Quebec Kitchens

After numerous excuses, outright lies and the worst installation and work that I have seen in my 25 years of building and renovating, I cannot say enough to clarify that Quebec Kitchens is a second-rate and totally incompetent organization. It is only now that I am being forced to litigate the contract that I signed so that I can finally get the minimum work that I paid for that I am posting this review.

The kitchen cupboards, manufactured in the U. S, arrived months late, the installation was beyond sloppy and poor (bordering on gross negligence), the doors and drawers were never close to being aligned, the granite seams looked like they were cut by a handicapped person in a sheltered workshop and one of the drawer panels in a bathroom vanity was the wrong shape. The minor defects were so numerous that I am unwilling to post them here as I probably would not have enough room (see attached photos).

I would never again order anything from Quebec Kitchens, even if it were free. Anyone who is even close to contemplating using this company should run as fast as they can.

Should anyone be interested in having proof that this review is not merely the result of some misunderstanding, feel free to contact me and I will provide numerous photos and hundreds of emails verifying the horrible experience that I had.

If it were not potentially libellous to state this as a fact, I would be glad to testify that Quebec Kitchens is almost a fraudulent organization interested only in signing contracts and getting huge, upfront deposits with no intention of ever completing the work.

These guys are real professionals. I have contracted them to do a kitchen's cabinets and a granit counter for my house. They delivered on time, the quality is a very good and the prices is very reasonable. I will leave the photo to tell the rest of the story)

Hello. I have a bad experience with a company. Measurements was done not clear and during installation i have no choice to accept to cut a part of my sink cabinet. Couple of hours after installation i found a crack abous 2 in on countertop. Immidiatelly i made a photo and sent email. They refused visite cause COVID-19, they checked crack by photo and informed me by phone that, is not dangereuse. Now, 10 month later, I can see some new small cracks from main crack. Cause i have still a warranty, I repeate request to the company: A few mails, some voice messages - hard to find persone to contact. When I was lucky to discuss my problem, was promised visite for next week. Then visit was postponed for week. Still wait. What conclusions:
- bad quality of work
- bad customer service
- bad warranty service
Avoid this company.

Great service and great quality. We dealt with Quebec Kitchen for our new kitchen two years ago. We received good advice and ideas. We went back to see them this year for our bathroom renovation dealt with Sabrina and Youssef for our Fabuwood bathroom vanity and granite. Quality wood and granite. All was delivered on time. Our experience with Quebec kitchens was awful. We ordered custom cabinets and a marble countertop from them. We worked with Amal who was unprofessional, always late in answering mails and calls. The installers were rude, didn't follow sanitary rules. On top they delivered the wrong size countertop and damaged our walls and 3 bar stools when they put the marble on them without asking us! For one month I have been trying to get them to compensate for the damages and they avoid it. Completely inexistent customer service and sloppy work.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen done by Quebec Kitchens. Special thanks to Sabrina who was there with us every step of the way-she helped us bring our vision to life and was so helpful and informative as we made our initial design decisions. The whole team, from start to finish, was a pleasure to work with: friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. They always communicated the steps of the process clearly, and quickly and efficiently responded and provided stellar service when small issues or delays arose. The quality of the kitchen-thermoplastic shaker style cabinets and white quartz countertops-exceeded our expectations and our vision truly came to life; we were especially impressed with the extent to which we could customize certain aspects (such as a large cabinet with glass doors and drawers). If you are looking to renovate for kitchen, I highly recommend contacting Quebec Kitchens and visiting their beautiful showroom!

Dealing with Quebec Kitchens & Granite for approx 15yrs now, The Quality and Service is Exceptional, from the Quality - Service and Most Important, Fantastic Prices.

Unfortunately, we had bad experience with Quebec kitchen. They have various of beautiful products with large show room. However, I can only give 2 stars for their poor sales service and post sales service! They did not deliver promise!
First, the place is not very welcoming, sales person was a bit cold!
Second, miscommunication! We ordered BLACK granite for our kitchen countertop. Our countertop is L-shape but not long in each side. The sales person did not specify in the beginning that the counter top would come in 2 pieces. We only knew when they delivered material. We told him we thought it was one piece, if we knew it was 2 pieces, we would have chosen a different color or lighter color so that the seams were not showing much. And he just answered shortly that: “ You did not ask! ”. Ok, our bad, we did not ask but we would prefer a nicer tone!
Plus, we have Kraus 33” sink, when they made a hole for the sink, they never gave us the cutouts for the sink (we paid).
Third, poor finishing. As the seams between 2 pieces are quiet sharp and uneven. They knew it was not good finishing and told us that they would come in a week to fix it. They never come! They also said they would send us a gift as the sales was not smooth. The gift never comes.

We originally dealt with Quebec Granite in 2009 with Youssef for our bathroom counter granite, and we had received excellent service back then. We recently looked at renewing our kitchen and granite. We decided to go back, the company is now located in a brand new and larger premises. Beautiful showroom with quality Kitchen and bathroom cabinets, excellent choice of granite and great price. Its a one stop shop place. As we walked in to our surprise, Youssef recognized us from our initial visit at their former location, ten years ago! We were so touched by the level of customer service.attention, excellent advice, and the level of rapid service. Youssef and his team really took the time to help us with our decision in renewing our kitchen. The entire experience was flawless from the purchase to the installation, we are very happy with our new kitchen and granite. We will not hesitate to recommend Quebec Kitchens to our family and friends in the near future Thank you for making our dream come true with our new kitchen, we just love it! Do not hesitate to put your trust in Quebec Kitchens. We were able to match our kitchen granite to our new installed island and this is a few years later. The result fantastic. This is the third time we have used Quebec Kitchens for our renovation
projects. We keep on going back because of their professionalism, quality standards, and the wonderful customer experience they provide. We have done our due diligence with other companies, but all fall short in comparison. It is not only about the wide selection of granite, quartz, or cabinets, to chose from, it is that they have the most updated fabrication and installation tools on the market. This results in a great experience.
