purposely paid more for this hotelso we could get treated like garbage.

Déjeuner à apporter dans notre chambre de piètre qualité. Le choix n'est pas très varié. Et si restrictions alimentaire aucun changement pour un autre article possible

Endroit correct mais qui aurait besoin d'une bonne mise à jour dans la décoration et aussi changement des matelas. Chauffage un peu gênant lorsqu'il se met en fonction la nuit.

A ce prix là je ne m, attendais pas a un wow mais cetait spacieux, propre et avec une belle accueille. Petit hic le chauffage fait assez de bruit dans la chambre et au reveil la famille etait prise du nez (assez sensible au allergie) donc un petit nettoyage des conduit de ventillation à prevoir. Pour une nuit c'était parfait.suite chambre fermé avec lit king et lit queen

Malgré la pandémie, j'ai trouvé un excellent service et le grand respect des mesures sanitaires

Literie serait ã changer au complet, les rideaux, la baignoire, le canapé, tout est passé date, c'était si bien dans les années 90, grand ménage à faire, les bouches d'aération sont infectes, vraiment déçue

Pas de cafétière dans la chambre, plancher sale, obliger déteindre le chauffage pour pouvoir dormir et j'ai été facturé deux fois pour la chambre sur ma carte de crédit.

Bien situé, juste à côté des Galeries de la Capitale, cet hôtel offre des chambres ultra propres standards et des suites au look moderne et confortables, Bon service et personnel courtois. Nous y allons chaque fois qu'on a un voyage dans la belle ville de Québec. Règles sanitaires en vigueur et déjeuner grab and go offert.

Great place to stay which offers free parking, close to restaurants and stores. The staffs are very helpful too.

The suites situated in a less crowded location in the Quebec City. We rented a decent size suite for family of 4 and a dog. The unit is spacious with a relaxing living area (sofa bed) and a dining area (a set of 4 dining table) but without a kitchenette. However, the unit has a small fridge and microwave. The unit is clean and neat. In addition, two comfortable queen size beds with in a nicely furnished room. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit. Great place for budgeted family trip.

Poor service at the front desk. Rude checking us in and made no effort to make us feel welcomed. Quebec has a pretty bad reputation of being racist and hating anglophones so this being our first encounter in the city did not feel good. I speak decent french and tried my best but was still met with arrogance and dismissive attitude. They also barely had any food selection for breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room was the only thing good about our stay. Shower needs some draino, drain was super clogged.

Lit très confortable, propre, déjeuner ok (étant donné les restrictions de la covid) et bon prix. Le personnel sont accueillant et ils acceptent même les animaux de compagnie.

Seul petits points à améliorer seraient des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques (malgré qu'ils acceptent que l'on utilise le 120 pour une petite recharge), quelques ustensiles et vaisselle de base pour aller avec le micro-ondes et frigo et un plus grand évier.

Disappointed based on previous reviews I had read. They knew we were 5 when we booked and only prepped the room with enough towels for 2. Room wasn't very clean, smudges all over the TV, back of toilet and bathroom sink were filthy and toilet sear was falling off. Neither TV remote worked.

There was a piece of lettuce and a used plastic knife in the main corridor on the ground for two of the three days we were there. The "included breakfast" was a true disappointment. I understand its trickier with COVID but they served a choice of either a muffin OR a chocolate pastry OR a breakfast sandwich however the breakfast sandwiches were ice cold. You can also get a piece of fruit but the bananas were SO raw they were uneatable. We choose the hotel to save on the cost of one meal, ended up buying breakfast both mornings we needed it. We spent as little time in the hotel as possible.

Definitely not what I expected out of a hotel the costs 165+ tax a night.

Room not so clean, we stayed there 4 nights and never went to clean or changes the towels. The breakfast is included in the price, they gave you a box with your breakfast to take it in your room. The options are sandwich, chocolatine or muffin, you really has to choose ONE of them.

Un peu déçu des gens bruyants qui ne savent pas séjourner auprès d'autres gens, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Par contre, prévoyez déjeuner à l'extérieur. Nous avons été déçu du déjeuner continental dont on nous avait fait mention lors de la réservation. Nous avons reçu un sac avec jus ou café, yogourt ou petit fromage, croissant ou sandwich déjeuner froid.

