Je suis passé à la clinique aujourd hui, gros merci à mme Michèle pour son excellent travail, ma requête était que je voulais obtenir un CD des radiographies que ja ai passé il y à un mois, , je n avais pas averti madame avant de passé, madame Michèle me l à quand même fait sur le champs, je pensais qu elle m aurait dit de revenir dans deux semaines le chercher, j étais vraiment surpris et content de voir qu il y à encore du monde humain et dévoué et qui prennent à Coeur les demandes de leurs patients, j en profite pour aussi remercier Fathia qui est toujours agréable dévouée et souriante avec les patients encore merci à vous deux et bonne continuation, vous avez fait ma journée! Excellent service rapide de la part de madame Michèle de votre Clinique. Ai envoyé ma requête pour Echographie/Infiltration (plutôt urgente) ce matin et ai eu suivi en ce jour même pour RV dans autre Clinique du Groupe à une date très proche. J'avais déjà discuté avec madame Michèle à mon sujet et cela fait du bien de constater que j'ai trouvé oreille attentive et compétente pour un suivi efficace afin de soulager mes douleurs. Very quick service, and no nonsense! The receptionist was unbelievably nice and I'm happy I stumbled into here for my x-rays.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I had an appointment for a pelvic ultrasound, which I've undergone multiple times over the past 10 years, actually, my problem was diagnosed 10 years ago with the same procedure. The referral clearly mentioned the need for a pelvic ultrasound (I mentioned on the phone 3 times that I need an appointment for pelvic ultrasound). However, to my surprise, the technician performed the procedure for less than 2 minutes and abruptly asked me to empty my bladder, instructing me to return afterward. When I questioned her about the sudden change, she mentioned the need for an endovaginal ultrasound without seeking my permission or informing me initially. It is important to understand that there are numerous reasons why a lady may not wish to undergo this type of ultrasound, and as a technician, it is crucial to adhere to the referral and not make decisions on behalf of the patient.
Furthermore, when I inquired if she had found anything during the 2-minute procedure, her response was dismissive, saying she did not see anything the way she did it! If your equipment is not capable of adequately detecting cysts, OR your technicians aren't experienced enough it is essential to inform your clients, allowing them to make an informed decision before booking an appointment with you.
As someone who has worked with the public for many years, I strongly advise you to show some respect to your clients. This is the very foundation of customer service, particularly when dealing with patients.

I was referred to radiologie Lachine, i came on May 25 2023 around 9: 30. I was greeted by the receptionist, she was very welcoming and nice. The clinic is very clean and efficient. The wait was not long. The technician that saw me was very polite and gave precise directions. I would highly recommend going there, the service is beyond great and it’s very clean!

I was given a referral by my doctor for an x-ray. She specifically recommended Radiologie Lachine. I went there directly from my doctor's office, and am I so glad that she sent me there.

They take walk-ins, so no appointment was necessary. The 2 staff that were there were very to-the-point, but were also pleasant. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I was there at the end of the day. I don't know what their usual busy times are, but my visit was fast. I was very happy.

If you're not sure where the entrance is: You need to go in the big main doors where address 2600 is posted. When you go in, Jean Coutu is on your right and there's a hallway ahead of you. The lab entrance is all the way at the end of the hallway, on your left.
