The reception service was somewhat overbearing but the hotel was not that bad I have no complaints about the rooms the breakfast is just fine for a weekend

Was ok at first but then at 12h30 in the night somes drunk groups started yelling in the corridor. Asked them many time "guys peoples are sleeping" "please, keep it down" but each 20 mins 1h other groups would come and talk like they where defth.

I got little to no sleep. The front desk told me it was children. Witch, there was none.

Proposition correcte, mais sans plus! Soyez attentif aux prix proposés en ligne vs une fois sur place. Chambres très propres, mais vieillissantes. Emplacement idéal pour les clients du casino ou des spectacles, mais vous devrez prendre votre voiture pour tout autre centre d'intérêt.

J'ai dit a Noa que j'étais cardiaque et j, 'ai et une des dernières suite au fond du corridor 350 c loin très loin pour moi de marcher tout ça vous devriez vous équipez de chaises roulantes je pensais mourir avant d'arriver a ma suite et en plus la piscine le sauna et le tourbillon était fermer l'y suis aller le 8-8-2023 si ont ne peut pas utiliser ce qu'ont nous offres ont devrait nous rembourser une certaine somme d'argent ce qui serait légal et compréhensible vu qu'ont m'as pas eu ce qu'ont a payé pour avoir

Hôtel très bruyante, lit peu confortable. Ça senter le crotin dehors et nous avions une vu qui nous fesait sentir dans une cave a cause des barreau du toit de la porte en dessous de notre chambre.

Person ailleur (tout gatineau et ottawa) voulez nous prend moi ma femme et 3 enfants par ce que trop tard pour le chekinn (walkinn) pas de reservation online, mais apres 2h d arrete a chaque hotel, et quand on a arrivé la tout etait facil tout de suite on avait la chambre! Et on a bien dormis

Le stationnement est drôlement situé, sinon les chambres sont très bien et on a bien apprécié le bain à remous, idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée de marche.

Large room and comfortable bed. Clean rooms and well stocked bathroom. The staff are professional making checking in and out a breeze.

Hotel didn't accept People when they arrive from long ride and far away from home and they want to stay after an emergency work when they have forget is wallet and have only picture of visical id. That not really what i attempt from an hotel.

Everything was very nice amd clean, the only real complaint I have is that there were no vending machines accessible to me in my wheelchair.

Faute de personnel ou en raison du COVID, ils refont la chambre seulemebt si on le demande. Il y a un avis à ce sujet dans chaque chambre.
Quand on a besoin de serviettes et de café, il faut le demander aussi.
Pour la piscine, c'est très achalandé par les enfants en fin d'après-midi et en soirée jusqu'à 21 h au moins (pour weekend de Pâques, en tous les cas). La piscine ferme à 22 h, mais trop tard pour nous d'attendre jusqu'à ce que la piscine se libère de l'achalandage.
Nous sommes donc retournées bredouille à nos chambres et pas de baignade au retour de nos visites pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits.

If you're with family DO NOT stay here! Worst hotel experience of my life ever. As soon as i walked into the main lobby, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes took over which was extremely strong in the 2nd floor aisle as well as the room itself. The aisle was extremely dark and posed a scene of a shabby motel rather than Ramada. The room itself was also extremely dark, smelly and missing basic amenities. The AC remote did not have functional batteries. The bathroom had both sinks with drains blocked which was disgusting. I will be making a claim for money back.

Nous voyageons souvent et nous avons été déçu de cette hôtel pour la propreté meubles et piscine. Personnel très gentil. Lit confortable. On entend facilement les gens dans le corridor.

