Fantastic! Best hotel breakfast ever. Clean everything. The suite had a kitchenette, plenty of storage and space.even a Murphy bed. The pool was clean, the staff were great and helpful. We had this hotel recommended to us for our trip home from the east coast and the person had raved about it.they were absolutely right! And it was reasonably priced! We would stay here again for sure.

Propreté irréprochable des lieux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. Le petit déjeuner à volonté comprends un bon choix pour toute la famille. Boissons à volonté. Les chambres sont modernes aux lits comfortables et l’air climatisé est très efficace et silencieuse, c’est bien insonorisé. Voisin d’un dépanneur, station service et A&W. Si j’ai besoin a nouveau d’un arrêt à Drummond j’y retournerai certainement.

This property was far superior to any Quality Inn I've experienced. The rooms are well-equipped, bedding comfortable and in great condition. The small kitchen area had cutlery and dishes, along with the coffee station, microwave and refrigerator.
Breakfast buffet was generous with great variety and served by attendants who kept things fresh and well-stocked.
Front desk staff was welcoming, polite and accommodating.
This was a home run!

Très mauvaise expérience cheveux dans mon bain poussière sur le comptoir sans parler des tâches de café sur le rebord des fenêtres et pour combler le tout j'arrive pour me faire couler un bon bain chaud vers 22h30. Mais je ne peu pas car j'ai pas d'eau chaude a ma chambre et le personnel mavise qu'il ne peuvent rien faire sérieux pire expérience a vie pour moi et notre couple d'amis dans cet hôtel

J'ai été agréablement surpris. Notre chambre avait 2 lits avec une séparations de portes entre les deux. Génial. Le bureau était dans la pièce du fond, mon mari s'est levé tot pour aller travailler et il ne m'a pas réveiller en travaillant. Salle de bain avec grand comptoir. Petit déjeuner complet; oeufs brouillés, patates, saucisses, fèves au lard, croissant, chocolatine, muffin, etc. C'était bon. Je recommande cet hôtel. C'est propre et la fille a la réception très gentille.

Nice hotel - fairly updated, spacious, clean room. Good wifi and breakfast included. Breakfast had hot options and staff were on hand. There is regular coffee but also a specialty machine that makes things like espresso. Park in the back and there's a non card access door. There is a gym and pool. Location wise it's great - just of the highway and adjacent to a gas station, convenience store and a&w fast food - everything in drummondville is less than 15 mins away.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. Large rooms. Nice pool. Very clean. Sara at the front desk very friendly went beyond what a front desk clerk normally does. Sara ordered a pizza for us as we do not speak French. Did not stay for breakfast but it would have been excellent. Soap and shampoos were of the finest quality. Gas bar close by for provisions. Will stay there each time that I am in Drummondville. Good price as well.

Over all the hotel was a great experience. The room was a good size, the french doors between the two beds provided ok separation between my wife and I and our kids and the little kitchenette was handy. Bathroom also was a great size, and the shower head with multiple setting actually worked great!

The breakfast in the morning was delicious and all though they did the serving (probably cause they’re still following some silly Covid rules) they didn’t skimp on the amount of food they dished out! I’m a big guy and I eat a big breakfast and I always left full! Plus they had containers so you could pack up food and bring it with you which was awesome, because then my wife was able to sleep in and I just brought a bunch of warm food up to her.

The gym was very minimal, I was a little surprised to see how small it was. Not even a decent multi function machine, but I guess it’s better than nothing.

Pool was warm, clean, and fun to play in.

Staff was always kind, warm, and friendly!

Location was awesome! We were on a long drive from Calgary, AB to Fredericton, NB and the location was great for us. There is a Walmart, Tim’s, and other fast food places all with in 5-10 minutes so you could get anything you might want. And best of all for us, there was a gas station literally in the same parking lot, so we were able to gas up first thing in the morning before we took off!

The bad: our French doors did not close because they were horribly out of alignment. This was actually very frustrating for us as we have a 7 month old that we would put down in our room to nap. We booked this hotel so we could have a napping room and a hang out room. But it didn’t really work since we couldn’t close the doors.

Other than that the hotel was over all very nice. With a great location! We would stay here again if we came through the area.

We first stayed here 18 years ago when it first opened and it left a positive impression, so we stayed here again with our adult kids. Still has the high standards we remembered. Spacious and clean rooms. Property is still in great shape.

The 810 sq feet 3 queen beds family suite is very spacious. The multi-jet shower is so relaxing. There is a jacuzzi bathtub which we haven't try. The room is very clean and comfort. The room price is fair and the breakfast is good. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

The 2 bedroom suite is lovely - lots of space, with divider between beds. The fact that they called me in my room to check in on how I liked the room and how everything was going is A+. Great hotel, would stay here again.

Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable.nothing to complain about, breakfast was good also. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back if possible.

