A MUST for anyone visiting Montreal, lots of unique finds here and it's right next to a park by the water. The wraps were really unique too, there was an Ethiopian one. Great gluten free cookies as well.

Was at Que de Bonnes Choses earlier today. While waiting to pay my few items I needed, I smelled the most amazing, fresh from the oven, sunflower seed, date and pear muffins. Of course I had to buy some. I just had one - SO GOOD!

Hands down the best cappuccino and brownies I have ever had. Great selection of products and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Highly recommend!

The old prunes are delicious. I recommend them for anybody. My favorite coffee, and great service!

One of very few stores with vegan and gluten free food. Food is excellent. So good we went back the next day. Highly recommend! Also one of very few places my wife and I can both enjoy completely.

We discovered this place on our last weekend trip to Hudson and stopped by for lunch. It's not easy to see from the street being sandwiched between a grocery store and another cafe, but worth seeking out. Vegan and veggie options satisfied even us meat-eaters. The Ethiopian injera roll was delicious, and their green soup so yummy. You can sit outside among potted herbs and watch the people. (Food was so good we ate most of it before I took the picture)

What a great store. I love the owners and their staff. They must be fabulous to work with also. Everybody works so hard, is knowledgeable, efficient, always with a smile. Their passion for their business in healthy eating is certainly contagious. They have great stock and competitive prices all in their newly renovated store. Eat inside or relax with a great coffee outside, when weather permits. I thank them for this great business, my body does too!

Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop in and get something a sandwich a soup, all homemade goodness!
