Fanny has asked me multiples questions before we even sat and talk about sending resume. She made sure that we listed every of my needs before suggesting anything. She was frank about what my experience could bring me, she negotiated the exact salary I wanted at the moment, and she also made sure I did multiple interviews at the same time, simply to increase my chance asap, as I was unemployed for 2 months. She is really attentive, and don't waste any time to provide you feedback. Randstad is definitely a great agency as the agents are well intentioned.

I have been trying to apply for jobs with them for months with no luck, and when i do get a callback from their agents, they promise me all these jobs and contracts, and they never call me back about said job. I was never too sure about this recruiting process, but I was referred by a friend and within a day I got a call from Catherine. She took the time to ask me what my criteria was for the job I had in mind and said she'd be in touch. A few hours later, she got back to me and had an opportunity lined up. I’ve heard so many bad things about Placement agencies that for most of my jobs hunting I’ve never thought about trying one of them. That was until I came across a job posting that Karen from Randstad shared on LinkedIn and I immediately got in touch with her to know more about the position. I was in the middle of a job search and couldn't find anything convenient or suitable to my circumstances. When I decided to reach out to Randstad, Karen and Sara were the recruiters who helped me find a job. They handled my situation in the most professional and courteous manner, and what I enjoyed the most about the process was how quick it was. I've been applying to jobs for months that haven't got back to me but with Randstad it took them only a few days to get me an interview with a final offer at the end. The job they found me matched all my criteria (pay, hours, contract etc.) so I can't thank them enough for their work and highly recommend this company when you're in need of a job immediately.

Sometimes I arrive and there is no receptionis, even when there is one they seems to be engaged to do something else, not there to recept the arrivants. Despite that, I had a very experience with the recruiters, especifically Karen Suarez. She gave me tips, about real situations in interviews, corrected some silly mistakes in my CV. I came back very satisfied and more conscious about job hunting, knowing my strong points and aware about what to improve.
I had a very positive experience in this place.
