Quebec Pizzeria

Called for delivery, woman answered and put me on hold for 15 min but only put the reciever down so I could hear her whole life story as she shared it with a customer she knows. I finally hung up and called their 2nd number printed on their takeout menu, man answered (think its the owner), told him the situation and he said it was normal and was arguing with me that the woman put me on hold for only 10 min not 15. I explained to him wether it was 10 or 15 min did not matter, when you have a paying customer on the phone waiting to give their order you make sure you don't make them waste 15 min waiting just because you have other priorities such as sharing all the details of your life. I finally told the boss that I would call another restaurant where they consider customer service a priority to which he answered, "go ahead! " This is the last time I ever spend money there.

Small family restaurant. Always serves with a smile. Pizza is amazing.

Déception! Il ya 1 ans la pizza meilleur du coin, malgré l'attente interminable pour la livraison! Mais hier 2 médiums pizza plus intoxication alimentaires et vomissements égal 60$ au poubelle. La qualité nest pas leurs standards, vous êtes prévenu.

Très bon repas, service rapide et courtois. Le sandwich a la viande fumée est excellent!

1h45 d'attente pizza tjrs pas arrivé. Rappelé après 1h.caissiere nous dit que cest partie depuis un bout et devrait pas être long. 45min plus tard on a annulé.
