The owner was extremely impolite with me and my son and basically chased us out of the store earlier after having insulted both me and my son. Extremely unpleasant and ruined my day.

What a fabulous place! It's like a candy store for audio and video! I finally, after many years of passively looking, found a stereo shop that fixes your stuff that I can TRUST. If you are looking to purchase a sound or video system, or get yours repaired, GO THERE!
I met 4 fabulous guys in the shop. Danny, who owns the place, Bernie, former owner, Joe, a fabulously nice guy, and Arthur, who is also an encyclopedia on electronics. They are nice, honest and very friendly, unlike other electronics places that I have been to. They are so comfortable to chat with that I could easily call them friends. I brought in my multi disc player to repair, and they were more than fair when it came to the price. I am a very perceptive person. I can tell you that they are the real deal when it comes to their honesty. I HIGHLY recommend them, and will absolutely bring in all my other gear to be repaired from now on. Thanks guys.

Waste of time and money. Brought in a Yamaha receiver that had been randomly distorting completely in the right channel, sometimes working for 20 minutes to an hour. After explaining several times exactly what the problem was, and after telling me they had cleaned it and found no problems I was still having the exact same problem as soon as i plugged it in at home. Basically treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Brought it back with my own speakers and cables and they promised me they would get to the bottom of it. It sat in the shop for a week where they said they were testing it despite not actually testing with a phono input which I had explained repeatedly was when the problem was most often occurring. Basically they seemed unwilling to actually look any further into it especially since repairs were now covered under the guarantee from the first time they told me it was fixed. Felt like I was being shuffled off. Quote from the guy as I was leaving "Ya that is a annoying problem, for you". Brought it home and same problem within the hour. In sum it seems like they pick and choose what's worth fixing and if not they will find a way to do the bare minimum and collect the minimum fee.

J’ai récemment fait réparer mon subwoofer Paradigm chez Radio St-Hubert. Le problème était difficile à identifier. Ils ont démontré du professionnalisme, de la patience et un grand souci du service à la clientèle. J’aimerais particulièrement remercier le Gérant Dany et le technicien Sylvain.

Ma réparation m'a coûté le double que l'estimé fait en magasin sans même m'avoir prévenu. En plus de ça, un an et demi plus tard la même panne arrive à nouveau avec la pièce qui était sensé avoir été changée à neuf. Après avoir attendu deux mois pour avoir réponse à ma réclamation on m'indique froidement que ce n'est pas garanti et sans aucune proposition. Ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle un bon service!

An 'old school' feel to buying your audio equipment. Very attentive and quality service, especially if you get lucky with Bernie or even Vince. If you're looking for wireless (bluetooth speakers), headphones, audio components like amplifiers or speakers.look no further. For crying out loud don't go to Best Buy! LOL.

Je suis venu pour une réparation et je suis reparti avec des conseils, super honnête. Pas pris une réparation qui n’aurait rien donné comme résultat. Leur matériel en boutique est bon et ils connaissent leur affaire. Si j’ai à changer mes appareils sure que je passerais ici.

When you need honest, experienced people to set you up with a great audio, video solution, this is where you go in Montreal. They do repairs and have solutions for just about everything big or small. I just brought in a 30-yr old turntable. Danny said, sir you do not need a new turntable. I can put a new needle cartridge in for about $65 and you'll be good to go. He then saved me about $250 in onsite tech service by telling me my mistake in my home-entertainment system setup. These guys are great.

Très bon service. Prend le temps de bien répondre aux questions et surtout, ne met aucune pression. Très honnête: est capable de renoncer à une vente facile s'il juge que ce que tu veux acheter n'est pas beaucoup mieux que ce que tu as déjà. Petit magasin, mais bonne sélection.

Surprenant de voir le talent de ces réparateurs-techniciens d'électronique. La table tournante de notre grand-mère avait perdu de son élasticité et le son était de mauvaise qualité. En peu de temps, ils l'ont renipé et elle fonctionne comme une neuve.

Brought my amplifier to be cleaned because when moving the volume nob it made some distortion, approximately 1/1/2 months later and 5 times i picked it up (traveling 1hr every time) the amplifier was not working anymore, they told me they couldn't fix it! Couldn't fine the problem.my amplifier was working before i brought it to them! I don't recommend anyone to go there!

Si vous chercher dans Rosemont un endroit avec beaucoup de choix d'écouteurs HI-FI (pas Beats), c'est la place. Si l'une des marques qu'ils tiennent vous intéresse (voir leur site internet). Bonne place sympa ouvert depuis longtemps.

Le service est vraiment bon. En plus, les vendeurs sont extrêmement sympathiques et agréables. Je suis contente d'avoir cette adresse à Montréal.
