Quesada Burritos & Tacos

J'ai de la misère à croire que j'ai passé autant de temps sans connaitre ce resto. Mon ami m'a récemment recommandé cette chaine et je ne peux pas être plus heureux. Étant allé au Chipotle aux US je doit dire que Quesada est juste meilleur, plus de saveur et des bons choix d'item épicé.

Can't believe I never went before. My friend recently told me about this chain and it's wonderful. Having been to Chipotle in the US I gotta say, Quesada is just better, more flavorful, and some actually decent spicy items.

The vegetable only taco is wonderful; the bean quesadilla not so much. Very quick service; fresh ingredients. The quesadilla had got semi-burnt - could be a one-off for me. Taco is lovely and so is the nachos and the guac. Would recommend visiting this location of Quesada.

Not enough meat, I ate the large ground meat burrito with plenty of toppings and I was still 50% hungry. Add more meat to your burritos and this could be a great restaurant. Also, half the staff seem to hare their jobs or something, I’ve met more cheerful staff at Subway!

I have had bad experiences several times. Though today was unacceptable experience. Staff is not welcoming at all and they throw lot of attitude towards customers. The store was empty as I went around 1: 25pm. I went to get 2 burritos vegetarian. I requested girl to add some salt in my burritos and she started arguing that we don’t have salt. I pointed towards salt and told her that I see the salt bottle there. Then she said she should not put salt. I told her that we have always asked employees to sprinkle some salt and no one really argued as she did. And she is like I am not allowed to put salt in burritos. With lot of attitude she added salt and when I asked to put little extra salt, she added lot of salt with great attitude and looked at me. She made my burritos unpleasant.

I don’t understand what is the issue if I ask an employee to sprinkle some salt in my burrito? Subway store employees always sprinkle salt in my sandwich without any hesitation.

It doesn’t hurt to serve with kindness by adding some salt if requested and welcome people with smile.

Very rude and lazy employees….

I have been a loyal customer for 8 years.

The manager and her team are trying very hard to manage the short staffing issues that are happening to the entire food industry.

Great job, keep up the good work, the best Quesada I’ve ever been to. The wait time is a little longer but completely normal with labor shortages.

The manager said her and her team are doing the best they can. We as customers need to be more understanding that right now “ fast food service “ simply is not possible under such circumstances.

Young staff that dont care. A lot of the toppings are extra charge. That being said, they are extremely cheap with the toppings that you pay extra for, employee put a tiny, almost invisible lick of guacamole on the tacos and it's after the fact that I found out that the guacamole never comes free with the tacos. Three very regular sized tacos that were just under 11$ on the menu turned out to be just under 20$. If you like anything other than lettuce and tomatoes in your food then go elsewhere because the toppings alone will almost double your bill and you wont even notice they are there. Horrible.

Un des services les plus lent de tout restaurant "rapide". Plus de 20 minutes d'attente même si il y avait seulement un autre client avant moi. La nourriture est bonne mais est-ce que ça en vaut la peine?

Il faut commander d'avance mais impossible de commander en ligne. Il n'y a que la livraison sur uber eats. Sur leur site quand tu clique sur Commander Maintenant- Order Ahead ça t'envoie sur l'emplacement du restaurant. Le staff te voit dehors et ne te regarde pas ni répond au téléphone. Situation fâchante et complètement inutile

Les employés manquent de professionnalisme, nonchalant! Le dimanche, 25 septembre, à 18h00, il y avait 3 employés qui semblaient être en dépression! Malgré que plusieurs clients étaient présents, une des employés à penser quitter à l'arrière (côté vers la cuisine) pour j'imagine prendre sa pause et laisser ses collègues s'organiser avec les nombreux clients. Après, 37 interminables minutes d'attente, une fois à mon tour de commander on me dit qu'il n'y a plus de poisson chili-lime! Ça fait seulement 3 fois que cela arrive! Il serait bien d'aviser et d'annoncer ce que vous n'avez pas à servir! Très décevant!

Bonne nourriture, mais mauvais service à la clientèle! Les employés sont bêtes comme leur pied et ils ne sont vraiment pas rapide. Bref déçu

De plus je suis habituer au Quesada et plus jamais je ne commanderai la … les portions son ridicule ils ont diminuer de la moitier. Sérieusement, Sa en ai insultant c’est un format entrer!