Service was excellent and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We have been staying at Quality inn and suites in Drummondville since it has been open. The service has always been excellent.

Comfortable beds. Loved the Neurospa sleep system with vibration and sleep sounds. Nice large clean rooms. Exercise room with small indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast is buffet style with a hot table of eggs, sausage, and a waffle station. Close to the highway.

J'ai demandé à avoir un espace pour pouvoir m'entrainer dans ma chambre et ils m'ont donné une immense chambre familiale sans frais supplémentaire. Machine à espresso à volonté 24/7 et déjeuner buffet avec du choix pour tout le monde! Je recommande fortement.

Amazing staff! Shout out to Dany and Michael who are superb and very welcoming. However, the same can be said for the other staff members as well. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need a place to rest.

Room are always top quality! Most of staff smiled at me, there's convenience store and fast food nearby but theres no food service around after 9. It's kinda odd to me since it's also a truck stop.

Great experience! Clean, spacious room, good break fest. Got a problem with losing power on one side of the room, reported and the problem was solved in minutes.

Clean, comfortable beds and even some treats for our dog! Very happy with our stay. Only suggestion is for a better breakfast spread.

Room and hotel is clean and tidy. My main issue was being overcharged. I booked room directly through the hotel, no middleman, was not told price. I assumed it would be same as posted on the hotel site. Nope! The invoice I signed was all in French. When I got e receipt from my bank It was significantly higher and with taxes even worse. I complained and they gave me a 10% discount. Note, Choice hotels have a best price guarantee if you want to fill in forms, so I just took discount offered to be on my way.
Breakfast is ok if you don't mind a shriveled simulation, to be fair could be cos I arrived late. But in general had some minor issues there the last time, so will not be back. Ps. If you're into juices and good coffee they have a great machine. I don't normally post reviews but am just miffed about the experience with this place.

Both Michael and Emmanuelle were the best! Very friendly, polite and professional. Our stay comes with hot b'fast. Hot beverages are available 24/7. Will definitely come back. We just moved to New Brunswick and will be going back and forth between NB Ontario. Quality Suites is a good half way stay over. So glad we found this place. Thumbs up!

Wow is all I can say! Stop over hotel on the way to Ontario from PEI, but we will be back. Check in was awesome (thanks Danny), the room was very clean and check out was simple. All Covid protocols were in place and we felt very safe at the hotel. Bravo!

This was the perfect hotel for our family-of-four and our dog as we passed by Drummondville. The hotel is just off the highway and very easy to access. Our room was newly renovated and impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice kitchenette (including a set of four plates, bowls, and cutlery). One of the queen beds was separated in a little room with french doors, so we could stay up a little later than our kids. We were happy to pay the small pet fee to have a very pet friendly room with hardwood flooring, dog bowls left out on a mat, little dog treats, and a dog bed. This was very thoughtful. We plan to stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was excellent, clean, pool wonderful, breakfast was delicious, staff Michael at desk great, Linda in kitchen was outstanding.

As has been mentioned before, this hotel is conveniently located a few minutes off of highway 20 at Drummondville. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was exactly as shown in the booking picture…. And was clean and bright. Breakfast in the morning was excellent…. A full hot breakfast. Extremely pleased with our stay.

Oui, la déco date un peu, c'est vrai. Mais le confort est vraiment là et la propreté est parfaite. En gardant en tête que c'est un hôtel principalement pour les familles, c'est un excellent choix à Drummondville.

Personnel accueillant, souriant et sympathique. Chambres spacieuses avec déco qui date un peu. Propreté irréprochable. Administration très soucieuse des mesures sanitaires. Expérience globale excellente et rassurante.

Wow service de feu! Équipe à l'accueil aux grands soins de leur clientèle. Déjeuner de type brunch servit chaud! Oeuf, saucisses, patates et fève aux lards etc.
Lieux tres propre. Chambre et lit confortable. Café aux chambres avec keurig! Jus, eau, cafe et chocolat chaud gratuit à l'accueil libre service.
Prix sans frais cachés. J'adore et je recommande cet endroit à tous!

Luxury at a great price. Excellent social distancing measures in place. Helpful staff, great amenities and very comfortable bedding.

Rosemary at reception went out of her way on the phone to answer my many questions when I called to book. She even gave us a free upgrade as they had the vacancy to do it. The man at the front desk was so kind and helpful too. The coffee is amazing and it’s 24 hours and so is the juice machine (free). The pool was so clean. Everything looked new. I think it was built in 2004 but it seems to have had a nice renovation. Includes a cold breakfast only due to Covid but it was enough for us. God bless

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in drummondville. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Rooms are comfortable and everything is immaculately clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice.

Terrific stay, rooms are clean, free breakfast, staff is friendly and accommodating.

