Communication took a second but I’m thrilled with how fast it arrived and how kind the communications were when they were received. The frame looks PHENOMENAL and we’re stoked. 8/10 would recommend.

Placed a order In Decemeber still haven’t gotten a email at all about my order I sent them emails says 2-3 business days but no one ever messages me back other than a computer and there thing on the site doesn’t even work to contact them? Would just like my money back or actually know when my order is coming seems you answer to ever bad review.

Their shipping takes longer than what they tell you, and you might have to contact them a few times but rest assured it will come and you will be glad you went through the wait. I waited nearly 3 months never the less I would have waited 6 for it. Their products are so clean and so high quality! No picture can compare to what they look like in real life. Absolutely fire!

It has been nearly 2 months since I ordered from their site and I have yet still not gotten any notification on it being shipped. It was a Foo-Fighters album record display and was gunna be a surprise for my dad's birthday. It has been over the estimated shipping time. They may be authentic, but I don't believe them to be quick with fulfilling their orders. Be warned that you may end up waiting longer than they estimate for your item. (MY item was ordered on June 14, to give you an idea of how long its been.)

Got my order a few weeks ago, was property packaged and secure. Framed very nice and my Dad loves it. Very high quality and authentic item, so true on that part. Can't give a perfect review because of the delay, but was helpful to be informed why and updated on my order. So credit where it is due.

I purchased an item in May and was told it might take 4 - 6 weeks.it is now the end of August and more than 12 weeks and I have received nothing but excuses and empty promises. Four times I have been told my order would “ship by the end of the week. ” This company lacks a sense of responsibility to it’s customers.

This company has reached out to me and has helped me tremendously through multiple platforms it was a holiday weekend the response time was still in 1-2 business days. I spoke to someone named Jackie and the helped me realize I made a mistake on my email that’s why I didn’t get a update on my purchase. I’m a buyer from the U. S and it’s shipping from Canada the process is going to be well worth the wait. I will post a picture when I do get my package

Shipping takes awhile and frustrating that there is no phone number for customer service given some of the scary reviews here but appreciated prompt and helpful response from the company via email when I needed an order altered. Products are pricey but make for unique gifts.

First off: always read the fine print before making a purchase like this. I did not so I’m hoping you do.
I’m a huge fan of the “Chuck” television series and when I bought my new house, I wanted to put something in my “game room” to reflect that love. I searched for any autographed memorabilia from the show and landed on this site. The item, when searched on their site, shows as “Chuck Script Limited Signature Edition Studio Licensed Custom Frame” and in the search results shows the cost at “from $79.99 USD” with $99.99 USD in red next to it scratched out as do every other item in that search area. Upon clicking on it, the price then increases to $199.99 (down from $249.99) which makes it sound like it may actually be an autographed item. It is not. If you look in the body of the description it emboldens all of the right words: Chuck, Warner Bros Television, the names of the actors whose signatures were used, and how limited the run is of the product worldwide. What they DON’T highlight in bold is the word “facsimile”, which means “copy”. This is NOT an autographed item but rather a reproduction of a previously autographed item, which you pay a total of (in my case) $284.98 after shipping and handling. It took roughly 10 weeks to receive and when it arrived, it was packaged perfectly (bubble-wrapped, stuffed with paper, very secure box) via UPS. It looks just like the picture too.
While the product itself looks very nice and arrived in great shape within the time frame quoted, I probably will not purchase another item from this site. From beginning to end I feel like I was swindled in some way and, while I can’t 100% blame them for me not reading the fine print as it were, I can lay part of the blame on their less-than-honest business model that shows incorrect prices along with facsimile products without being more upfront with what they are selling. Their return/refund/restocking fees are apparently astronomical (I have not done it) from what I’ve read in other reviews, so sending it back would be pointless. So for now, I have a really nice looking lie that will hang in my game room and deceive my guests as the company deceived me. Maybe one day I’ll find an actual signed piece of memorabilia from this amazing show that I love so much. The two stars is for the parts of my order that went well (it looks nice and it was shipped in accordance to what they said) but the three stars off are for everything else.
TL: DR is if you’re looking for REAL autographed merch, this is not it.

I’m only leaving 4 stars right now because I’m not able to get any communication with the company and their web site is down, which seems a little concerning. Hopefully I’ll receive my product.

My item did take 73 days but it was well worth the wait. I now understand these are made when order is placed. I would recommend ordering from them. I plan on looking for my next item. Thanks so much it’s beautiful ️️

Amazing company! I ordered I signed script of the 2014 Godzilla movie for my SO and not only did it get here right in time for his birthday he broke into tears after opening it. Not to mention the quality and packaging was immaculate! Will be using them in the future!

I placed an order on July 28 I can’t get a hold of anybody from the company because there’s no phone number on the website. The order has not shipped and my card has been charged don’t recommend doing business with these people. Any website that doesn’t have a customer service phone number stay away from.

I am NOT HAPPY at all with this company. First it was supposed to take 6-8 weeks for delivery, and it took 5 months! Secondly, I ordered originals, and they sent me facsimiles / copies of the original. NOT THE SAME THING! And I have the receipt that shows proof that I ordered the original!
I'm very upset so I am hoping the company will do the right thing and refund my money in full as well as pay for me to return their products. If they chose to do the right thing, then I will edit my rating of them but I'm not going to hold my breath!

So far my expirence hasn't been good. It takes them forever to respond to a question, they canceled my order without me asking, and don't even answer my questions at all. They don't even answer questions at all! I'm gonna give them one more chance. I would expect for them to be a little better about how they conduct themselves. Also I will try to repurchase my item. I would hope that they would honor the sale price I got it at since it was their fault for canceling my order when I didn't ask them to. So far I am not having a good experience with this "Company". I may change my review if my 3rd experience gets better.

"SLIGHT DELAY" has turned into a "NEVER GONNA GET IT! " This order is past the "slight delay" time-frame that was offered to me in the one and only email I received from the company. This review is subject to change if I receive the shipping info of my order before the end of June or I will cancel the payment. This was going to be a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday IN MARCH and needless to say it is too late now.

I purchased an item for an April anniversary gift on January 20th and over 4 months later, had still not received my item. There was never an expected delivery date given and when questioned about this, the shipping time was continually prolonged week after week after week. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Buyer beware.

I placed order #20120 on 12/22/2021 at 11: 13: 36 AM. They took my $319.98 and I never received my product nor did I ever hear from them again regarding my purchase… but I sure do get a lot of messages in my email account to purchase more from them. I am certainly on their mailing list!
