Très surprise du service recu au téléphone. Personne désagréable et s'enerve car je demande de repeter car je n'ai pas compris ce qu'il a dit.
Cela me donne juste envie de deplacer mon argent autre part.

If only I could give zero star.it was the worse experience I ever had with a trading platform. More than a month to create an account for an incorporation, hidden fees and high fees for each transaction compared to competition, terrible and arrogant phone customer service if you can be lucky to reach someone over the phone, mobile app keep crashing out of nowhere, and be sure to download your documents before to close your account because they won't be accessible afterward if you accepted to receive them online only! In my case I even received a mandatory government form to fill the day prior the deadline from them (fees would have applied by the government) and they tried to blame it on me when it's their fault, so I closed my account and I suggest everyone to go to a competitor like NBC or Disnat.

This institution takes advantage of new online self investors through deviance penalties, fees and interests that are not detailed in the account and user agreement.
Becareful as this is an aggressive venture which takes advantage of new users and credit it's actions to the ricks of investing. They deduct fees and penalties and interests on the transactions that are made ontop of the transaction fee.

One of the worst self directed investment platforms.dont even sign up.there are onstant breakdowns on the platform, u cannot even sign in.then messages of system server errors appear when u finally are logged in.this week every day had an issue with the servers.slow and useless.i m getting my accts.organized to transfer to the TD trading platform.i had enough with RBC. They apologize but never upgrade the system.prefer to charge interest and fees while the client loses out.
