Radimed - Pierrefonds

I did xrays of both knees.
I picked up report to bring to physiotherapist.
Physiotherapist noticed the report is WRONG.they reported damage to the left knee.when it is the RIGHT knee that is damaged.report says the right knee is normal! So Physiotherapist and myself are not confident about report and there must be some mixup.i called pierrefonds radimed.and they told me protocol is for a doctor to call! What doctor has time now to make this call.let alone me get in touch with the doctor! It is a blatant error on thei part. All i ask is that they review this ERROR that they made and give me the correct findings.they will not do that! They made the error and i have to take time to correct the error by calling our doctor and then our doctor has to call radimed to make this request! Its a complete waste of time for me and the docotr but the receptionist just says that is protocol! This is complete incompetence of the receptionist, and the radiologist who reported this error.and who knows maybe they even looked at the wrong person's xray and wrote the wrong report.no one takes the time to correct their errors! So for this i give them a zero in services rendered!

I'm not sure why there are some bad reviews, but I went there this morning for an appointment at 8: 35, got there 15 min earlier like asked. The lady at the counter was polite and efficient, as was the technician. I was out of there at 8: 45.

The secretary for mammograms, on the far right was very rude. The first time I went I thought maybe she was having a bad day but then today she was even worse! She needs to learn how to smile, show a bit of compassion and how to be pleasant. Maybe she should take a course. If not, this is certainly not her line of work.

Horrible customer service. They turned away my mom who had an appointment and a referral but the form was filled incorrectly. I offered to pay for the test and discuss with her insurance later and they literally said no. The receptionist told us it’s just too bad for you and you can’t expect us to feel bad if your doctor made a mistake! Horrible experience, avoid this place at all cost.

My 85-year-old Mom needed X-rays the lady who takes the requisitions at the front told her the machine to take her X-rays was broke and that it would be fixed soon (we were told might be fixed within a day) we came back a week or so later the lady at the desk took her requisition and told us to sit down and they would call her (there were 5 other people ahead of us) so after waiting a long time she told my Mom the machine was broke we had to go all the way by car to the Radimed in Point Claire.

She should have told her it was still broke when my Mom gave her the requisition and not wasted our time. Not nice!

Thank you tamalina for your help. I came at the Clinique and I forgot my ref paper. She was very. Very helpful she contacted my doctor and get a copy … she was very kind and nice

Bon accueil, pas trop d'attente et la technicienne qui m'a fait l'échographie était vraiment professionnelle et sympathique!

Very helpful receptionists and great staff in general. They are organized & easy to communicate with.

Went here for some scans (3 times). The 2 ladies at the front desk were friendly and kind. The scan attendant was also a pleasure. She made me feel at ease. My only issue was that they could have done all my scans in 1 visit but for profitably they made me come 3 times. I understand they want to make more money but you have to consider the patient who has to miss work 3 times and how this also affects my co-workers too. At least they were covered by Medicare. Would have given 5 stars if my scans were done in an efficient matter in 1 visit. Also, they charge the patient for a copy of their own reports.

J'y étais pour une mammographie. Personnel déplaisant de l accueil à l examen. Aucune précaution Covid.absence de respect pour la pudeur. On se sent traité comme un animal. J' ai choisi cet emplacement parce que proche de chez moi. Je regrette. Mon expérience chez Imagix Laénnec était de loin supérieure. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit et n'y retournerai pas.
