Staff at hardware store downstairs, are simply entitled and rude. Provided a photo on my phone of what I was looking for, and staff chastised me because he wanted me to 'use my words' I needed a specific type of screw driver, that I could not describe. I'n well over age of 40 so don't need a lecture about linguistics.
Just plain rude, have never returned, after 20 years of shopping there. Will simply go to H Depot.

I want to buy big garbage bins for my workplace. But they said they didn't have it. And didn't even care to tell me when they gonna be in stock again. I'm very disappointed.
