L'attente au téléphone est interminable. La banque attends que l'on raccroche.
Dans le futur je vais faire affaire avec Desjardins. Ils ont un meilleur service.

On ne peut certainement pas se laisser guider par les expériences spécifiques des autres. Je viens juste de sortir de la succursale pour déposer les documents d'un prêt étudiant, ils m'ont traité avec respect et gentillesse.

The staff is very always super nice. I was recently frauded with fake checks and Vicky was super nice and very helpful a big thanks to her! Also the rbc help line is always friendly and super nice. Every time I need help and wether it’s in branch or on the phone I’m always impressed with how good the costumer service is. Good job guys!

Pire robot téléphonique. On ne peut jamais parler à un humain. Le système raccroche à un moment donné.

Parler a un humain c’est comme mission impossible et de très longs moments d attente!

Very bureaucratic service. Even if the clients’ line had being waited up to the gate, the two tellers were still very slow in service. I waited half an hour and finally got the service from the supervisor who came out from her office but she let us wait for another 5 minutes more just for making an appointment. I got mad finally, left the bank without bothering her and ready to make it by myself. Actually it took me only one minute for making it online. I don’t know if the supervisor would feel shamed when she see my message here.
