Worse RBC branch on the planet. Rather drive to another one and waste my time. Some of the Employees there are rude, unfriendly and intrusive. Blunt rude coments. AVOID IN ALL COST

In light of all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to come here. Well, all I have to say is that I'm happy I came here, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Service was very quick and easy!

I was hung up on because I couldn’t enter my card. I was calling about an inquiry and they wasted a good 10 minutes of my time making me wait for a representative until they simply hung up on me. Very disappointed

Il faut être certain avant de partir que vos problèmes sont regelés et
ne pas compter sur les paroles seulement, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience,
j'ai reçu un courriel pour compléter les documents suites a une ouverture d'un compte
dont les documents demandées étaient déjà envoyés mais j'étais obligé d'aller encore une fois pour signer les mêmes documents.
Aujourd'hui il ont suspendu le compte parce que les documents que j'ai signés deux fois sont manquantes malgré
que la dame au succursale m'a confirmé qu'au aucune interruption sera appliqué vu que les documents sont complets,
donc je suis obligé d'aller encore une fois au succursale et perdre mon
temps pour vérifier ce qui se passe, dommage

I received an email to complete the documents following an account opening
requesting documents that were already signed but I was obliged to go once again to sign the same documents.
Today they suspended the account because the documents that I signed twice are missing despite
that the lady at the branch confirmed to me that no interruption will be applied since the documents are complete,
so I have to go to the branch once again and waste my time to check what's going on, too bad

The ladies there are amazing, any banking issues is no problem for them and a special Thanks to Kelly she was a superstar!

I felt like I wasn’t treated properly at all. Switching banks. No warm welcome. One of the worst branch I visited

Le supposé spécialiste devait m’appeler mercredi et ne l’a jamais. Son nom est Jeffery. Moyen loser. L’autre, la femme a RBC direct investment qui devait aussi m’appeler ne l’a pas fait. Entre temps je dois transférer mon réer en FEER mais eux ils s’en sacre qu’il y a un problème. Je rencontre un conseiller financier chez Industrielle Alliance lundi prochain et je transfère tout à cette institution. Celui où celle qui m’appellera pour savoir pourquoi je transfère à besoin d’être solide.

Ils nous confirme que notre RDV à bien lieu samedi matin. En se présentant le samedi, on nous informe que la conseillère est en vacances.

Sa se dit ouvert pis tarrive sur place même si tu à un rendez-vous pis ses fermer wow pas fort surtout en situation de crise comme aujourd'hui

There is definitely a problem with this brunch in terms of culture and ethics. Not all of the employees, but some of them are very rude. And based on the comments below I was not the only one to receive a bad service. I am sure that these are the same employees and I don't understand why nothing was done to eliminate this problem. There are also many nice people working there, but because of several very rude ladies the overall impression of this branch is very bad. PLEASE, management do something! I'm not even talking about smiling, but at least ask them to stop being rude with the clients.

Cliente avec vous depuis plus de 10 ans ma 4ime hypothèque avec rbc et sérieusement pu jamais! Vous avez perdu une cliente à vie!

Usually dont post reviews but this time, I need to. My wife had a horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

We booked an appointment for a meeting over the phone with a mortgage specialist to get advice and discuss our dream of buying a house. On the date of the meeting, I had to call her 15 minutes after our set time only to be told that she had forgotten. Mistakes happen, I believe in second chances so we rescheduled.

Two days later we take time off work again, prerare ourselves and 30 minutes past the meeting time we hadn't heard anything. Again.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and if like us you need to discuss major financial decisions affecting your lives, I would strongly suggest to consider another RBC branch or even another bank that would take you more seriously.

Thank you to the teller at the Vaudreuil-Dorion RBC location for making me feel very uncomfortable and making me feel like my transactions and money was shady. Wth. All my accounts are with you for over 15 years and the little comments today weren't appreciated. Yes i have a business, yes i have big transactions to do, yes this is my money that I work hard for. Feeling like she was a tad salty. RBC you've always been good to me but RBC Vaudreuil, I think I'll start going to another location. I hate to say it but I seriously felt racially profiled. Yes brown people can have money too.