*La Covid oblige de se réinventer pour ceux et celles qui offraient un style buffet, mais il est possible de nous servir quand même un repas complet et chaud. Vous pourriez prendre exemple sur plusieurs confrères et consœurs hôteliers (ères). *

Dans l'ensemble et pour le prix, ce fut un séjour très correct.

Court séjour d'une nuit pour 3 adultes dans une suite. Un lit king et un lit queen. Matelas du king super confortable, ma conjointe le voulait pour la maison! Chambre spacieuse et très propre, sans tapis, les fenêtres peuvent s'ouvrir. Petit bémol concernant le petit déjeûner du type 'continental'. Covid oblige, pas de salle à manger et le petit déj était composé d'un muffin style machine distributrice, un yogourt, un petit jus orange, une pomme et café. Bref, on y retourne pour la suite mais on va prendre le petit déjeûner ailleurs.

Pour ma première fois au Quality Suites j'ai trouvé l'endroit Très propre, personnel courtois.très bien dormi

Employés accueillants et sympathiques. La suite était offerte à un prix abordable et elle était très spacieuse. Le plancher de bois flottant était une très belle surprise comparé au tapis habituel.

Very comfortable beds and pillows! The room was clean, but the bathroom smelt like cigarettes. Didn't appreciate that at all.

accueil et dans la chambre que nous auront un déjeuner chaud le lendemain, nous avons eu tranche de fromage jaune avec muffin. Nous avions deja payer la chambre Manque de respect envers les clients.

Les chambres sont biens, récemment renovées. Par contre pour une suite je me serais attendu a plus qu'un bain/douche avec un rideau cheap que l'eau sort de la douche lorsqu'on se lave, et le bain dont l'eau ne s'écoule pratiquement pas donc on prend un bain tout en prenant notre douche! Ca manque un peu de propreté, il y avait des cheveux, ou poils de chien, qui ne nous appartenait clairement pas. La climatisation fais un bruit constant "toc toc toc". Sinon pour le reste c'est bien. Bien situé, grande chambre, lit confortable, petit dejeuner correct vu la situation. Le service est bon meme si ils ont essayer de nous facturer 10$ de plus par nuits, ils ont rectifié le tout une fois qu'ils ont vu la preuve de ma réservation sur mon téléphone.

Commande une chambre pour 4 sur internet on ne me donnes pas la bonne chambre dois retourner a l'accueil puis pour les enfants pas de couverture ni oreillers dois encore retourner a l'accueil mais pas moyen d'avoir doreillers pour mes enfants et me donne une couverture des plus cheap je leur fais poliment par de mon insatisfaction et on me reponds aucun remboursement ou réduction et en gros ils s'en foutent, si j'aurais pu je n'aurai meme pas donner une étoile

Super propre! Le personnel super gentil et efficace. Boissons chaudes à toute heure offertes à l'accueil. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Des Suites royales!

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Ma chambre était grande mais je ne sais pas si elles sont toute de cette grandeur car j’avais une suite. Très bel accueil pour le check in.

So far everything is to quality. Only bad occurance is the fact there was bits of hair on the bathroom floor, but that issue was resolved after we asked a janitor to clean it.

My last stay at this place. Doorways weren't maintained and there was ice that i slipped on. Clerk didn't even seem to care.

Nice and affordable place to stay in Quebec.good location and pretty good breakfast. Just one complain. Heather was a little noisy. Staff and helpful and friendly. Definitely I will be back next time I visit Quebec City. Thank you

L'emplacement est génial. Le service est courtois et le processus de check-in et check-out est rapide et efficace. Le déjeuner chaud étant inclus, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable.

Insonorisation des portes nulles évitez d'être près des escaliers ou ascenseur on entends tout comme si la porte était grande ouverte

Grande chambre propre. Le coin salon pourrait être mieux aménagé.
Propre. Bon services. Déjeuner était inclu.mais assiettes carton et ustensiles de plastique.vraiment pas top. On ne semble pas trop préoccupé par le recyclage.

Moi et ma famille étions supposé y passer deux nuits mais a cause des ennuis avec ma MAUDITE carte juste une nuit la chambre étais propre et confortable mais la maudite air climatisé ma empêché de dormir la moitié de la nuit a cause qu'elle arrêtait et repartait tout le temps
