Radimed - Westmount Square

Love this place, great service, easy and free parking, stuff are professional and very nice.
I need the pictures to physio, the technician and receptionist are very patient and helpful.
Recommend this place to my friends.

The technician was kind and friendly.her name was Joanna Z.she made the experience easy and less stressful for me. In this crazy world we live in it was wonderful to know that there are people that still care!

After 3 years, went back to the Radimed Westmount and surprisingly the level of services offered is so bad now! No respect for the patients, the receptionists are the worst I’ve seen in years, so rude! All new people but zero level of customer’s service!
I didn’t expect such a bad change in these years!

Avoid this clinic at all costs! I rarely write reviews but this clinic has been terrible in every way and I would like to warn others from going there. It takes months to get an appointment, the person doing the mammogram was borderline rude and it was really an unpleasant experience, got follow-up for ultrasound but no one contacted me, I had to call back and it took me several months to get the follow up appointment for ultrasound, no follow up with results, doing ultrasound on just one side when it should have been both sides and the list goes on. Today was the last drop when I showed up for a scheduled appointment (that I had been waiting for since 3 months) and they told me no appointment had been booked. Since this is a health clinic these kind of omissions and mistakes can have serious impact on people’s lives. My advice is to choose another clinic where your health and time is respected and taken seriously.

Had an X-ray for my knee. The wait was certainly manageable. I found the staff to be very helpful. The X-ray technician was lovely. I would certainly go back for other necessary tests.

C'est la 2eme fois que je fais affaire avec Radimed.
A priori, superbe expérience grâce aux services suivants: centre ouvert le samedi et plus tard dans la soirée; endroit facilement accessible par les transports en commun; résultats rapidement disponibles (envoyés au médecin de famille) ; espaces ouverts et agréables, qui permettent de respirer; staff très gentil; facilité d'avoir un RV grâce à un bon nombre de réceptionnistes disponibles.
Quant aux 2 mammos que j'ai eues, j'aimerais souligner l'excellence du service de la technicienne spécialisée en mammographie, celle qui travaille le samedi matin. Bref, dans un cadre scientifique qui peut donner l'impression austère, et contexte de post-pandémie, il est rare de tomber sur une perle rare comme elle. Elle donne son maximum, rassure les clients-patientes, en expliquant calmement et gentillement toutes les étapes de la procédure (une période (d'attente) remplie d'anxiétié et d'incertitude). Finalement, elle offre un service professionnel, chaleureux, empreint d'humanité. Bravo et merci infiniment, de tout mon coeur.

We went for an Xray for my 2,5yo boy and it went really smooth. In 20 min top we're done! Very nice staff

Came from Ottawa to Montreal. They booked the appointment within days, they called me on three separate occasions in the few days before the appointment to verify everything and make sure I could find the parking location. I arrived and waited just minutes to get into my appointment. They were friendly, professional and efficient. One of my better experiences. To note, I got a coronary CT-Angiogram, so not the simplest procedure. When the test was complete, they gave my a CD with all the pictures and they are going to send the results to my doctor, AND to my home address. Very pleased with the service.

Been a client for a long time and service was always great! BUT… now it’s impossible to book anything.

I completed the on line request… no response
I called and requested a call back. No call back!

Perfect service! I was serviced on time, the technician was very pleasant and professional. Sameera explained the entire process to me, was very gentle and none judgmental as the test was being conducted. Definitely will be coming back for all future tests.

This is my second ultrasound here and everyone from the receptionist to the technician was very nice and patient.

Didn’t fax my doctor the X-rays of my broken finger. They are not a huge operation but the people at the front are incredibly rude. I have been in pain for so long and now I have to wait another few days because they failed to do the one thing this clinic is supposed to provide— X-rays. They don’t answer the phone even though it’s a small clinic and the phone lines are rarely busy.

They never followed up. I paid for private health care and paid for my X-ray and they did not send it to my doctor. I’ve tried calling and nobody answers the phone. I wish I could give less than one start for such disappointing service from a “medical” institution

I filled in the online appointment form and didn’t receive a call, after several months I decided to try calling. After being on hold for 30 minutes I decided to headed over to the review page and was so glad I did. After seeing all of the disappointed patients (unable to book appointments or get their results!) I decided to hang up and try somewhere else.

I came on a Saturday afternoon. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was really nice, plus they can give you a paper to get free parking downstairs. Highly recommend!

I sent me prescription by their web site and they called me quickly, set an appointment, gave me all the info I needed and when I was in the clinic I only had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time because there was a lady ahead of me who had a more complex thing to have done but they advised me ahead of time so it was ok. Compared to other places with absolutely horrible customer service, this place is a breath of fresh air. Its my go-to place for my exams from now on.

Despicable. Have been calling for 3 weeks not for a fluoroscopy and it's impossible to reach them. Absolutely impossible. No one returns voicemails and does not respond to emailed referrals.

Impossible de les joindre. On m'a dit 3 à 5 jours pour recevoir mon rapport d'IRM, ça fait plus de 10 jours que je n'ai rien, ni mon médecin, ni moi. Le service est médiocre pour un coût de 1125$.

Not impressed - for paid private healthcare, it was a pretty garbage experience. The office looks terrible, half of it is under construction and the other half looks extremely dated. The procedure was fine, but the follow up was terrible - I needed the results sent to 5 doctors, but only 1 ended up receiving it, and it wasn't even then doctor that requisitioned it. When I contacted them, their attitude was "this is the fax number we didn't get an error message". Part of paying for this service is to have it done properly.do not recommend.
