Bad customer service received from Marah Maitham. The branch manager was not helpful. Lots of time waisted. Go to a different branch.

I've been with RBC for the last 15 years and have never had as horrible a service as I've gotten from this branch, I did an application with this bank a month ago and from what I understand the process of my application has yet to be started, I've called 4 times over the last 3 weeks for updates, I've requested multiple times to speak with the branch manager and am still waiting to hear back.
The last time I had physically been to the branch, I had waited 45mins in the waiting room with my wife because the employees were chit chatting