This is a great hotel for families. For one, there are rooms available that provide a two-tier concept that allows your kids in the upper level on a comfortable queen bed while you and your spouse stay below on a king bed. Two bathrooms/one shower! It was so nice to have the additional bathroom for kids while we were getting ready for the day. Fireplace and jacuzzi tub were also nice additions. There is a pool, and weight room if you have time to keep up to your fitness plan. (Never been able to with kids around.) Posting prices is not always helpful due to their volatility but I will say that this room for a three night stay Sun-Tues landed in at $390 taxes included. Very reasonable for the area and room. It is conveniently located across the Casino Lac-de-Leamy and shuttle service available for those you want to try their luck. Plus this room has a small fridge and microwave which came in handy to store breakfast items from a grocery store near by (Super C). They normally have a breakfast buffet (about $12) but it was not open on Mon-Tues. Bistro 75 was closed in the hotel so we couldn't test it out. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of food options in the building and near by. The room was awesome though.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.
Got charged twice for a night, called to get the money back and said they would release the amount as if was the deposit. Waited two weeks, called them back today and asked them how much is the deposit for a room and was told 50$. I got charged 177$ on my CC and on my Debit. Asked to speak to the manager as the receptionist couldn’t do anything not to mention very rude. She proceeds to transfer me to a “Michael” probably not even his real name and I am pretty sure he is the concierge as I am telling him the whole story he was eating and chewing the whole time obnoxiously and ended with a “well i can’t do anything about that” you will have to speak to my manager. When he first picked up the line I specifically asked him if I was speaking to the manager and he said yes. I asked him to provide me with the manager’s email address which he very rudely gave it to me and to my surprise when I sent the email, it was invalid. I contacted headquarters in NJ, no answer either. Crazy how for a double charge as small as 177$ I will have to get a lawyer involved.

The room was clean, but there is no sound insulation making it extremely noisy.

You will hear every single footstep from the people in the rooms above yours and walking in the hallways.

This place has lost all control. No managment at all, and very poor if any sevice. Reservation and final billing not the same at all, no key service and if you reserve for two rooms, be very careful, because their not.

Nous avons apprecie la grande proprete de la chambre (salle de bain impeccable, pas de taches, de fissures dans la chambre). Excellent matelas bien fermes mais pas trop.

Trois regrets cependant: (1) nous etions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et il semble qu'apres un certain nombre de cellulaires/tablettes connectes au wifi, on ne peut plus se connecter. Je crois que c'etait limite a 3. (2) les oreillers etaient beaucoup trop epais. (3) l'accueil (vendredi 2021-09-10, ~22: 10) : une jeune fille se tenait voutee comme une personne de 80 ans, long cheveux plutot sales, pas un sourire. Extrait du dialogue: "Votre nom? Carte de credit? Combien de clefs pour la chambre? " Elle recitait son texte comme un robot. Pas un sourire, pas de au-revoir, pas de merci, pas de "je vous souhaite un bon sejour". Cette employee devrait changer de travail.

Don't book rooms for your wedding party here; it's not worth it. Not only will they not give your bride the wedding suite they paid for in advance (and not have an answer for why it's not ready oh but it'll be ready when you've already moved into another suit), but also their outlets barely worked and the swimming pool only seats ten people, if they're standing still.

No breakfast included, but there's continental, which is 10 dollars for adults and "maybe" five dollars for kids so who know what that means. The beds are comfortable but it's better to find another hotel for good pr management and if you want anything clear cut.

There are couple of issues that disturbed us.

1. The receptionist was very rude and very difficult to whilst trying to get our room charges corrected. My wife spoke with her first and she basically dismissed her twice. I later went and confronted her and she tried the same approach with me. I took a stronger position and she got upset that I was raising my voice and she didn't appreciate it. I told her that I was sorry, but I didn't appreciate her attitude to resolving my problem.
She finally started to make a more concerted effort to finding the problem. She told me that Booking.com had not informed the hotel of the correct pricing. She said the pricing she had was 2 nights at a higher price and 1 night at a discounted price (the correct lower quoted price) based on having the 2 previous nights. So then she said she would correct the overall pricing to match what I was quoted by Booking.com. There is much more to the interactions with this person that I won't go into, but we ended our discussion on a more cordial note and at check out all was correct as quoted. But I still don't believe the mistake was with Booking.com.
2. We didn't read a notice left on the lamp table and didn't realize how the towels and room service were conducted. Didn't realize no one would come into our room to clean, make beds, replenish towels, or replenish coffee supplies. Definitely our fault, but that could have been easily avoided if the reception had made it 'very clear' that we needed to read the instructions left in the room. I have travelled extensively in my past and I normally don't read much of anything left in the room for guests because it's usually not very pertinent to my stay. In short, a simple misunderstanding that could have been easily avoided if someone had just made a quick comment to us at check in. We were told it happens all the time and not to worry about bothering anybody for towels and coffee.

Other than that, the hotel was clean throughout, our room was excellent, and we would definitely stay there again.

