RBC Royal Bank

I am changing my 1 star review to 5 star since the manager has been changed and branch itself had lots of changes.
Today I visited the bank and David helped us with everything. 5 star service.

On me donne rendez vous un mercredi mais on me dit de ne pas me présenter si on m’appelle pas, j’attend je n’ai eu aucun appel donc je me présente le Lundi d’après, on me reçoit dans le couloir au lieu d’être dans un bureau, l’a dame me JETE mes pièces d’identités au lieu de me les glisser tranquillement, elle se lève sans même me prévenir ou de m’expliquer ce qu’elle va faire, elle me donne un papier à signer sans aucune explication, elle reviens j’attend qu’elle parle car je ne voulais pas la déranger pendant 1min à peu près, la elle me regarde et elle me dit c’est fini d’une façon comme si c’était évident. Elle ne m’a rien expliqué de ce qu’elle faisait, ni elle m’a averti que le problème a été réglé rien aucun sourire! Franchement manque de professionnalisme et manque de respect total!

The Manager of this branch is by far the most inept RBC employee I have ever interacted with in ~20 years banking with RBC.

The MANAGER of the whole branch. Completely useless, doesn't know how to run the most simple teller transaction. I am embarrassed for RBC. I suspect that whoever hired him is also completely inept.

RBC clients: just call the bank and bear the wait because you will actually get somewhere, do not waste your time (don't ask off work or waste your lunch break) because you will not get anything done.

Arrogant, et ils disent non non sans écouter puis finalement le client a raison et c'est le service client par téléphone qui doit confirmer les dire du client. Quel service.

Possibly the worst bank in the city. Supposed to open at 9: 30, didn’t open until 10am. Every person working here moves at 2 miles per hour. With 3 employees here they’ve managed to collectively serve 1 single client in the 30 minutes they’ve been open. Truly an embarrassing and useless bank.

Procédure d ouverture de compte tellement lent.
Trop de procédure qui perdent plus de temps que le travail en question.
Les employés-es sont toujours aptent à réorienter les client.
Je déconseille vivement cet agence.

Has to be the worst of the worst in banking! Ive never seen this in my life! The cashier even lies about whats happening with your own money! The account director if you can call her that wouldn’t be able to manage a depanneur! Just got in this bank and as soon as possible im out!

The worst service I have ever seen from two different advisers in this branch.
Nice and helpful cashiers but a little slow.