Very bad customer service. The person, a chubby girl, serving us just throw the ingredients in the tacos making 3 extremely messy unevenly distributed, ugly tacos. She ripped the burrito as well because she didn't toast it enough to harden it. No one has forced her to work there so why would she give such terrible service.

Mauvais service, commandé 7 buritos avec differents ingrédients, j'ai demandé a faire identifier les différents buritos et aucun buritos a été identifié. Donc on a dus ouvrir tous les pains pour savoir lequel étais quoi!

De plus les portions on diminué de moitié!

Les portions sont rendu minime, jai pris 1 bol puis il etait remplie a moitié a peine une mini portion de viande.la covid a le dos large.plus jamais jva me faire avoir a ce resto

Would surely recommend visiting this place. Great atmosphere, delicious dishes, fantastic service. I recommend this place.

Jai commander samedi le 15 mai, un bol burrito, le riz etais vraiment PAS CUIT, je sais pas comment les autre client on fais pour manger mais pour moi sa se mange pas.

The food is good but the delay is wayyyy too long for a “fast food” restaurant. They seem to prioritize the online/Uber orders which makes all of the customers inside wait a very long time. There has to be a way for this place to be able to speed up the ordering process while still completing their online orders on time.

Don't write reviews often but this place deserves it! Excellent service every time I visit and the quality of the food is always top notch. This location is my favourite!

Super bouffe, super service! Moi et mes collègues commandons 1-2 fois par semaine, toujours bon et frais! Et les employé et leur gérante sont super sympathique et toujours à l'écoute pour s'améliorer!

I like their food, their bowls are plentiful I usually can't finish off my meal very tasty selection and very healthy choices and the prices are not expensive.

J'ai fait livrer 1 burrito au poulet grillé avec riz et crème sure, accompagné de chip et salsa. C'était aussi bon que ce que j'ai l'habitude de manger habituellement l'hiver a Puerto Vallarta!

I go there regularly. Food is good and good service. The only thing I would recommend them is that they even out the food when making a burrito or salad so that all the flavors are mixed. Would even out the burst of flavors throughout the meal.

Best burrito place in the absence of Chipotle in Quebec. Protions are huge and prices are fair. Food looks and tastes fresh. Staff is nice and generous.

Accueil superbe, service rapide et équipe sympa. Le burrito est top! La viande, les sauces, la salade, tout est excellent. Ici, vous êtes chef! L’un des meilleurs adresses pour manger un burrito à Laval. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr et certain!

Delicious like always! They raised their prices but it's still reasonable!

Update: I went today and I had to write something about Matthew (manager I think). I asked to see a certificate for that new "halal" chicken they have on the menu. He couldn't bring it to me but he took the time to show me the box the chicken get delivered in. So I didn't take the chicken because I wasn't sure it really was but he really showed that he cared (changing gloves/ knife/. To be sure nothing non-halal was in contact with my food) and that's all I ask as a client. Thanks again!

Service exemplaires et professionnels je commande souvent et je recommande a tout le monde la nourriture et très frais et délicieuses je n'ai jamais été déçus le gérant et extrême gentil

Ordered on UberEats. Shared the large burrito and a quesadilla with 1 other person. Excluding the delivery fee, the cost is okay.

Large burrito: Satisfyingly large, good in general, but to me there was little sauce (asked for sour cream) and lacked a bit of seasoning (might just be the Beyond Meat). Used the quesadilla sauce to pair with it.

Quesadilla: Pork ancho is nicely seasoned, did not required the sauce that came with it in my opinion. The sauce was vegan and it had a nice smokey taste to it.

Ça dépend vraiment de qui es au comptoir. Devoir demander 3 extras guacamole pour finalement avoir une portion raisonnable, c'est d'un ridicule. Je ne pense pas revenir.

Tout simplement délicieux pour les palais qui apprécié les mets savoureux. Clientèle connaissant que le poivre et le sel comme épices s'abstenir ou plutôt non, allez-y pour voir ce que vous avez manqué toute votre vie.
Cliente fidèle depuis maintenant un peu plus d'un an.

Always delicious! I love how you get to choose everything you want. So yummy. Even if they are packed it is always pretty quick. I'm going for lunch today and can't wait. Spicy chicken burrito.
