Came without appointment! And received anamazing service from Banking Advisor Sushmita Mitra! Have a chance to talk with Community manager Hanane as well! They’re very professional and helpful! This is one of the best Rbc bank I ever visited! 5 stars for the. Bank and 10 stars for Sushmita Mitra!

Very bad service to customer. Tellers are impolite and seem untrained. Today, one of them felt in power of questioning my immigration status (I'm legally working in Canada, by they way). She denied a credit card renewal. 2 weeks ago, another teller had told me my new card was ready and being sent by mail (this didn't happen, of course). I'm moving my money out of this bank as soon as I can.

30 minute wait is not acceptable. Only after 15 minutes was another teller called to help. This is absurd.

Stuff failed to report fraud! Was under cyber attack and I went to to report missing money taken from my account and they said they have reported. After three weeks of no sign of money back I went in again to report. After nearly a month I still didn’t get my money back so I had to call RBC and they told me the brunch stuff never filed the report! Twice! They can’t do their job and can’t speak English most of the time. I’ve never seen something this stupid!

While I have been an RBC client for a long while and typically enjoy above average customer experiences by phone I have never received the level of engagement and service as I did from an employee here. I was in the process of some complex transactions with my RRSPs and Hubert Payette (Financial Planner and Mutual Funds rep) went above and WAY beyond. Not only did he help me with my immediate needs but he helped me transition with my move to Alberta and connected me to the right people during RRSP deadline and even followed up several times months after to be sure all was ok. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would and if you need a financial planner, look no further.

Not helpful at all at this branch. Manager doesn't even care to listen to the clients.

This brnch should be closed or closely monitored by RBC. This is the worst RBC branck in the country I believe.

Very very bad experience with this branch after 2 months I have received no answer with my inquiry and I missed the time I strongly recommend no one to apply for loan there