I don’t ever write reviews, however, I thought this situation needed to be addressed because I am purely disgusted in what happened when I stayed the night last Wednesday. My friends and I decided to book a hotel after a night at the casino. As we were all getting ready for bed, I went to put my foot in under the sheet when something touched my toe. I thought nothing of it cause I assumed it was the tag from the sheet but I checked anyways to be sure. I was absolutely disgusted when I pulled back the sheet to find a dirty band aid in between the covers. I ran to reception to let them know and was given new sheets to sleep on. How I was glad to get new sheets, I was still quite traumatized of wondering if the sheets were even cleaned from the last person who stayed. How could a dirty bandaid be missed when making the bed? I refused to sleep with the comforter and pillow because I was paranoid that those were not cleaned either. I am so grateful I was given new sheets however I have never experienced anything like this before and never felt more grossed out in my life.

Bed was super comfortable, but the rooms need renovation. They have regular sheets instead of fitted sheets on the bed, which I didn’t like. Overall, I wouldn’t rent here again. Room was too expensive for what we received.

Room was not ready untill 6: 30. No apology just here you go. Otherwise the room looks great but the wait to get in was over an hour and a half.

M'a conjointe et moi sommes vraiment très très déçu de notre expérience à l'hôtel Ramada Plaza de Gatineau! ️ Nous sommes allés dormir dans la nuit de samedi le 21 août au dimanche 22 août et notre chambre était réservé depuis au moins deux mois, à notre arrivée dans notre chambre nous avons constaté que la climatisation ne fonctionnait aucunement, nous pensions que le personnel de l'hôtel aurait eu l'amabilité de démarrer notre système de climatisation quelques heures avant notre arrivée question de mettre un peu de fraîcheur dans notre chambre surtout avec la canicule qu'il y avait dernièrement et non ce n'était pas le cas déception! ️️Par la suite m'a conjointe me demande, ont pourrait peut-être au moins aller se chercher un breuvage frais dans leur distributrice question de se désaltérer un peu en attendant que la climatisation rafraichise quelques peut notre chambre, donc j'arrive à la distributrice pour constaté qu'il n'y a plus aucun breuvage de disponible, très très déçu encore une fois ️, surtout qu'à la sortie de l'ascenseur de notre étage il y avait l'affiche indiquant l'endroit où il y avait une distributrice à breuvage sans aucune mention qu'elle n'était pas où plus disponible à satisfaire la clientèle de l'hôtel! Donc pour terminer je crois que la direction de l'hôtel manque vraiment de professionnalisme et de responsabilité face à sa clientèle et se malgré la pandémie, je crois qu'il est d'autant plus important de satisfaire le peu de clientèle que vous avez!

Best place to stay in when you have a family of 5! Their loft rooms option is the perfect solution for big families.
Hotel is very elegant and clean.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Location is perfect and prices are reasonable.
Due to Covid restrictions, their restaurant is not open.

Terrible staff. Most of them really don’t care. Room was okay but tub didn’t drain. Pool isn’t great. Not worth the price.

Was on a roadtrip and decided to stop in here very last minute so went in at 11pm and they had an available room.room was clean and cozy and evrything was great! Maybe some ppl would not like that there's no carpet in the room but it was fine with us. I recommend this place to everyone!

Déçu de la propreté dans la salle de bain, coulisse séchée sur le mur de la douche qui partent facilement si on frotte un peu, également coulisse sèche sur le stailess du papier de toilette? Bref en ces temps de pandémie je m'attendais à plus

Hotel correct et abordable qui a convenu à ma situation (1 nuit, pour le travail). L'environnement extérieur est laid: l'hôtel est pratiquement dans le stationnement d'un Super C et la vue de la moitié des chambres donne sur un croisement de deux boulevards. Donc, pour du tourisme, c'est mieux de regarder ailleurs.

Nous avons fait 2 séjours "détente" dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait, aux vues de la situation Covid actuelle. Très peu d'autres visiteurs, piscine et spa sur réservation donc privés pour le temps que vous souhaitez/pouvez. Tout était propre et bien décoré pour les fêtes. Le personnel est aussi vraiment sympathique. Il y a une restaurant asiatique et un super C à 3 mn à pied. Le Casino (quand il sera de nouveau ouvert) est a distance de marche.
