Cette bande d'incompétents ont fermé la banque le seul jour de la fin de semaine où ils sont ouvert en prétendant qu'ils n'ont pas d'électricité alors que c'est faux.

Service client nul au téléphone, incapable de répondre à des demandes simples, grosse baisse de qualité des services. J'ai réservé des devises pour un voyage, personne qui répond au téléphone je ne sais pas quand passer, impossible d'avoir une date bilan je vais perdre des heures encore pour un truc simple que le bureau de change en bas de ma rue fait en 2 minutes. Récemment cette banque a bloqué un paiement alors que j'ai l'argent et refusé d'augmenter ma limite de sortie pour essayer de me forcer à acheter une carte de credit chez eux. Ils sont nuls et je vais changer de banque.

I am in total agreement with Mr Bruce Burnett that dealing witht the branch RBC on Laurier is a real PLEASURE.
The employes, ALL of them, are cortous helpful and attentive. I enjoy the humaine touch and do not use the impersonal service on-line.

Starting with whomever opens the door to get in, dealing with RBC Laurier is a pleasure. I have the good fortune to deal with Lea and Gloria regularly and their demeanour is exceed only by their competence. The branch is managed like a family and we the clients feel part of it.

I booked an appointment a month ago and was contacted by a certain Mr. Georgios Kouvakas. He gave me great help in dealing with my credit card debt. I contacted him today again and he gave me very helpful guidelines on how to transfer my accounts interprovicially and answered my other questions with patience. It feels like I have a private banking advisor with RBC and I'm grateful to Mr. Kouvakas for that.

Les employés sont agréables mais peu importe le nombre de personnes dans la file, ils sont toujours lents, lents, donc très lents!

Very little privacy at the counters and not very well organized, takes way more time than it should.
