Quesada Burritos & Tacos

The service is super bad the food more then bad the work is bad then all.for the door you must be have more then 7 years at gym just to open it

I love QUESADA, when I saw it down town I definitely wanted to try it and loved this location, friendly staff and especially the owner, super guy

Innaceptable. Ils font attendre les livreurs plus de 20min et font les commandes des livreurd apres. On est pas payer. Cest une honte

J'ai bien aimé le fait de pouvoir choisir ce qu'on met dans notre burrito comme au subway mais, mexicain. La nourriture était fraîche, délicieux et ce sont de bonnes portions, même avec le burrito 10 pouces. Mon copain a pris des tacos. Je vais revenir!

Normalement j’ai une bonne expérience, j’aime bien le concept de Quesada mais ce soir j’ai recu un burrito brûlé, un peu décevant

Pretty good, consistent quesada. I order from here semi regularly. However, if you order online, be aware that they do not check their special instruction for these orders. I have ordered the same thing from them via delivery no less than five times, and EVERY time i ask for refried beans and literally EVERY time they give me black beans. Obviously its not enough of an issue that I will stop ordering LOL but its enough to knock a star off because 5 times… really?

I ordered a 4 burrito pack with tortilla chips through UberEats on April 18.3 of the 4 burritos were absolutely burnt on both sides. We basically had to discard the tortillas and eat deconstructed burrito bowls. I'm quite sad the workers thought it was a good idea to send the order out in that state.

As for one burrito that was not burnt, the sauce was not evenly spread but the ingredients tasted fresh. I did think that the size of the burrito was a bit on the small side though. We got the salsa verde for the tortilla chips, but the salsa didn't taste like much.

Foods are good. I had tacos and nachos.
But I can't understand why the restaurant owner wants to play Arabic songs in a Mexican restaurant. I spent 30-40 minutes there and just heard those songs.

J'ai entendu le proprio dire à l'employé "pas trop de viande pour pas gaspiller (pas fort) " J'avais rien dans mon burrito! Propriétaire et employés cheap sur les portions quand ça te coute 20$ pour un trio burrito avec un chips et une liqueur, peux tu en donner un peu plus? Jcomprends l'inflation mais un moment donné ton rapport qualité prix est vraiment pas bon. Je n'y retournerai plus, t'as l'impression de te faire avoir solide.

Love eating at Quesada but this time after purchasing my food and eating half of it, I found pieces of bones in my burrito. I hope that it is just chicken bones and not something else.

Disgusting staff! I ordered through their app, and i waited 1hour and then they cancelled just when the clock hit 1hour. When i called them for refund, they say they wont, doordash will see! But the refund is supposed to be from the restaurant!

The food was okay the drinks are definitely overpriced don't take one. I had one burrito (regular) it cost me around 15$ ish

Je tiens a dire que je ne suis pas une "Karen" je ne fais jamais de reviews. Je vais souvent au Quesada sur wellington a Verdun ou tout est très savoureux. Ici, le riz était sec sans aucune saveur, il manquait des épices dans la viande et du sel. De plus, la gérante a réprimande devant moi son employée qui était vraiment très gentille et souriante parce qu'elle avait supposément mis trop de guacamole dans le burrito de ma fille alors qu'il y en avait a peine comparé a ce dont j'ai l'habitude. Les employées sont adorables et souriantes mais semblent être géré très strictement par la gérante. De ce fait, ils sont très "cheap " au niveau des ingrédients sûrement pour pas se faire réprimander. La gérante a terminé le burrito de ma fille et lui a mis a peine de fromage. Ma fille lui a gentiment demande d'en mettre un peu plus et elle lui a répondu "ok mais c'est un extra! 'jamais a la succursale sur wellington ai-je payé un extra pour cela. Tout cela a rendu notre expérience désagréable. Sur une note plus positive, je tiens tout de même a dire que la gérante à eu l'amabilité de donner un verre à ma fille pour qu'elle puisse boire de l'eau. La gérante veut sûrement bien faire, mais de corriger ses employés devant le client n'est pas la façon optimale de gérer ses employés. Ça rend le client et l'employé inconfortable et le fait qu'elle est cheap sur les toppings est aussi vraiment désagréable et affecte le goût de ce que nous commandons.

It was good, I’m used to go and is a good service, but last time I went to see the match of Canada and I ask for the offer about tacos, and the guy didn’t have the attitude to assist me with my request:/

Both mine and my girlfriends Uber eats from this location was missing items we asked for. I'm missing 3 items she is missing 2. Completely ruined the meal for me as I have no salsa, no beans, and no lettuce.

Excellent service et nourriture simplement WOW. Nous avons eu recours au service traiteur pour environ 60 personnes et tout a été au delà de nos attentes et livré selon les délais prévu. Un grand merci à Pedro qui nous a accompagné de façon professionnel et attentionné tout au long du processus pour notre évènement. Mérite amplement ce 5 étoiles. J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Extremely disappointed! I had to throw out my burrito because I was scared I would get food poisoning. THE SPICY CHICKEN TASTES LIKE TUNA? ! Rice was undercooked and hard! I also find that portions are also smaller than other locations. Would not recommend

Quand on te prepare un taco et que un quart du taco n'a pas de viande dans le fond et tu dit à la commis de ne pas se gêner pour la viande, et elle te répond, ca, c' est la portion.

1. Elle n' a aucun " service à la clientelle.
2 Elle manque de gêne pour répondre ca à un client.
3. Elle et sa mention font QUE CE RESTO EST CHEAP!

Ca vaux tu vraiment la peine pour une jeune fille d'avoir le dernier mot envers un client pour sauver 25 sous de viande et se ramasser avec un review comme ca? BAD BUSINESS SENSE.

Terrible. Small portions, hard rice, no flavor, and I love Quesada (specifically the west island locations). Honestly turned me off "mexican" for a while.

The rice is undercooked, the chicken is too hard and it’s expensive for the terrible quality, i dont understand how it has such a high rating

Un bon resto mexicain idealement situé. Personnel particulièrement sympathique mais beaucoup trop lent. Toutefois, la nourriture est savoureuse.

I go there once a week, caused I love it so much, my favorite is the fish burrito, with rice, beans and guacamole, yummy. Very good service.

I had a great first time experience ordering a large catering meal for 40 people this past weekend. Mr. De Sousa was amazing. So friendly and helpful. My guests were excited and very pleased with everything. The food was great, service was great. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Thank you so much for making my party memorable and special.:)
