After waiting 15 minutes lineup,
Someone who served me he was rude and unprofessional.
He's rushing me not even wait my question
I asked him for ordering checks he said go online and order
At the end I told him if you are in a rush you can go and let someone else serve me.
At the end i decide to complain to branch manager and i find out he is the branch manager
I just left

Service pas du tout professionnel.
J'ai voulu déposer de l'argent sur le compte de quelqu'un et sans me donner une raison valable ils ont refusé, me disant que seule la personne peut déposer l'argent.
Chose ridicule.
La première caissière qui m'a reçu ne semblait pas savoir quoi faire. En allant demander à sa collègue celle ci sans regarder de quoi il s'agit repond avec un coup de main non.
Très déçu!

I have been with rbc for over 25 years and have recently started going to this branch. I can honestly say that it has made me rethink my loyalty.
1. Staff is not knowledgeable.
2. They don't awnser the phone.
3. When you make an online appointment, they don't respect it and don't event bother emailing or rescheduling.
4. The office hours are hellacious.
5. Waist of time trying to communicate by email.
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the client service.

I tried to deposit a bank draft from TD into my real estate lawyers account. They said that this was impossible. I knew it was so asked that the manager confirm. He said impossible. Went to an RBC branch in Westborough and they deposited it no questions asked! The staff here needs better training.

Kept shipping from bank to bank for one simple transaction causing me to waste my time. Really not helpful and bad service.

In all my time with RBC I’ve never gone to a branch this bad. Having an issue with a cheque and they don’t want to assist you, end up speaking to a manager and he cannot come to understand the situation and just brushes it off and walks away while I continue to speak to him very unprofessional. I have had previous check released with more funds to be used. Absolutely horrible go to any other branch stay away from this one. Making me rethink my banking with RBC.

Hours. 10-4 pm. Need to take a day off work to be able to go to the bank. I'm changing banks

My wife wanted to open a checking account, we were late by 10 minutes, the lady would not take us in, we explained made this appointment a month in advance. Apparently we must somehow inform them. Most dishonest reason as to why, never again do I ever wanna see RBC. I'll never place a penny to this bank.

Service nul, j attendais mon 1 er RDV après un mois d attente, une fois là, la dame était en train de jaser elle m a appelé après 15min. 2ème RDV ils deplacent l heure de mon RDV, 3ème RDV le monsieur annule mon RDV.

Une équipe vraiment pas professionnel, qui ne m'ont pas servi à la hauteur de ce que je merite après 20 ans comme client RBC. J'ai eu d excellent services dans le passé avec d autres succursales mais celle du Plateau c est vraiment de loin le pire et le plus mauvais service à clientèle. Très mauvaises expériences et personne ne m'a offert de l'aide sur une simple requête.