They also have a gated lot out back that you can ask to get a key for, useful if you have a U-Haul or trailer.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, the room large and super comfy beds. I loved how they had a little seperation between the two Queen beds. Friendly and helpful staff and very classy place at an affordable price. They also had a washer and dryer we could use to do some laundry. I would definitely book here again when passing through.

Sommes allés, 2 couples, dans une chambre avec 2 lits. Bien pensé, les 2 lits / chambres sont comme séparées par des portes françaises. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin: cuisinette très fonctionnelle: vaisselle, frigo, cafetière, micro-ondes. Belle déco. Seul hic pour 2 couples est que la belle table bistro vissée au mur est faite pour 2 personnes seulement, avec 2 bancs. La table d'ordinateur dans l'autre chambre est aussi vissée au mur. Donc on ne peut s'asseoir 4 à une table. Et BRAVO pour le déjeuner inclus même en temps covid, il y avait beaucoup de diverses bonnes choses, un déjeuner vraiment complet. Nous y retournerons.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend in the middle of August. The reception was very friendly and spoke clear English. We had driven a lot that day and having a quality coffee machine in the lobby was a very nice bonus. The room was very clean. I personally found the furniture a tad dated but that doesn't really matter to me (maybe it does for you).

Breakfast was enjoyable and was better than I am used to in a hotel. The shower water was warm and the bathroom was very spacious. Television worked and had a good selection of channels in English.

If I was ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay.

Magnifique endroit! Service extra. Nous voyageons avec deux chiens et nous avons eu droit a une belle chambre rénovée avec plancher durs. Les lits sont super confo, l’endroit est tres propre. Douches magnifiques. Ils fournissent des bols et petites gateries pour les toutous. Ainsi qu’un beau coussin en plume pour un confort canin! Je recommende fortement cet endroit, j’y retournerai certainement!

Amazing quality. Had bed and food dishes for dog and a treat for him. Rooms were clean and comfy. Service was great and 24hr juice/coffee/tea in lobby was appreciated in middle of the night after settling a crying baby.

Bel endroit bien situé, bon déjeuner inclus et service SUPER.presque un an depuis mon dernier séjour et c’est toujours le même standard. Je recommande. De retour cette année (2020) et toujours un excellent service et quelques chambres rénovées.

Un bel hotel, facile à trouver, plusieurs commodités (dépanneur, essence, resto) juste à coté. Les chambres sont propres, assez spacieuses. La salle de bain est au goût du jour, le bain-douche est moderne et accomodant.

Par contre, si vous louez une de leurs suite qui inclut un sofa-lit faites attention, il n'est pas confortable.

Tout à commencé avec un appel téléphonique pour information. Nous avons donc réservé du vendredi 21 février au 23. Quand mon conjoint et moi sommes arrivés on a eu un super accueil. Le personnel est sympathique. Nous avons apprécié tout notre séjour. Le lit était très confortable. Il y a beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner qui est inclu. La piscine est chaude à 85 degré. Dans les chambres, il y a évier, frigo, micro-ondes, machine à café kurig. Il y a même des choses pour laver la vaisselle au cas où. (Vaisselle à la chambre). En cas de questions ou demandes, en personne ou par téléphone, ils sont toujours là pour nous répondre. On recommande cette endroit. Merci pour notre séjour dans la chambre 417. Sylvain et Sonia.

Good hotel. Sweet and helpful staff at the front desk was the highlight. Nearby convience store. Breakfast was standard but well stocked.

Lovely, clean room; easy to find/reach from highway; other reviews mentioned the hot breakfast, pool and workout room. The price was brilliant (especially with CAA discount!). Biggest impression was the great customer service. From the friendliness when we booked over the phone, to how we were received upon checking in, Emmanuelle was such a pleasure to deal with (as were her colleagues). She even took some time well-past the end of her shift to help with questions. We will not hesitate to stay there again! Merci!

I was initially put off by the carpet but had an excellent stay very clean, excellent staff / service. Loved the speciality coffee machine that we had access to 24 hours.

The hotel room was great but ac was not working proper or they had it set to high. It was warm and sticky at night 22c is not comfort 20c is perfect for rooms also front desk should not worry about mold if room is kept cool. Mold is cause by humidity walls sweat and cause mold if they check the info proper and they would be more educated on quality this would be a 5 star hotel.

Les employés sont professionnels, un cadre a meme offert un fruit a mon petit gars, les boissons a volonté cest super, le dej était un regal et la salle a manger avec les poutres ajourée et l'éclairage commerciale etai vraiment top, chambre propre jy retournerais.

Rapport qualité-prix, ça vaut 5 étoiles. Grandes chambres - petites suites - de base, climatisation silencieuse, piscine petite mais chaude, très bons déjeuners inclus avec oeufs, fèves au lard et saucisse. Excellent pour le prix: avec CAA, 112$+taxes, difficile à battre! Et le personnel tellement serviable! On a même rangé nos vélos dans une salle de conférence pour la nuit. Merci!
