J'ai récemment utilisé Quick Impôts pour faire ma déclaration de revenus et je suis extrêmement satisfait du service. Le processus a été rapide, simple et intuitif. Excellent soutien à la clientèle: toutes mes questions ont été répondues rapidement et clairement. De plus le prix est très abordable en comparaison avec d'autres services sur le marché. Je recommande fortement Quick Impôts à quiconque cherche à effectuer sa déclaration de revenus en ligne. C'est un service d'impôt en ligne de haute qualité qui dépasse les attentes.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par le service que j'ai reçu. C'était tout simplement nul, pas vu pire que ça. Je ne peux pas m'empêcher de partager mon expérience pour éviter à quiconque de subir la même déception que moi.

Le personnel était incroyablement incompétent et désintéressé, donnant l'impression que mes besoins n'étaient pas du tout importants.il voulait même pas faire le suivi avec moi lors de ma déclaration des impôts pour avoir mon remboursement d'impots à cause qu'il y avait un erreur, et à chaque fois il me demande les memes documents plusieurs fois afin de perdre le temps et me démotiver de faire le suivi de mon argent perdu!
À éviter!

Une excellente expérience, c'est sur qu'on va la refaire chez vous l'année prochaine.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I had to redo everything
Despite the fact that this is my first taxation year (my file was so easy), I decided to use a paid service to avoid mistakes, and i ended up with an AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL experience with quick taxes, the agent did NOT inform me that I can deduct expenses of working from home on federal and QC level, when I have been informed by (a free of charge taxation services) that I have the right to do so, I got back to the quick taxes agent, he said it is not true, I spent a long time searching online and I filled in the relevant forms that could have been added to the file on the first place, 2- he did not use the most accurate exchange rate for calculation, 3- he added a wrong address to my file, I called him to change the address he said he did, I called CRA, I have been informed that the wrong address is still on files, which resulted that I cannot access my account online as i do not receive any letters. I lost Money and time and i had to redo everything, i ended up paying more taxes

Ok guys.
First impression of this company is sketchy because of them just having 5 star reviews.
I called them just to see if questions like how long have you've been going for, where are you located at and if I can come by the establishment.
The person on the phone didn't hesitate or stutter on answering those, it's a bit of a lack luster way of verifying ones legitimacy, but it is what it is.
The other thing that's sus, you gotta give ur SIN and you only get a bill after they've done the work.
But that's just how they're procedure is, so don't stress.
If they're missing any info they'll give you a call and let you know what they need and when they're finished, they give you a call to let you know and send an email for an e-transfer.
This was all done while I was relaxing at home playing dark souls.
This is my first time "doing" my own taxes without my parents. POG

I have had a great experience with them. They serve you well and fast very professional as well as competent i highly recommend mostly if you are in a rush:)

Kamal is the best tax expert I've dealt with in Canada for filing my income tax. He's very knowledgeable, experienced, detail-oriented and most importantly wants the best interest for his clients. I overlooked some things in my filing and he caught them up on time. My tax filing was completed on the next day after submitting all my papers, which is a record time! We had a video call to go over any questions from both sides before the submission. All this stellar service at a reasonable and fair price completely transparent on the website.
