Les vendeuses pas accueillantes du tout et qualité de glace laisse à désirer je l’ai jetée au bout de deux bouchées pleine d’eau pas du tout savoureuse donc ni accueil ni qualité de produits

Vraiment déçu du service de la personne qui parle espagnol, très antipathique mais le plus horrible était le manque de propreté, de l'entrée, de la salle de bain, des poubelles, des sols, horriblement sales

Extremely disappointed with customer service. My complaint was brushed off as unimportant. A very long story short, I surprised my elderly parents with a 1L Ricotta-Pistachio ice cream from Radikal which I ordered through Uber Eats (cost $30! This included a small Uber fee). Their joy quickly turned to repulsion as they scooped a little deeper into the container. Please see picture.
I called the ice cream shop for an explanation. After a couple of unreturned calls, I finally spoke with the kind young lady (will not post her name) who claimed to be the day manager. I explained the situation and sent a picture. I waited for feedback. I followed up after a week (by text) only to be told there was nothing that could be done, that the ice cream was supposed to look like this. Huh?
I repeated that I had paid a small fortune for 1L of dessert and all I was asking is for a replacement product as it did not look edible (I had no issues returning the one in our possession). I explained that, as a business who cared about their clientele, all they had to lose was 1L worth of product. My message was again ignored. I’ve exhausted all efforts and won’t be returning. As you can see, I never post negative reviews but this experience was very disappointing and quite frankly, alarming.

Très bon, mais ce que j’aime pas c’est que il y a une mauvaise odeur qui proviens je crois des premier frigo, et j’ai demander à des amies m’on dit la même chose, mais apart ça très bon

On a adorée le gelato et le churros! Énorme portion de churros et crème glacée (cochon paraisseux) pour le prix!

We went for churros 30 min before closing and the kid at the counter said their kitchen is closed, its just a frying machine and the girl at the counter always do the churros, I guess they didn't want to break their heads

Choix incroyable de crèmes glacées, gelatos et sorbets. Churros! Le genre d'expérience que tu es obligé d'y retourner plus d'une fois pour tout essayer, et ça en vaut la peine.

Je déconseille fortement cette endroit.
C’était la première fois et la dernière fois, les gelatos n’étaient pas très goûteuses j’ai essayé brownie, tiramisu et cappuccino

Le personnel blasé (je la comprends elle est seule pour le service et faire payer) sommes toute elle a été polis, je crois que le propriétaire a grandement intérêt à y voir car des clients comme moi il va en perdre beaucoup

Malheureusement je viens changer mon avis.la qualité des glaces et du commerce a vraiment vraiment baissé. La cremerie est extrêmement SALE, C'EST DÉGOÛTANT. Ça sent vraiment pas bon à l'intérieur, et il fait trop chaud aussi les gelatos sont tous ramollis. Nous sommes partis sans rien manger

Excellent ice cream. Service was a little slow, bc we were not able to choose quickly. Lol.

Jamais vue une crémerie qui ferme a 23h00 au plein saison.
La ville est devenue morte avec ce genre de commerce.

Bien que nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée et que les employées préparaient leur fermeture, elles nous ont permis de rentrer et nous ont servi avec le sourire et l'amabilité qui sied aux bons commerciaux. C'était un service irréprochable et nous y reviendrons certainement, surtout que leurs glaces, sorbets ou autres étaient délicieuses et de très grande qualité. Quant au choix de parfum, il est tellement étendu que l'on s'y perd en choisissant, la vendeuse nous a même proposé de goûter les différents parfums pour qu'on puisse choisir, c'est très vendeur cette façon de proposer les glaces.

The manager was rude and kicked us off for eating some other food even though we bought something there. It was understandable but he did it in a super rude manner, which leads us to believe he's someone pretty mean. (the place had no customers, basically empty and we didn't bother anyone, we were going to clean everything up afterwards of course). The employees were nice, they did our order pretty fast. After we were told to leave, he even talked to his worker in a bad tone, seeing how he did it, it wasn't his first rodeo. He kept cursing while we were there. Very unprofessional on his side. To even out the bad side, the milkshake she did was very good. Courage employees

This place never disappoint, every time that you feel sad come here try a nice ice cream one little churro and smile again.

Chirozzo sont bof car il y a qqch avec l huile, ils sont très gras et cela coule du gras donc pas très appétissant personnellement je préfère leur large gamme de crème glacés et milkshake

Ordered churros bites with nutella and baklava gelato. Both were amazing!
Even better than that was the service. While I was ordering another customer forced their way in front of us and asked a man who she thought was the owner (he may have been idk), a question. The woman taking our order answered her quickly to shut her down and kept talking our order. Kind, efficient and friendly. If I had a business in the area I would have head hunted her in a heartbeat!

I didn't like the churros, it's not the original recipe from Spain, it's just the name, they taste like salt, they're very greasy, they're not tasty, but maybe those who buy churros with dulce de leche and other filling flavors do know Tasty, the ones I ordered were simple without filling. But I saw that they sold popsicles and ice creams which I have no doubt are tasty.

The churros were delicious! Will go back for those!
Tried 6 different ice cream flavors, they were Ok, but the flavors did not do it for me personally. I will go for gelato elsewhere.
The service was great and we had a great experience overall!

We arrived 20 minutes before they closed. Wanted a churro but told us they had closed their machine. I have worked at an ice cream shop and for my former boss that would have been unacceptable.
