Terrible service at RBC! Only two cashiers, one in training, with 13 people waiting. Took me a painful 43 minutes to get help. Requests for more staff were ignored. RBC needs to fix this mess and respect customers' time!

3 visits to do 1 wire transfer. Always a reason they couldn't do it.mostly that the supervisor had left for the day.and everytime I come here, there's a big line, no matter the time of day!

Une conseillère pas très compétente, j'ai demandé une attestation de solde, elle n'a pas compris c'est quoi, une fois j'ai expliqué elle m'a donné un autre document, j'ai ré expliqué une 2eme fois elle m'a imprimé une feuille pleine de faute d'orthographe, c'était décevant surtout le temps d'attente aussi

Not too sure whats going on with this branch. Seems under construction? Used to be in and out just to use the ATM. Now theres monster lines and awkward placement of ATM machines. Some papers on the ATM machines. Are they out of order? I dont know.

Went to cash a bonus cheque and was stopped at front door as a bouncer would do at a night club.
The tall bearded man talked down to me as if I was a child, and did everything to make sure I did not enter the bank, telling me there would be a hold on my cheque, when there never was in the past, and continued to tell me to use the machine as did his two lady coworkers, one who was friendly, the older one acted like she was the queen of the door.
I finally decided to use the machine and was so flustered that I was using my credit card instead of my bank card, and the older lady, in a demeaning voice, tells me “well of course it won’t work with your credit card! “
Extremely rude and ruined my next hour of the day, which was going great up until then.
I called to speak with the manager but he never called back, and would not be surprised if it was the original rude man at front door.
This bank needs a lesson in customer service, or I got really unlucky, and got to deal with the 3 worst employees of this branch.
If you have the choice, use the branch at Champlain mall if you are in Brossard, 100 times better service.

Je comprends pourquoi cette banque n'a pas d'étoiles.service client et offres très décevants. Je suis dans la même banque depuis plus de 30 ans et ils n'ont jamais des bonnes offres ou de bonnes affaires pour leurs clients. Je suis très bien traité avec d'autres banques que la mienne! Bientôt je change de banque! Traitement horrible avec leur client fidèle, comment avec les nouveaux!

Booked an appointment to open a business account with them then received a call one hour before meeting that the guy is busy etc etc. Next available spot is one month. Seriously RBC?

Sa fais depuis le 6 avril que j’attends ma carte de débit il m’on dis d’attendre 5 à dix jour sa fais 1 mois

Attente interminable pour se faire raccrocher la ligne au nez. J'ai tenté de valider une transactions, j'ai été transféré au service général qui m'a transférer à la succursale, pas moyen de laisser un message. La ligne s'est raccroché.

Terrible. I was making a deposit at their ATM and suddenly the machine reboot itself. And all my deposit disappeared after the reboot. Talked to the stuff in the bank and they said it would take up to 8 BUSINESS DAYS to do the investigation. What a rediculous process. At the counter they tried to push the people to deposit at the ATM, and then their ATM is not reliable at all by holding the money for a their own fault.

Innaceptable de se faire repondre en anglais, alors que j engage la conversation en français. Est-il possible d avoir des employés qui savent parler français.

This is the worst bank ever. They are seriously racist, one of the worker was rude and inconsiderate. They put the checking account on hold for no reason. And they are requiring us a whole list of identification. It’s very cruel because when we provide them with the ids that we have they say no.

I tried to get a support line and was cut off 3 times because a online payment did not go through even though I have a secure telephone call that gives me 8 digit code to confirm payment

This was done at 8am and since then I am still waiting to get service from what I see their system is completely dead

All lines are busy last week it took over 1 hrs to make a payment in this particular case receiving end cancell payment

So far this bank only seems to give any type of decent service if you have a good portfolio for a retired person like myself on a small pension it's like I do not exist and their replies to their most recent screw up was to say payment is under investigation this to a company I have made regular payment for well over 2 yrs

Now I have been on hold since 8.30am it's now 10.30am March 1 2023 and God knows when I will reach an agent or get cut off like previous 3 calls

Absolutely a waste of time if it's not your home branch. 40 minutes for a bank draft because they couldn't verify a signature after 14 months
